The lady at the front desk is always polite and cheerful and two of the three parts guys are great I refuse to deal with one of them but I will not push my opinion of him onto anyone else better for you to form your own. I have not dealt with the service department yet so I have nothing good nor bad to say about that department. they seem to have most of the parts I need in stock and can usually get what they don’t have from their sister stores very quickly. Over all a great place to get parts

Needed parts for my John Deere Mower. They had what I needed in Stock. Great customer service.

I bought the weddeater in 2005. I cleaned it and saw i had a missing string guide, a broken string reel controller. Told them what I needed, the person called it up dont compute turned away from the counter returned in less than a minute, in less than three minutes I was going out the door and to my car.Super service, nice people.

I have had John Deere tractors for 25 to 30 years and always have good service with them and always willing to help anyway they can. Ive had other brands before and when i called them to get service I never got contacted. John Deere is the best.

The most worthless, inconsiderate, unprofessional place to work for or do business with. Reynolds is worth the drive. Would never recommend my worst enemy to come here.Reply- I’ve actually called and did not get an answer or reply to my voice mail. And when I asked when they fired me they didn’t have a reason other than the company was making internal changes and I used my phone too much but what I find funny is I never once got a warning let alone a write up. Pretty sure I just got used for a season by Koenig and once harvest was over I was let go. I was warned about you guys and I should have listened. Merry Christmas.
