This was our first time here, everyone was so friendly and patient while my mom and I made our decisions. It was late but still a great selection. I cant wait to be in the area again. Our donut holes almost didnt make it all the way home!

Went in for a few donuts for my dad today. When I told the woman that waited on me that it was my dads birthday, she went out of her way to make an awesome box of donuts for him. Even arranged them beautifully in the box for him! Exceptional customer service. Above and beyond.

SO GOOD!! I went 2 days in a row at different times. The donuts were all stocked. The donuts are so fresh!!! My new favorite. I love that they have 3 different preparation styles, cake, yeast and buttermilk. Cant visit Richmond ever again and not stop.

This is my favorite location out of the two that exist here in Richmond. The staff has always been kind and friendly. It doesnt look like much but those who know, know that this is the place to grab one of the best doughnuts in the city.

I have loved this place since I was a kid. I moved away and havent been there in years. I didnt even know it was still open. I got a job literally around the corner from them. So Im headed to work and as I look sadly at the building, someone came out and I noticed cars in the lot. My car drove itself into the lot. I felt 16 years old again.

I love this place and always try to go visit it every time we are visiting family in Virginia. Their apple fritters are the best! I am a little sad the last couple times that I have tried to go they have been out of apple fritters. Theyre always seems to be a pretty decent amount of people waiting to get donuts. The staff is super friendly and quick.

Really great doughnuts! I was pleasantly impressed when I walked in. The smell of the doughnuts made me really excited to try them. I was visiting from out of town and stayed at hotel nearby. I came across them when searching the different food options near the hotel I stayed at. The blueberry jelly doughnut was my favorite next to the the glazed doughnut.

Its a tiny shop, but they still have a wide variety of donuts and this location (and their other, newer location) are very popular, so be prepared for them to be sold out of some things. Like others have mentioned, this is the best place around for doughnuts. The dough they use is awesome making the doughnuts 10x better. Also the doughnuts are made fresh daily and are never dry unlike some of the big chains. They have a great assortment and the prices are fair. Everytime I go there is always a small line but the staff is quick to serve so the wait isnt long. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Former co-workers and friends would speak so highly of this place all the time so when I found out that there was one on the East End I decided why not give it a try myself. My kids and I looove donuts but this place will not be our go to place. I had my daughter with me for my first visit and the lady that waited on us was impatient and rude. I noticed a different attitude and demeanor with her regular customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Due the options available and it being my first time, I got Apple Crumb, Sugar Raised, Apple N’ Spice, and Powered Sugar. I love them all 🤤 Wayyy better than Krispy Kreme and a lot more options to choose from. Stopped through on a Friday afternoon and the pastries were fresh. Purchased a coffee roll for a colleague and his wife, and they ate off that pastry all weekend; its that big, and delicious! These donuts are HUGE! Definitely not your average donuts your used to. So delicious too! My 7 year old pretty much inhaled hers. They have such a big selection too. Love that they have so many different kinds of filled donuts, you dont see too many options anywhere else. Worth the stop!
