I like the Hannaford experience better than the Market Basket that is just up the road. I like Hannaford meat and vegetables, but their prices are quite a bit higher than Market Basket. If you money isnt a priority and you like to have almost no crowds, Hannaford is king.

Very old outdated version of Hannaford. Usually 1-2 checkouts open, stock has been hit or miss even on regular items. Very expensive compared to MB. Market Basket store always looks pristine and shelves are always faced. I don’t recommend this store at all.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Needed a special item, supervisor Wales me to. Where item should be shelf empty, called storeroom he walked me to refer and then showed how to read order code exceeded expectations

Do not order your Thanksgiving dinners from Hannaford. Ordered a $70 full thanksgiving dinner to be ready for thanksgiving...pick it up on thanksgiving at noon and the turkey is fully frozen. What sense does it make to give someone their “fully cooked” thanksgiving dinner and have their turkey frozen. That takes 3-4 days to thaw in the fridge. Completely ruined our Thanksgiving - completely. Never again will I take the easy way out, didn’t turn out to be that way.

Usually quick check outs and they have nice and fresh veggies and fruits. Price is decent and the store always seems right. Cashiers have almost alway been friendly and helpful. You get your select one or two grumpy ones in the isles stocking and stuff but thats everywhere. This is the best place in town to get groceries in my opinion though

Great selection, very nice help.Ive yet to have a negative to experience at any of the Hannaford supermarkets that Ive visited.This is a large happy supermarket with a great variety of foods.I found the employees to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was even checked out and bagged by two employees both named Hannah!

I have yet to have a bad experience at any Hannaford store, and the Rindge Hannaford is doing a great job keeping up even during the pandemic. A little short-staffed in some areas, but they are making it work. The management is wonderful and during my months working there they were great.

Girl working at the deli didnt ask if she could help me. Gest looked at me till I told her what I wanted. When I was finished she didnt say thank you. And when I said thank you she didnt say youre welcome. Not a good personality to serve customers.

I wish I lived closer to a Hannaford Supermarket!!I dont do my regular grocery shopping at Hannafords because of convenience. But I really wish that I lived closer to one - the regular prices are great!! Sale prices are amazing! The store is clean, organized and well stocked. Meats and produce are freshest Ive found and the employees are friendly and helpful.I actually look forward to shopping at Hannafords!!

Always clean, pricier than other local stores but quality tends to be much higher.

Im not a regular shopper at Hannafords so when I was looking for the dairy aisle, I asked an employee, Carol, for help. Seeing that I was disabled, she insisted upon getting it for me, then showing me how the electric cart worked, and then offering to take it to my car! What a wonderful asset to the store!

I love their fresh produce and fruit. I actually get a chance to eat it before it goes bad. Other stores may be less expensive, but you end up throwing away food. So youre actually throwing away the money you save at these other so called discount grocerystores. Do yourself a favor and shop at Hannaford, you wont regret it.

I tried the Hannafords go go app for the first time. Ordering online was super easy. The pickup was fast. Pulled into the parking spot & called the number - someone came out within about 5 mins. It was great!

The isles go the wrong way in my opinion and they have some weird game where all the isles are supposed to be one way. Those are my only complaints which same goes for any grocery store so that is forgivable

If you want Covid covered meat or to wade through dozens of room-temperature IQ, maskless mouthbreathers then this is the store for you. If you value your health or the health of your family, stay far away from this place.I strongly believe that, If it hasnt already, this store will be responsible for a significant spread of Covid-19. While most employees can be observed wearing masks, and the building is adorned with notices that face coverings are required for customers, it has become apparent that the management of this store have zero intentions of enforcing this requirement or protecting the publics health. It seems, unfortunately, that those who wish to leave their mask and common sense at home when shopping are attracted to this store because they know they will be catered to instead of confronted. Whats even more repulsive, however, is the bearded gentleman who can be observed standing maskless behind the deli counter most mornings breathing on the raw meat. While I understand that the active enforcement of these health and safety policies must be unimaginably difficult, it is both disappointing and revolting to see how little effort Rindge Hannaford is willing to put toward protecting their customers.

I favor Hannafords over Market Basket mainly because its easier to move around in there. I can get my shopping done faster not having to dodge angry humans. People on average seem happier shopping here. I dont mind spending more to avoid dealing with the unnecessary headache.

Excellent food shopping.

This store is placed along a popular stretch of road that includes low-cost stores like Market Basket, Walmart, and Dollar Tree. That being said, this Hannaford may seem expensive in comparison, but it has about the same price point as most other markets (aside from MB maybe) in the region. The bonus is that this location is rarely crowded, which is great for shopping on a Sunday with kids. We have never had a problem with produce or meat quality and they have many local and regional brands that you just wont find in other big stores. My children love the free fruit they get on every trip and we do not have to deal with the stress (from volume of people) of the other stores in the area.

Switched to Hannaford from MB. No ground beef still but bought a mixed mix for meatloaf. Some shelves empty but found what I needed. Love shopping without crowds or lines.

A LITTLE ADVICE FROM A LONG TIME CUSTOMER! I have shopped here for many many years. I personally choose it over market basket because the produce and selection are higher quality. I recent started using the hannaford to go and it’s great. Staff is very nice and professional HOWEVER. They have recent started putting groceries in paper bags with no handles and the paper is very cheap. I am all for going without plastic but can I just explain how many times I have had to carry all of the groceries in the house myself, and with no handles I can carry maybe 2 bags at a time meaning making many trips back and fourth and seeing it is winter that also means many more chances for me to slip and fall. I also cannot tell you how many times I have brought in these terrible paper bags and they rip open mid way into the house and spill my groceries all over the ground! I don’t mind paying higher prices for higher quality but if we’re paying higher prices how about we get some paper bags with handles. I have personally put in the notes I would like groceries put in plastic bags or bags with handles and my request is ignored.

Pretty good wish they had a selection of organic beef. And theres NO blue diamond almond milk. I was very surprised.

This is a review of the Hannafords To Go service. The fresh produce they choose for you is of poor quality. The fruits & vegatables have been small, old, green or even moldy. Occasionally they are simply inedible. It appears that they choose the produce that shoppers at the store would not pick.

Very clean, great choices and variety. They have more natural and organic options than most grocery stores. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Kinda like Arbys, theyve got beef, and other food as well. Clean store and not nearly as crowded as market basket down the road.

I love this store. I always find everything that I need. Its never crowded. The baggers always ask if I want plastic or paper and they scan all the heavy stuff in your cart, so you can leave it in.

Overpriced and no one who works there can seemed to bothered to help look for something that you cant find, then when you ask for them to help even when theyre standing around just talking and doing nothing they act like theyre inconvenienced.Not to mention Ive shopped here many times and every time Ive bought groceries from here theyve ether gone bad with 2-3 days of buying them or its made my husband and I completely sick shortly after eating their meat from the shelves.then roasted and fried chicken I bought wasnt cooked in the middle, it wasnt just undercooked it was raw and I had to drive all the way back just to have them argue with me but correct me if Im wrong but it shouldnt be stone cold in 10 minutes of driving back home and red in the middle, maybe near the bone but not everywhere. just go to market basket, you save money, time, energy and most importantly you wont be sick.I miss sunfoods and shop n save, these two store is what hannaford use to be and everything and everyone was on point the goods were always fresh and the service was top notch.

I love Hannaford. The isles are big and never clogged with displays or vendors stocking shelves. The store is clean and well organized. I also enjoy the friendly staff! I hate shopping anywhere else.

Always love shopping here. Its such an uncluttered atmosphere with friendly employees. Shout out to the gentleman restocking rutabagas last weekend. Im sorry the box split and they went everywhere. If I didnt have a baby strapped to my back, I would have helped you pick them up, but you handled it with class and promptness!

Nice size super market with a wide selection. Nice fresh seafood counter. Wide isles so you can move around easily. Great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Decent prices. I shop here often.

There is no service desk anymore and thats really confusing. Pharmacy usually gets prescriptions wrong or they are never ready when theyre supposed to be. Prices are high and the produce is mediocre.

Definitely higher prices than Market Basket down the street, but I find their products are often higher quality and they offer a larger selection of goods.

If youre in a hurry this is the store for you. Its always essentially empty so no need to wait in a line to check out! The prices are higher and portions are smaller than competitors in the area, but they have kiddo racecar carts so thats a bonus. This is a great store if you want to avoid a crowd...but youll pay for it.

Mostly vacant kinda odd placement of things

I Love the store but the produce section is horrible, I bought 2 pomegranates got home and cut one open and it was black inside, i was going to buy cucumbers but that were all shriveled and gross, every time I go there there produce is either moldy, shriveled or rotten, they really need to fix this department!! The rest of the store is GREAT, if I could give zero stars for the produce section I would.

This is my favorite market. There is space and it is clean. Other grocery markets make me feel anxious, which is never good when you have children in tow. People are friendly and the produce, fresh meats and fish are tended too.

Dont trust their scales! I bought a lobster this morning. They weighed it as 1.665 pounds. I did not look closely and just resumed shopping. My bad. When I got home I looked at the bag and saw the weight. Of course 1.665 is huge for a lobster. I weighed it on my electronic scale, it weighed 1.194 pounds. The difference of .471 pounds is unreasonable. I can understand a small difference but this much is unacceptable. At $6.99 per pound, they overcharged me $3.29. My call to the store manager was unsuccessful.

I find that their meat and produce are far more fresh than market basket. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful whenever I have had questions about where to find something.

I enjoy Hannafords mainly for its atmosphere, organization, cleanliness and colorful presentation. So, if my budget isnt too tight, I dont worry about penny pinching and treat myself to Hannafords. The store isnt as crowded either, so the shopping is more peaceful, less stressful. The cashiers are always friendly. Combining a Wal-Mart run and Hannafords stop with a quick take-out meal at KFC across the highway gets all my shopping needs met in close, convenient proximity.

Has most of the items needed and staffed pretty good.**Going to edit my review and take it from 5 star down to 1. It seems every time I go into this establishment, their employees always have an attitude. Today, as an example, Tracey, our cashier, did not have anything to say when we got in line to check out. No hello, no how are you, no did you find everything ok... nothing more than seemingly upset that we needed her to ring us up. This kind of customer service has been the norm lately. Looks like Market Basket will be getting more customers soon.

Though overpriced, the store is clean and the quality of fresh food is better than local competitors. One night they were out of free cookies so the baker went and frosted cookies for my kids. Customer service is excellent.
