Great job, the first things that folks say when they walk into our home is wow, I love the wood!. The walls, ceiling, and two mantels add so much character and create memory points in the home. Workmanship and quality of materials were both excellent.

It is sad to give them such a bad review. Their customer service was amazing and very personal. They were very friendly, let me tour their facility, and communicated well throughout the process. However, the product that I was sold has been sub-par.We had our kitchen up-dated by them. They made us a dinning table, counters, cabinet doors, and custom island. The problems we had have been as follows:1) First, different doors were different shades of white -- so they had do sand and redo the paint.2) The paint did not match our existing molding leading to a two toned kitchen3) The paint of the island started chipping away within 1 week of installation and paint of doors was chipping and pealing within months of installation.4) They very kindly repainted all the doors and the island free of charge, but this was still a pain.5) The new paint has lasted better, but again, we are seeing lots of chipping within a year of the repaint. When I compare to friends who had cabinets put in, theirs look brand new while ours already look worn out.6) The table that was custom made is too high.... I would have thought such a thing would be standard, but apparently not.All of this, and they were not cheap to deal with....I completely regret my choice, and would not recommend them for cabinetry.

I recently used Wellborn Wright to remodel our Master Bedroom and Kitchen. They did custom cabinets in the kitchen and built a custom wood island top. Both of them are beautiful and you can see the skill and craftsmanship in their work. We also did wide plank Oak floors with a custom finish in the master. Couldnt be happier with the whole process!

Wellborn + Wright helped my wife and I with remodeling our house in Atlanta. They did our hardwood oak flooring, ceiling beams, and even a custom metal door. All of it looks INCREDIBLE! Very easy to work with and great prices. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to add some new touch to their home.

This place makes Lumber Liquidators look good. If you are ready to pay 3 times what you would pay another place for sub-quality look no further. I should have seen the red flags along the way.First you can never get anyone on the phone. DOES ANYONE EVEN WORK HERE? You have to set up an appointment to go to the showroom?? No other competitor in town does that. If you have a meeting with a manager you best hope and pray that they remember to show up.Second the prices are really high. Most of my clients are high end so I know what I can get for budgets that are open ended but wowee they think they have something great. None of it is unique. There are plenty of places that are even out of state that are cheaper for better quality. Their terms if you read them are very aggressive and leave you up ****s creek without a paddle even if they are the cause of the issue.Third they love to ignore your deadlines. Assuming you ever get your materials- Richmond is a small city in some ways and I know some folks who ordered beams and didnt receive them after MONTHS. I needed flooring at a project on a tight deadline so that it could acclimate to the clients home before install- by being late they pushed back every other contractor in the building. Youd think for a company that works with designer, builders, and architects they could understand the importance of a deadline.The only thing they seem to do is collect your money. They really love to take your money as quickly as possible and good luck trying to get it back when they completely botch it.Ive had two clients who wanted to use their materials- I made the mistake of thinking the first round of errors was a fluke and giving them a second chance. NEVER. AGAIN. Save yourself the money and the headache and go somewhere professional where they know what they are doing. Literally anywhere else.

I used Wellborn Wright to put in reclaimed oak flooring in my lake house. They made the entire project very easy and enjoyable. McLain handled the entire process from start to finish and was always upfront with us and on time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Wellborn Wright to anyone interested in gorgeous flooring and great customer service!

I originally approached Wellborn Wright for some reclaimed wood siding material I wanted to put in my basement. I reached out to the company online and got a call the next day. One of their sales reps, McLain, had me over to their shop and gave me the entire tour of their facility, very impressive outfit! After learning what all they could do, I had them build me a custom bar. People always ask me about it when I have people over, and I recommend Wellborn Wright to all my friends. Great company!
