Insomnia cookies has a great variety of different ice creams and desserts they also have drinks such as milk water at juice the cookies are nice and warm staff is friendly inefficient

Great cookies, if a bit expensive. Its ten dollars for a half a dozen regular cookies, cheaper if you buy more of course. Id say its worth it every once in a while, perhaps to celebrate. The hours are definitely a plus.

SEPTEMBER A friend and I ordered a 12ct to campus around 9pm and they got here quicker than the quoted time. Great cookies, again, and warm when they got here.JULY After reading some horror stories in the one star ratings, we ordered pick-up. Cookies were ready a few minutes before scheduled 9:45 pickup which was nice, and they were warm. We got a six pack and they were all good. Not the best cookies, but it was all fairly convenient, especially if you are a college student at midnight. Crunchy outside, soft inside. Maybe a slight bit underdone but not enough to make them bad.

About an hour ago I placed a delivery order for 9 cookies ($30). They arrived early and were slightly warm. I got 5 of what I ordered and they subbed the rest for flavors I didn’t order. They didn’t call, refund or anything. They just threw something I didn’t want in the box instead. The ones that got subbed were deluxe flavors so now I have $12 worth of cookies no one here will eat. The cookies themselves are kinda blah. It’s my first order and probably my last. They need salt or something. Honestly, I’ll probably pre-mix and freeze my own for on demand baking. I was so excited but now I’m just disappointed. Love the idea but execution was lacking.Also, I sent in an email review before posting this online. There was no response. 🤷🏻‍♀️I did give them a chance to try and fix it before leaving a bad review.

DELICIOUS COOKIES. I went there later in the day upon the recommendation of a dozen coworkers. The worker (I did not get their name unfortunately) was very respectful and helpful when I asked for help on what to order. I ended up with the bigwich, a cookie sandwich with icing in the middle. That cookie sandwich was a religious experience. The buttercream icing was sweet but not too sweet. The chocolate chunk and double chocolate chunk cookies that I used for my icing vessels understood the assignment. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The value that this place offers to me is that it sells ice cream 🍦 and stays open until 3AM Thursday - Saturday and 1AM other nights. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is I didnt get a spoon or napkin with my pickup order, though I didnt ask for it, so make sure you do!

Waiting to pickup an order for almost an hour after the pickup time now. Staff seems to just be hanging out chatting in the kitchen.

Delicious smooth and creamy ice cream and the cookies were to die for.. We ordered a Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie but since they didnt have any on hand, they baked them fresh and gave us an extra one for our wait! The staff was extremely friendly!

I love their cookies so tasty and rich. But I order online and went to pick up the cookies in-store. I walked in and was the only one in the lobby. I waited for 10 or more minutes all the while an employee was sitting in the lobby ignoring me I was banging on the plexiglass walls, the counter, and talking. I eventually screamed hello and they finally came out of the back and gave me my order which wasnt warm anymore. Very disappointed in the level of service.

Tried to pay for my$19 cookie/ice cream order with a valid US twenty dollar bill but was told valid US currency wasnt allowed at this store. After further inspection, there was 1 tiny printed sign which described the store as cashless. The cookies are good but overall this was a disappointing experience.Please allow cash.

Very covid friendly. Lobby has a limit of 6, you can order online and even get delivery. Lobby is very open and staff is friendly. Everything is clean and feels very safe to be there

I ordered cookies at 9:55pm, the website said 25-35 min. Ok so I ordered delivery. It took over 2 hours to get to me. The cookies where cold and the ice cream was melted. I attempted to call to cancel my order after an hour and half and no one answered the phone. Do waste your time. If they would have been upfront about the wait time that would have been fine, but apparently they cannot he bothered to inform people about any issues they may have.

If you’re up late and craving a sweet snack, this is literally the only store you can find open. Plus they have cookies and ice cream, how can you go wrong with that?

Cookies, brownies, and ice cream are great. The warm cookie with ice cream sandwich option is awesome. However, prices are steap. My family of 3 spend nearly $20 on every visit with roughly 2 cookies each. Milk is $3.75 per a 14 oz bottle. Thats just robbery since you can get a full gallon for less than $2.00 at a grocery. Again, the cookies are great but if prices were more reasonable, my family would visit more often.

Well overpriced for only a mediocre product. Staff is lacking. And for some reason, theyre oddly political, but not in an encouraging way. Super disappointed. We wont be going back.

I ordered cookies for delivery at 10:20 pm last night. I kept checking the status of the cookies and it just said “baking.” I’d put my phone down and check a little later... 30 minutes goes by, 40 minutes, 45 minutes.. I waited an hour and checked again. Still said “baking” so I tried calling to see if there was something I did on my end. No one answered and I listened to their waiting music for 8 minutes before I just hung up. I ended up driving there and politely telling them that I ordered cookies over an hour ago for delivery and just wanted to make sure nothing happened to the delivery driver. The girl told me “our delivery driver left like 5 minutes ago to deliver your cookies.”I get home (which is 5 minutes down the road), expecting cookies to be at my doorstep since she was way ahead of me. The delivery driver didn’t even show up until 5-7 minutes after I got home. And my cookies were cold and two of them were cold and not baked all the way through.

We ordered a 12-pack if cookies at about 8pm as a timed order for 9pm. We did arrive about 10 minutes early, and when attempted to call the curbside order that was messaged to us when the order was placed, there was no answer. So walked inside and the cashier was very short and notified that the order would be ready at 9pm which was fine because that is when the order was supposed to be ready. This was because they were waiting on the snickerdoodle cookies. We did not get the order until about 9:10pm and even then when we got back home and looked at the cookies, all 4 snickerdoodle cookies were half raw, and the peanut butter cookies were the same way. I understand the cookies are soft, but these were entirely goo in the middle and would fall apart when we attempted to pick them up. We thought this was it until we looked at the double chocolate chip cookie and there was a piece of the baking paper baked into the bottom of the cookie. I have ordered from here a couple times when they first opened and it was good service and quick delivery, so we expected them to be better picking them up as we did not have to wait as long but it was worse service and worse quality in the cookies.

Insomnia Cookies.Where to begin?The Okay: cookies are meh. Theyre not great but not awful. The building seems clean. Currently (in reaponse to COVID), you can order pickup or delivery. Those are nice options. Ive only done pickup because the cookies are expensive enough without delivery fee + tip added to the cost.The Not-Okay: the cookies are meh. Yes, I said that before, but to qualify, the price means youd REALLY better want a cookie(s) to justify it. Like, 11PM pregnancy or PMS craving. Otherwise, youre going to be sad to be out the money with only disappointment left on your tongue.The employees arent courteous. They arent rude, but they seem as of they couldnt care less if youre there. One of the delivery drivers had a very prominent political statement on their vehicle as well, which is fine on your own time, but I believe in keeping personal and work issues separate as not to cause unnecessary firestorms. I want cookies, not a message.Ultimately, the cost, the subpar cookies, and careless attitude = just buy frozen cookie dough and keep it on hand for those late night cravings.Sorry, IC. You guys have to step it up to compete with Great American Cookie.

Went there last Friday night... it was packed, so it took a while to order, which I understand, BUT after I ordered I stood for 20 minutes waiting for my TWO COOKIES. After Id had enough I asked an employee where my order was at, and she couldnt find it, she just gave me my two cookies from some trays and we left. The cashier that night had no idea what she was doing and seemed to mess up just about every other persons order.

First time customer. I ordered cookies and according to the website and tracking info, they were baking for over an hour. I had to retrieve the cookies myself though I paid for delivery and a tip. The cookies had been done for a while and not warm upon pickup: Their excuse was they received many 12 for 12 orders. I called customer service (located in another state) which had me on hold for 25 minutes and they told me I ordered from the wrong part of the website and paid 18 for the same cookies as the 12 for 12 offer. I’m getting my refund of the tip and delivery fee in 3 to 5 days but it will be my last time ordering from this company. There was no way to contact the local establishment by phone and check receipt of my order and had to physically drive there to get answers.

Ordered online with a special request for them to sing happy bday to my 13 year old. The lady called when she arrived to make sure she had the correct place, was super friendly and sung happy bday. Definitely recommend.

Ordered a birthday cookie to which was supposed to be delivered by 930 pm because the party for my wife was at 10pm when she got home from a very long day. Which i orfered the cookie at 2pm today and its 10pm already still no cookie at all. Called the customer service department and ahe was very rude and never offered us anything said let me call the store whoch she did to tell me they was out of the happy birthday so they tried to call yiu to let you know but that was a lie because they never called me. Im over mad about it. And a party with no cake or cookie because they bever showed up. A waste of money. Thanks insomnia cookie for screwing up my wife birthday. If i couldve gave a 0 i wouldve.

Stopped by Friday November 5th @ 11:45 am with family from out of town to let them experience the greatness of your cookies only to be turned away by a not so friendly worker stating “we’re not open yet”. Hours states 11am-3am so it should have been opened for customers and if the hours have changed then I would suggest to keep the door locked so that customers cannot get in until your ready to serve them..
