My daughter and I came in to have a special treat. Never before have I had this bad of a service experience at a Sweet Frog location. There were two girls working in the store. Neither one of them were friendly. Neither greeted us or said thank you. We both got a medium Bowl the order was almost $21 in total. We had to ask for napkins and for a top so we could take it home. The girl rolled her eyes at me like it was a big hassle. Neither of the girls wanted to work it was clearly obvious. They certainly served their friend for free who sat in the booth. She did not pay for her Sweet Frog. Quite frankly both my daughter and I felt very discriminated against the whole time we were in there. Never before have I felt this at any Sweet Frog location we have visited. It was a feeling that we were not wanted there. Due to this I will not be visiting this location ever again and I do not recommend it to anybody. Its very disheartening to feel like this. Besides the one friend they were serving for free we were the only ones in there. After about 15 minutes and started to pick up. The yogurt machines did not have many flavors. Most of them were still summer flavors. Only one low-fat option available. Im highly disappointed overall with my experience at this location. My daughter was disappointed as well. She is a teenager and clearly saw what was happening. I think the owner needs to take a look at the employees they hire.

The frozen yogurt was liquid. About half of the machines were broken. It cost $15 for a small and a medium dish. We could not eat the yogurt, we ate the toppings. Horrible experience, we always loved SF before, won’t go back!

Fruit toppings were molding and candy was clumped or greasy-looking. Several of the froyo selections were out. Didn’t look like the proper sanitary procedures were followed.

I came after a long day of working. I went inside with my sister and chilllee there was only about 3-4 frozen yogurt machines working. And it wasnt even the good ones. It was banana, cheesecake, sweet tart, and another bland one. Chille the ghetto. Like every thing was out of order.

There are employees inside, with the open sign on, but the door locked during business hours.

Than you! Daughter and I love this place. Its in a convenient area and they always have the best choices. We dont mind eating it in our car drives home. As long as she keeps a huge heavy stack of gummy bears out of it we can afford it. Plus they have had so many good deals recently we cant pass them up. The staff are nice and the place is clean as well as there is handicapped parking available. The staff even thank nurses and first responders. Thank you for such wonderful yummy treats that make for great family bonding during this time.

This was the cleanest Sweet Frog Ive ever been in and thier manager Megan was soo kind and helpful!!! Love this place!

Great staff clean enviroment

Worst experience! I went to this location after to work to grab a few gift cards for my sons birthday party for prizes. I walked in and the staff member was nice but inexperienced. She asked for help from another staff member who was also new. All of a sudden, another young woman comes in as a car horn is honking (apparently the friend she was sitting out in the car with) with no identifying shirt, name badge, hat or MASK and tries to get behind the counter. They let her in and she was very unprofessional. For whatever reason, they could not figure out how to put money on the gift cards and give me a receipt for them. As this was going on, another customer came in to get frozen yogurt so the other new staff members helped her. When it was time for her to pay, the unprofessional member was still trying to figure out how to do this simple transaction so she tells the other customer she did not have to pay and she could leave.This unidentified staff member (African-American girl with a short ponytail at the top) couldnt figure out how to do her job so I was still waiting. She then asked me to look at my bank account to see if I was charged?! I dont know what kind of business this is but a 5 min stop turned into a 15-20 min situation. There was no apology and she was very patronizing when I tried to leave the store biting my tongue bc I was very upset at how this was handled. Please get rid of this girl! She is the WORST!

This location is by far better than the one at 125 Stonebridge Plaza Ave, Richmond, VA 23225. More variety.

Everything tasted funny like old our last experience.

Doors were unlocked so we walked in 8 min before opening time. since we saw another person walk in we assumed it was open. Worker stated you cant come in early, we dont open until 12,Which is wrong(sign says 11:30) she could have handled it better. Making my daughter cry on her birthday. Guess we will give our business to someone else!

Omg! They have dole whip pineapple soft serve. That alone makes it worth the trip here. Service was friendly and helpful too.

Awful service

Im really confused why there wasnt an employee at the register when entering this location. It took at least 2 minutes for the guy to come out from the back to sleepily greet us. Unfortunately we had to go back in 5 minutes later to get another bowl for my toddler. Once again, the employee resurfaced from the back minutes later. Its just not what I expected for such a cheery looking place.

My son, husband and I love this place! The yogurt is amazing however we went for wednesday for $4 for what i know store closes at 9, we were there at 8:30 and the place was still a little packed but lady working there start cleaning the tables and putting chairs up... it maked me feel like they wanted everybody to go!!

I love this Sweet Frog location. Its ALWAYS clean, the staff are super friendly, and the music is always good.

As always a reliable product and service. Just realized you are paying about 2 to 2.5 times what you get if you bought the best yogurt you could find in the store.

First off, the outside looks like a PALACE. I had never been to a frozen yogurt place before this one and WOW was I impressed. I was greeted by a handsome gentleman who welcomed me into the store with a happy smile, I believe his name was Ennzo. I then proceeded to check out all the flavors and even asked to try a few. Without hesitation Ennzo stepped out behind the counter and explained the difference between fat free and sugar free. Topping galore was what greeted me next. Every topping you could think of is there!! The price? you CANNOT beat it. I was overall very satisfied as a customer and will be back in the future. Will recommend to my friends and family!

I went here with my wife, and after eating we noticed that a family kept sending their children up and filling their cups up with topping while the worker was gone. I mentioned it to the father that they werent allowed to do that to them have him yelling and cursing at me. If those are the people that go here, we will not be back. Rude, disrespectful and I feel sorry for the owner of the store who did nothing.
