Big Lots is a discount store for all sorts of things that you will find in other stores at discounted prices. They even have furniture. The drape and curtains selection was really good, they had so many that there were curtains in two separate spaces in the store. They were kind of one aisle apart from each other. Tools and cleaning supplies too. I liked Ollies for kitchen and bath decor a little better and Ollies prices were lower on many items and departments.

Big Lots is one of the best stores ever happened for the more budget minded people. This location isnt in my area however I was doing Lyft and stopped here and found what I needed and they had the nerve to have stuff on sale for 1.00, how freaking cool is that?......I love Big Lots, its one of my GOTTA GO TO FIRST before I go to any other store for the product(s) I need. THANKS A LOT BIG LOTS!!!

Went to buy queen size mattress. Did have a small issue with one of staff. The advertisement on mattress said it was a set which include box spring but the staff kept telling me that they didnt come together even when I showed him Big Lots advertisement. Long story short, I told him as long as the mattress and box spring add up to the price on the ad then I had no problem with it. They did have a great sale going on.

OK store but Big Lots does not have the deals they used to and stopped carrying a lot of cheap hygiene products in favor of marked up stuff and cheap stuff that is less than what it used to be and not as good.

Pretty Cool! Hit or Miss! Some items a bit over priced, however I did luck up on some deals. It might not be your cup of tea. However, when I purchased the same item at another discount store for $26 more, I got excited and had to snatch it up! I found some beautiful picture frames half price. I was looking for a hallway console and the prices were a bit outrageous for the quality. Nevertheless they have a little bit of everything they are not as crowded as Walmart and unlike Walmart the Manager will help you out when you cant find the price on a clearance item. Go check them out pretty little neat store!

I can see this pandemics reflection in a lot of businesses...I remember Big Lots as the go to spot for home decor. I walk in there now and its empty...dead and slim pickings. But, I managed to find things a lot of big box grocers dont have. Thanks Big Lots for hanging in there!

You just never know what you will find. Id been looking for an outdoor fall mat and had not had any luck in locating one. Id been to Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Kohls, looked online at a couple of other stores without any success. Low and behold, they had some at Big Lots! Yay!!

I recently purchased a recliner for my Husbands Birthday gift. We love it. (Store #1411)I had some personal challenges being able to get to the store. I called, spoke withRaylene Wells, Furniture Mgr. who obviously loves what she does, represents Big Lots professionally, takes care of Customer satisfaction to the fullest.I can say this after retiring from 50 years of Customer Service Management myself.However, the next day Ms. Wells was not in. I had the opportunity of speaking with the Store Manager, who should also conduct himself accordingly.I am very sensitive to all Employees during these difficult times we are facing. The additional pressures etc.Im not looking to get anyone in trouble either.There is an obvious difference between demeanor and treatment of Customers.I did not appreciate the Store Manager. Im sure we all have bad days. A surprisingly nice collection of affordable furniture.

My wife and I went in to check out mattresses. Several of the mattresses were just plain dirty. I understand people lay on them to test them but at some point, clean the mattress tops. Also, the store clearly has a sign on the entrance reminding customers to wear masks indoors during the pandemic, and four out of seven employees were just wearing masks around their necks, faces entirely uncovered. If they care that little about following health rules I can only imagine how much they care about cleaning the store to keep it safe for customers. Even our cashier kept her mask off when she rang us up. I wouldnt go back into this store location for ANYTHING.

After traveling to 2 stores only to find dresser/table set not available, Gary at the Hull St store took the time to call Brook Rd store to make sure they had items. He spoke with Raylene in furniture and she confirmed both pieces, put my name on the boxes and was ready for me when I arrived. Thanks Gary and Raylene!

Big Lots is one of my favorite variety stores. I went in to purchase No Salt Seasoning; I end up with beautiful towels also. Love this Walmart franchise.

I came here looking for supplies for a three year old girl splash pool party and I found some great stuff from pools (which I bought 3) I also bought this obstacle course water slide they had a wide variety of water guns and water balloon supplies as well...I had so much fun shopping in this store it made life easier....would recommend anyone to check this place first... Ill be back

I heard some younger kid saying I dont know how big lots stays open...who shops there? People that want to pay less for the same product shop there kid. Good place to get stuff for the house.

Always a great shopping experience when I go there. Always find a few deals. This particular store has a great staff very friendly and helpful.

It was days before Christmas. The store was run thru by customers. Staff seemed very light, so things were not tightened up in the seasonal area. But, the rest of the store was neat. Cashier was very courteous. Im from out of state but, would return when visiting family again.

Actually my experience was very well the staff was very helpful and not like a lot of the big box stores what it was was I was moving into a new place and needed a couch fairly quickly and did not have a very big budget wanted to definitely stay under $1,000 for something that was going to hold up fairly well and lo and behold they had a leather couch that I used to have almost identical to the one and it was really decent like a mocha brown with white stitching very comfortable very firm for only $799 brand new they do not deliver their selves but they work with three very professional moving companies and with having a bad back I greatly appreciate that for only $100 delivered to my house up a flight of stairs and set up very reasonable and same-day service by the way that was lovein delivery service in conclusion I would definitely highly recommend checking out Big Lots on your next trip or just go online if they dont have what you need in the story they can have it delivered to store or for a small fee deliver to your house

Dont go if you have a purse. After shopping for 20 minutes, I was told (due to corvid) they didnt allow outside bags instore. New to me. Gave Biglots on Broad my money. They hadnt heard of the new purse policy.

Great prices, inventory levels vary, store is unorganized. Staff on the floor that we asked for help was really unhappy at her job and acted as if we were bothering her. Cashier was friendly and smiling.

Always deals to be had. I love going shopping for the food they have. You never know what kind of weird one off product that didnt sell commercially you will find. Last time it was ham flavored chips, and this time it was a discounted rye triscuits. Make sure to check the clearance shelf for the best bargains

I called today to ask if they had a particular cutting board in stock, that I saw online, which I wanted for a Christmas present. They checked and I went right down to get it. I could not have asked for better service and attitude! Thank you. Also I found my refined coconut oil (keto diet) that I use for way less than grocery store prices. Just seems there is good value everywhere in there!

Very nice until after checkout. Gentleman was helping and manager stopped him to carry on a conversation. We were waiting for him to help us load our purchase. So we waited and waited. What happened to customer comes first.

They have some good prices but you have to watch some of the prices and quality....depends on what you need at the time.

Big Lots is great, they have so many things for your home & its cheaper than other stores. I like their seasonal section too, they have so many cute things, I have to use all of my restraint so as not spend a ton of moolah & get home and say, What have I done?! And I like their canned, jarred & packaged food isles because they have European items that you wont see in other stores (unless you want to go to an over priced high end market & then you can probably get them & pay more). When I go to Big Lots, I start at one end & I work my way through the whole store.

If youve never been to Big Lots before its a bargain variety store that has everything from furniture food Beauty Supplies to gardening supplies and the odds and ends in pets and auto care. This Big Lots is a pretty standard Big Lots location it does have cold milk and some frozen items. Hopefully no one has to use Big Lots as their sole source for shopping however my husband has been able to find his Monster beverages there at a discount and I like to go in the garden area and get planters or patio furniture. There are several different places to access the parking lot so if you were to miss it initially you could just turn in again at one of the other entrances near Walmart or the shell or Exxon stations. This Big Lots is very convenient to I-95 and I-295.

Not an impressive store, but they have some bargains occasionally. You need to be picky, to sort the junk from the good stuff. Not too clean and you wont get service, but thats the trade-off for saving money.

Kind of crowded in the store, especially the furniture side. I could barely push my shopping cart through the too tight aisles. I like Big Lots though because some items are priced significant lower than in other stores.

The the sales associate was a great young man. He was very friendly, helpful and quite handsome. 😊
