Nice staff that leaves you to look but checks on you from time to time if you have questions.Pricing is competitive and although not the cheapest around is in line with most other places. You can get good quality furniture or a step down in quality for a cheaper price.Bought several pieces from here and return next time.

Amazing furniture store/museum. 3 vast floors of name brand furniture. You can almost get lost in here. They have entire rooms of recliners, sofas, dining & bedroom suits. Was impressed by the sales staff knowledge & patience. Plenty of parking. Nice area for restaurants & night life.

Horrible, junk furniture. If you want furniture that lasts longer than a year, shop elsewhere. Customer service is a joke! Absolutely no help at all. They will send you online to figure it out yourself. If you have a warranty, forget that too. Good luck getting that worked out.

Great service to SELL you something double peice of other places. Geeat warranty in theory, zero service when waiting for parts. Four plus months and can not use recliner or even rock in it. Still pariently waiting for return calls... now its just a $600 joke.

Nice selection decent prices but we waited an extreme amount of time just to get the single couch loaded up on our truck. We came in right at opening and they were already backed up. Dont go if your in any type of time constraint or like service at a fair amount of time.

The building is beautiful and you can see the history there. Friendly people. John met us when we walked in, asked us questions if we had been there before. Gave us a little tour and showed us to what we were looking for. Was very helpful during the whole process. Made everything easy! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We have an issue with the quality of our sectional. And it’s been a week and still have not received a phone call or email to help us with the issues. One of cushions is 2” to small and we have a large rip in the fabric. When you call the manager is always out and the person who does warranty only works Monday to Friday. Great support.

Don’t buy from here ... Dayton and Indianapolis is close and much better products and selection... I will never spend another penny at this place again ...

We bought living room couch and 2 recliners 4 years ago. Spent over $2500 on them. The couch has held up grea, but both recliners are falling apart. Sad thing is, we hardly sat in them! They were supposed to be genuine leather recliners, but they are not. Sadly, I could not find my paperwork for them when they started peeling within the year. 😔 Now were looking for new recliners.

The young lady was very helpful with answering questions and suggestions. In which we decided to purchase the entertainment center. I have never spent so much on things like that in my life but it is well worth the value.

3 floors of furniture is a historical building. Furniture for every taste and reasonably priced. There is so much to look at while perusing the furniture. There is a model train set and a small train for kids to ride. Very cool :) They even offered a military discount.

Great time. These people host a great community celebration. We enjoy it every year. We have purchased good quality furniture from them and I believe they gave me a great deal. I will shop them again.

Neat place you can get lost within... There stories of expansive space with a massive variety of furniture types to fit any taste. The third story includes an area with running model trains. And they have a cute little train for kids to ride between Thanksgiving and Christmas: check ahead to see if the train is running when you want to visit.

Such a cool place to visit and walk around. People are friendly and they have a great selection. Return policy is nonexistent and super Shady. Measure and be certain before you sign. Even if your item has not left the store, it is non-refundable. Will not purchase there again for this reason.

Was quoted a price on a bed with an adjustable bottom and went back the following week to purchase the bed after spending almost $2,000.00 on outdoor furniture on the day we were given the quote. We paid for the bed and had it in lay away along with the outdoor furniture. We picked up the outdoor furniture and picked up the bed a couple of weeks later. The base of the bed had been switched to a cheaper base. After numerous phone calls to the store we received a return phone call from them. They REFUSE to furnish the correct base or make a refund of the difference. We spent over $4,000.00 in this store before we picked up this bed set. We live in Northern Ky but have a summer place in Indiana. I would suggest to not put anything in layaway and to check when you get your purchases to make sure you receive what you pay for.

Great staff and really cool place. Its fun to just be in there. You want to go check them out especially at Christmas time. They have a huge area upstairs full of Christmas stuff and a train for kids to ride! Ask for Greg, he will rock your casbah! He will help comfortize your home!

Richmond Furniture is our go to store! We have bought mattresses (excellent value and great deals), a mid-century style couch perfect for our decor, and a wool area rug. Their sales and service are friendly and helpful. Their delivery is right on time. We admire their community focus and our grandson loves their holiday spirit.

We were in there around 6 and left to eat at a restaurant across the street at 6:30 when we left no employees told us they lock the gate at 7 when they closed and our car got locked in their huge inconvenience probably will spend money elsewhere they should train their employees to say at 6 or 6:30 if youre leaving the store to make sure your cars moved out of their lot. Trying to keep our money local they made it kind of hard but well still go to the restaurants in the depot area

His prices are very high and over priced. He has a major mark up on everthing and poor quality furniture. Sales people are very pushy as well

This place will not SAVE YOU MONEY. My first experience with them was when I was looking for a bed for my daughter. She loved a canopy bed that they had to order. They gave me a price of around $550 and wrote it up, which wasnt bad, but we had to wait 8 weeks to get it. I decided to do some shopping on line to see what I could come up with. no matter where I looked it was going to take a long time to get it. So I called the guy who helped me to place the order. I received no return calls after a few days of trying to call him. I then went to the furniture store to order it. Upon arrival he then tried to help me, which I declined. Another employee said he would help, but wanted to charge me almost $1100 dollars for it. After I showed him the quote that I had before I then told him to pound sand for trying to double the price and rob me. A female employee did help me and sold me the bed for $550.Then it was time to by my son a bed. We went to the furniture gallery and found a bed he liked for $1200. I told them that I wanted to go home and look on line to compare prices. Of course I found a company out of New York that had the exact same thing for around $600 but they were going to charge $100 for shipping. So $700.... are you catching on yet. I called them and told them about what I had found. They said they would match the price. Okay no problem. So I go down there to pay for it and they want $700. I asked them about matching the price. they said the did. They were going to charge me the $100 for shipping. I then walked out and ordered it online.No, its not over. I did purchase a couch off of a lady at their discount furniture store. Nice couch, but my dogs got in a fight over a cushion. I called them up for a replacement, they said $100. I then proceeded to call Ashley Furniture and bought the replacement cushion for $25.To this day, I cant stand to hear Rogers voice on the radio. Ill steal your money. The guy is a crook, if you dont believe me, do your own research. I promise you that you can save hundreds of dollars just by ordering the exact same thing he sells online.

He insisted I filled it out, then left me standing for something like 45-50 minutes. After asking around for him, he finally returned to tell me it had been denied (I knew it would be.) But, apparently forgot to tell me and LEFT FOR LUNCH.Terrible, will not ever be back.

Just spent over $1000, called before hand to have my things ready. When I arrived they tried to give me the janky floor model, after I told them I wanted the boxed table put together. Now Im standing here, 7pm, waiting on them to put my table together!!!!!!!! Poor customer service, no communication! I will NEVER shop here again!

Poor customer service and poor quality furniture. We bought a living room set a full week ago and the chair to the set has already fallen apart. The wood on the inside of the chair completely broke in half and the springs went straight to the floor. I also noticed that the fabric on the left arm rest is coming apart at the seams.I know Richmonds small and options are limited, but dont waste your money on this place.

I purchased a lot of furniture from here. One of the employees tells one of my family members EVERYTHING I ordered, and showed them thru text messaging also, and told them I spent X amount of money! How unprofessional is that? I brought this to their managers attention whos name is Paul, and he was very rude about it. So I contacted the owners daughter and she took care of me after that. Their furniture is way over priced. The reason for the 1 star is beccause they did price match me for everything I bought, with the prices I found on the Internet, otherwise I would rate them zero stars. I would recommend Bullerdicks Furniture over this place anyday if you like to shop locally.

Annoying commercials and whoever designed the logo of him smiling while flaunting all the money he just made ripping you off is actually really insulting, its like hes waving it in your face, terrible terrible marketing from a sleazy sales guy. They actually have bull pens like a car dealship in the front so you cant access the store without being harassed immediately, very high pressure and out-dated tactics that scare more customers away than bring in. Furniture is over priced too. Save yourself money, time, and the headache of having to deal with these people and just order online from Wayfair or a similar site.

Went in on Friday 8/23/13 to look at dining room and living room furniture. Initial salesperson was Melissa who was nice. I saw an unframed canvas print sitting on easel that was not priced. I asked her about it and she wasnt sure but thought it was about $200. I told her I couldnt do that but she said shed double check to be sure and went to find out. She brought a man back who checked it over then said he wasnt sure either but made a phone call to find out. He told us it was $200. I told him Sorry, I couldnt do that I was hoping it was closer to $100 since it was a seasonal picture Id just use a few months a year. He then accused me of trying to buy it cheap so I could Turn around and sell it on Ebay for $250. I couldnt believe his response. I didnt ask him to take less. I didnt even ask if there would be any sales. All I said was I couldnt pay $200 for it. We turned around and left immediately. Its been 2 days and Im still surprised at the level of unprofessionalism exhibited.We have purchased many things here over the last decade, - living room furniture, two bedroom suites, mattresses/box springs, etc. Its a large store with quite a bit of history. Thats the only reason Im giving it 2 Stars instead of 1.In the future I will stick with Bullerdicks Furniture or Eaton Furniture. The larger selection at Richmond Furniture isnt worth the rudeness.
