Awesome shopping πexperience. Great weekly sales. Finds for entire family aswell as home decor. Staff available for pricing questions. Lovely boutique area. Always very organized & clean.
Good quality items for a great price. The volunteers are always amazing and very helpful.
One of my least favorite thrift stores. It is a very clean and well organized building, it just is not feasible pricing for thrift store items. Some of the pricing is way too high for even the most basic and non-designer clothing items. Could be an OK place to find work clothes for a business casual sort of environment.
You can truly find some of the best clothing and items in Richmond and this wonderful little store. Within walking distance of my home so I go pretty often and its always clean, well stocked, and organized. Professional and helpful staff and theyve come wonderful at following and enforcing all covid-19 protocols. Will be stopping in later today to see what I can find!
Absolutely awesome πI have been shopping there since 2001Wonderful selection of designer clothesπ
Stumbled across this place while walking down to Carytown and i fell in absolute LOVE with this place. Its a local business with a wide variety of cute, super cheap clothes -- Definitely a better stop than that Second Debut Goodwill place down on Cary St. The employees seem genuine and nice. Just a nice place to stop for cute clothes. Managed to get a fancy long sleeve shirt for only $3! Love this!
I have always had good experiences here. The staff is friendly without being pushy and fellow customers are polite with each other as well. Everything is very neat, organized in a way that makes sense, and clearly labeled. The clothing options here skew towards higher end brand names, but the prices remain reasonable. They have fitting rooms if you actually want to be able to see how something will fit for you, and as far as I have been able to tell those are gender neutral (as opposed to gender segregated) which I appreciate. Its been a very quiet environment every time that Ive been there, which is my only complaint, but its a personal preference so other people may enjoy that more than me.
I went in there with a friend, both of us excited to finally shop here after months of lock down.. unfortunately we got poor customer service... Upon walking in we were just stared at by the staff at the front, no greeting yet we noticed how quickly they were to greet everyone else as soon as they walked in... when we finally stood in line the lady just rudely and loudly asked us if we were ready to pay... we got there, she didnβt even say hello and seemed tired and bothered... Iβve had a bad experience from the other location in the past and now here oh well... maybe POC just bother them...
Pretty much the best thrift store in Richmond. Lots of clothes to choose from and the daily color-marked sales are crazy good. Ive found a lot of my favorite thrifted items here. Non-clothing section is a bit disappointing, but I dont really go for that area anyway. Plenty of fitting rooms, so theres no waiting.
Clothes Rack offers very gently used & sometimes new clothing for women and men. They offer purses, jewelry, scarves, caps, ties, books, CDs, some housewares, toys & bedding. Some of the more expensive brand name clothing come in the smaller to medium size, but nonetheless theres a good assortment for women up to size 24. They also carry formal dresses, scrubs, nightgowns & workout clothing. Its 50% off weekend in the store except for select jewelry & a few other things. Very well but store, very clean and helpful associates I shop there often.
This was a very nice store. At this point the selection of quality items have dwindled. Better selection at the Forest Hill store. Forest hill store enforces the employee buying policy.. Items have to be on the floor for a certain period of time before the employee can purchase. All of the high end items at the Forest Hill store are intentionally placed in areas where you can see them.. The Cary street store has really changed to make it better for the employee to get first Dibs on the merchandise. Ive been shopping there for years and see a significant difference. 2/3/2017
One of my favorite thrift stores in Richmond! The selection of clothes is always great, and I never have a problem finding something to buy, for any occasion!
Love this store! They have great selection of high end clothing and accessories (Tory Burch, Coach, Trina Turk). Kids clothing, housewares, books, shoes, holiday decorations! Great jewelry too!
This place is hit or miss. The prices are awesome but the selection could be better. Every once in a while you will find a wardrobe gem in here so if youre in the area with time to kill, take a look around.
Very much like that theres inexpensive clothing that I can purchase and that proceeds from it go back to helping the community. I volunteer here and I know that theres a lot of great merchandise waiting to go to the floor at any moment, so if you dont find something on one visit, theres a good chance you will on the next.
This upscale thrift store has been in historic Richmonds Fan District as long as I can remember. I ALWAYS find a bargain here.
Love this store! So well organized and staff helpful.
This is a somewhat difficult review to share. Hands down this is the best thrift, gently used (and sometimes new) clothing store in the commonwealth . So much so, that for selfish reasons only, one would want to keep it a best kept secret ...however,... It is for selfless reasons the stores offerings and operations supportThe Junior Leagues efforts uplifting the lives of those in need .The staff is always delightful, absolutely delightful and the environs are impeccable. The quality of items are the highest to be found, high end lables peppered with even higher end boutique items, luxury lables and with a little luck even a haute coutre item or two. ( Now, in this, one would find success by shopping early and shopping often )So now you know, this is a gem afforded to all by the charitable efforts of Richmonds Junior League. Please support them with your patronage and donations.
Excellent prices clean smell clean. Customer service is awsome
Love this thrift store! Always something new and cool here.
Fair prices and nice selection!! Great sales too!!
Great variety!
Amazing brands at very reasonable prices. I found clothes from Zanella, Canali, Brooks Brothers, and more in the mens section. My wife says the womens selection is equally impressive. Prices range from $1 to $10 for most items, though the super high end stuff is a bit more. They have a really cute selection of childrens toys, books (Roald Dahl!), and clothing. You can find most anything here and the quality is great. Customer service is fantastic; they are super nice and helpful. So glad we found this place!
LOVE THIS PLACEEEEE! I always get fab clothes from here, and Fab service!
Really well organized store, clean as a pin. Staff was helpful. POS dreadfully slow.
