They have way more stuff than I will ever need. They did have just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. The Staff is also friendly & helpful.

This is my favorite Beauty Supply when I’m buying braiding hair. They have had every variety, color, and length of hair I have ever been looking for and at reasonable prices. However, I only go in the morning when they open because there is very limited parking, but the parking spaces are located directly in front of the store.

Huge. Spacious. Stocked with a variety of items. Youll find it inside. Largest beaity supply in Richmond, Cali.

Its still a 2 star business because shopping is supposed to be an enjoyable experience and it isnt here.

It was just a little too pricey for me even though I love wearing nice Styles and hair I dont like to keep them for a long time so when I spend a lot of money on it is hard to get rid of them so too pricey for the quality of hair

Very helpful young lady at the front register. even though they were busy she was still very kind to help assess myself and my sister for finding the right hair brand that we need it. She even helped us find a perfect edge control

Drove in from Brentwood and the Korean lady at the cashier said to me dont you see me ringing. I was the second person in line.I asked her about braiding hair. She told me I didnt have common sense. I was second person in line there was know one at the counter to get my hair. Bad customer ... I will not go there anymore. She was screaming and told me get out of line. We matter as African American. We need get our own beauty supply place. They dont give back to our community. They making millions of dollars off our backs. Very bias...horrible experience... I told her energy is nasty...dont go ...go to blackout on Facebook and find all the black business on Facebook...

Customer service is good and have huge selection of hair and products.

Abundance of inventory. Dont take your kids. They kicking then out. Good thing i wad waiting in vast for my eldest.

I walked into this place to buy hair and the owner as well as some of the store associates followed me. I had no bag, no baby clothes on and they still wrongfully judged me TWICE. I will never shop here again and I urge others to do the same.

Its big white not enough supplies

Ive been shopping there for years for any beauty supply, they have great service. They can always answer your questions, about hair weaves, and if they dont have it theyll order for you. I have built a great relationship with the owner and her employees.

They have a lot of hair and beauty products. They have nice wigs hair extensions, and hair for weaving. What I dont like about this company is that they follow you around like youre stealing. Their clientele are African American men and women but you will never see an African American person working four this company.

They are in a minority neighborhood, and mostly serve women of color however they are rude and seem to worry about people stealing things more than providing customer service. They prefer to hire tall brutish Latino men to serve the women instead of other women which is more comfortable for me.

In and out, they have what you need and the prices seem to be reasonable compared to other places Ive been.

Had a decent selection of wigs but didnt have the color I wanted. The sales person was nice but seemed a little pushy by pulling out other wigs and telling me that they were close to what I wanted and how I could fix them differently. I told her what I was looking for but she wouldnt stop trying to sell me other ones. Then I tried to see if I could find the right color online so I could have her order it. She got a little rude and started telling me I wont find a better price online, which wasnt even what I was doing. At that point I left and found the right color for half the price. I wouldve paid her price if she ordered because I like to support local business. But after the attitude I got I decided not to. They have a large selection of beauty products.

Decent supply. Being watched was minimal in comparison. However, I will be going to the Black Owned beauty supply from now forward.

The place deserves one star. Had a horrible experience and I felt this place lacked professionalism and integrity. I arrived to grab one item and the door was opened ans the open sign was lit up. As I walked inside one of the employees told me they close in 5 mins so I sais thats fine ans asked the location of the item I intended to purchase. The employee told me what isle to look on and I grabbed the item before I could walk from the aisle I was approached by an angry employee who yelled at me we are closed. You need to leave. This woman was at the registered staring me down ) (mean mug) and I asked what waa the issue and she yelled at me some more so I had enough of her behavior and I dropped the item on the floor and walked out.No one should ever be treated in the manner this employee treated me. People have to stop doin business with companies that are unprofessional. Will never shop here again and I spent my money else where.
