Worker on 6/28 was very rude to my wife about a price miscommunication. Instead of helping my wife figure out why the price was so much higher with them instead of USPS she just belittled and called her out in front of the long line. We Will never again do business here. Going forward we will use the actual post office which happens to be much cheaper, if not a little out of the way.

The family that runs postal plus is so helpful and so friendly. They ship with all major carriers. Their store is always clean, organized, and clutter-free. Ive often driven out of my way to use their services because working with them is always pleasant and easy.

Family owned, trustworthy, reliable and they care about providing quality customer care. I have the option to go anywhere for my mail services or printing. I could have a simple envelope or 10 huge boxes to ship. Regardless they are always attentive, sweet, caring, and accommodating to my needs.

This lady can be very rude. I wanted an estimate on international shipment and she was literally shouting at me that without seeing the box she can’t give me an estimate. Who gives people the right to talk like that. Not going back again!

The USPS staff that picks the mails here never scans mails with prepaid labels on time.If you drop off your mail,they may not scan it till after 3 days.It’s really annoying.

The staff/owner was very helpful and responsive! I went to a couple of other places prior to this but none of them offered the unique solution and pricing they offered. Keep up the good work 👍

A postal service like this was really needed in the area.Great customer service with Hena. She took the time to explain why they cannot scan QR code (for example Amazon returns would yield a QR code to be scan at a UPS store sometines) but they are not technically a UPS store. So its best to print the label and bring with you or show them the label with an actual barcode so they can scan that and print.

The lady owner is so abrupt and judgemental.... as far as I know we all can understand and process stuff.. but she thinks she knows it all. Its not like this is the first time we used postal service. Not manners and decorum for her age at all. Horrible experience.

The woman who helped me send a fax was straight forward and helpful. The cost was $2.15 to send one page from TX to CA. Nice local business to support. Check them out

I love the service at this place. The staff is very friendly and kind. I did not know that they help pack your item for shipping as well (for a fee obviously). Took no time to get my shipping done. Glad to have this place nearby instead of having to driver further away for such services. Great customer service and very professional. Has all postal, copying/printing needs and even more services.

We dropped a birthday card in their outgoing mail already addressed & stamped. It had a $25 gift card in itThe card never made it. Only the empty envelope made it in a we care usps envelope. The birthday card was never postmarked. Very disappointing!
