Unable to do in person personalized designs. We showed up to make our wedding invitations only to be told corporate does not allow in person sit downs and can only be done online with scheduling required and estimated to be 10 days wait for video session. No advantage of ordering from any online company. In my opinion no advantage over just pure online retailer.

This store is so much fun! If you love stationery, this place is for you. Lots of great gifts and craft items. Staff is always friendly. Dont miss the gorgeous papers!

Every time we visit Richmond, my wife (who hails from Richmond) insists we come here. They have a very unique supply of paper products: cards, journals, notebooks, stationary, fancy gift wrap, etc. I love the card selection: it is SO much more fun than the lame hallmark-only selection you find at most chains. Oh! They also have little themed gift stations that help spark creative gift ideas.If the stock that The Paper Source carries sounds like something that may interest you or someone in your life, I strongly encourage you to stop in. You will likely come out with a great gift you would not have thought of, much less found, otherwise!

I was in search of a very specific color and size envelope because my local store didnt have any, there were none in my local area and I needed them fairly quickly. I called this location and they had them and in order for me to get them ASAP Dakota, the store manager, suggested that I purchase a UPS label, she would package and ship them to me so I could get them sooner then they would be able to mail them internally. Here ingenuity and quick thinking is exactly what I would want in a manager. I am SO happy and Paper Source is very lucky to have an employee like Dakota!!

It’s like an upscale Hallmark, the employees are very helpful and attentive. They have cards, wrapping paper, parchment, etc.

Friendly staff and there was so many great items to buy as well as classes you can take.

This was a beautiful store and set up so neatly! They have a little bit of everything, from whimsical gifts and greeting cards to party supplies and all the paper you could ever want! The associates were very friendly and pointed us to the sale items. I did knock off a star for the price. Their sheets of paper were extremely high! Just down the street we found the same paper for half the price. I would suggest looking around before committing to a purchase here.

The staff is just too friendly. They were trying to make conversation with me while I was browsing so I could not shop. An employee asked me tons of personal questions when I just wanted to look around. Then another employee tried to talk to me. I just wanted to look around and shop but it was too much interaction.
