I always have to sit for a long time for my order. After that some items I order they dont even have. The substitute that they do have is no way matching what the original order was for. Example like I order Springwater they bring out Purified Watet, total different that does not even up to the original order.

The Pharmacy associates are RUDE & RATCHET AS HELL! Its ALWAYS a bad experience when I have to deal with this particular pharmacy. PICK A MORE PROFESSIONAL PHARMACY!

As far as Walmart neighborhood markets go, this one is pretty good. The stock seems well curated to the neighborhood, with more higher-end items for the Ginter Park crowd and as well as the usual. They do have the typical Walmart problem with out of stocks. But the young manager is on his game. Every time I see him he is on the floor hustling, trying to keep things stocked and well maintained.

Not the greatest Walmart, but the manager is outstanding! Let me park in a dock that wasnt being used. People could learn from him! Be kind to truckers, they deliver everything for your convenience!🙂

Ive shopped many Walmart stores, mainly the Walmart at Reynolds Crossing and Nine Mile Road. I even have a Walmart Credit Card. This is my second time shopping at this location on Brook Road and I will never return. A gentleman approached me saying he sees that Im buying a lot of groceries and would I let him purchase my groceries with his food stamp card and then for me give him my cash so he could make it to the end of the week? I informed him, thats a federal crime and I was not interested in breaking the law. He quickly moved on to ask another female customer. It was hard navigating my cart thru the store because every aisle I turned down had a pallet and or a pallet jack in the way as the stocking crew filled the shelves...it got so bad I just left my cart and at the end of the aisle, I needed to go on. I asked a young lady in the bakery dept. what aisle the bread was on and she replied, the one that says bread! When I repeated my question, her team member yelled out, aisle 10 and they both laughed at me! Needless to say, my shopping experience was horrible and I will contact the Corporate Office immediately!!Regards,Sherri Anderson

This review is just based off the pharmacy since it was all i needed to go to. I came in for my vaccination and the staff was AMAZING they were so nice and my shot didn’t hurt at allll, it was not painful, i expected It to hurt like a flu shot but it was great. Side note though i guess There are homeless people outside of this store, an older man asked me to buy him two items but I’m a senior in college i... can’t afford that. Passing that just makes me feel guilty. But other than that 5 stars all the way to the pharmacy staff.

Great prices and wonderful cashier. Allways a pleasure to shop in this store. On Oct 14th in long line for checkout. Felt sorry for Gentleman at the register. At least 10 people in line. Seems like walmart wants everyone to use scan . At 75 this is difficult for me. Enjoyed conversation with lady in front t of me!

Produce section was barely stocked what was stocked didnt look edible, molding produce All self check outs no cashiers.

I dont go here often, but when I do, I remember why I dont.This store used to be great. Clean neat, inviting, this one almost feels like a new york Bodega now.Packed tight, a little messy, less friendly peopleBoth customers and workers.

This is by far the worse I ever went to.Its been a few days and I have patiently waited with the same results.They charge me twice,they charged my ssi and thats all the income I receive and my government card.I am on disability and I have a daughter,I have the employee telling me when to come back with no regard to the manager on duty,then I go back again and speak to the manager and go through this mess they made again and today the 3rd day I have to go back again. Try today is the last day,today is my last day going back

Love shopping there. Every stocker or checking out they are always ready and very polite to tell or show you what you need or help. I have a dear dog, he has a stroller, they allow him to shop with his Mom.

Customer service line is slow and unprofessional. People walk away while a line is there and conversations at the register are more for personal moments. Store checkout is good and prices are affordable. Customer Service line is SLOW and again I say REPEATEDLY unprofessional.

They always have what I need

Consistently good produce and the lady who works in the produce department is always SUPER nice (I will update when I get the chance to get her name). Same with the deli staff, they are consistently nice and go out of their way to help. The store is usually very clean. My only complaint is that occasionally all the carts will be in the parking lot, and sometimes they start shutting down the check out lanes too early before close.

I went in did my shopping, my experience was great, great customer service and the lines were short so I got in and out swiftly. I just wished they open back all of the doors I understand why they are closed because of the pandemic I hope they open up soon.

It can be a bit crowded at rush hour. Not a really friendly place with staff not that interesting in helping. They just put in a robot lot cop that blares out messages to stay away and not tamper with the machinery. Gives a nice warming welcome to shoppers. Still the store is stocked well for a smaller place. It was nicer when it first opened..

Go up in here there nothing but one maybe two cashiers. Even self check outs are backed up.

Most of the essential are in stock, except lysol disinfectant spray and name brand toilet paper and paper towels as of 8am Sunday.

Im giving Walmart 3 stars, their store is not the problem, the problem is with alot of fighting in the store and outside the store, it seems like everytime I go shopping at Walmart the police are there for fighting,

As always one register open and small self checkout. They have 4 large self checkouts but they are always closed. I don’t understand why the large self checkouts were installed they are always closed. Guess I will continue as always if I get to the registers and there closed I always make sure to leave a basket of grocery’s to rot. It must be cheaper to have a basket of wasted grocery’s than opening a register.

The neighborhood market is a decent place to pick up a few groceries. However, they only have two checkout lines with cashiers; everything else is self scan. Its perfect if you only have a few items, since this is what this store is for, but if you have a full basket or more, it is slow because only one of the cashier lanes is open when Ive gone.

I genuinely appreciate the efforts being made at this walmart to keep people safe. The store has been closing earlier to allow employees to clean and restock the shelves. They also play announcements on how to stay safe during this pandemic. It was a little crowded today though. Im guessing since things are starting to open back up.

This store is always clean, the produce well managed,usually fresh, and most importantly every person who works there seems to care. They are always polite, not just to me, but everyone crossing the door. It may not be a mom and pop store, but the people running it treat it as if they are the owners. Thanks for caring.

No customer service along with rude employees. Youll find more staff standing outside on their cigarette and 15 minute brake than youll find someone to help you or answer a question. Very typical for Walmart especially in that part of town.

I went into this Walmart to pay a bill and had the worst customer service. The associate got upset because the machine was working correctly. When I told her what the device was saying she rudely stated” I said confirm then amount first” Since this isn’t my first time using this machine or paying a bill I know the process. I did appreciate her tone or her behavior. What never happens however is an apology or someone admitting that the computer has the issue.

Hate going to Walmart!! The employees just stand around and watch us do everything... Not their faults but its really says a lot about how Walmart rates the importance of good customer service... I barely go anymore and if I do its because the other stores near by are out of something that I may need right away..

Convenient and safety conscious, even with the large crowds, employees, were able to restock products.

It was great, not a lot of people after, 8pm.

Really convenient location, I just wish they had a larger selection of groceries. Sometimes the selections can be very limited especially the national brands and international foods.

The workers and clerks are nice and well mannered but Some how I feel like the store was cleaner prior Covid19. No one wipes carts down. No wipes or hand sanitizer has been availible the last 3x i have visited. And I have gone at all times a day. Trash receptacles are over flowing. Masks are not enforced and i witnessed multiple people and employees breathing over produce. If you go wash your hands, wash your groceries, wash your wife because they are cross contaminating everyone!

The shelves were not stocked in the freezer section or fresh produce section... There was no one... never saw one employee on the floor in the entire store. Comparing prices to such stores as Kroger which provides you with store coupons as well as discount on their gas Walmart is not a value for the lack of service and quality of product.
