Picked up a skid steer for a transfer very friendly loaded very quickly

Called several different times to order parts no one will call you back.ordered a part went to pick it up and parts guy sold it to someone else.he said the guy needed it.I started going to brookville to get parts they are always helpful and friendly.I work down the road from the store in Richmond but I will drive to brookville to get parts from now on.
