Strolling thru the neighborhood, and stumbled upon this gem of a convenience store! To start, the staff is by far the kindest group of people you’ll come across…Treated all patrons with kindness. Also, everything here is reasonably priced. Definitely will be back when in town again. ☺️

Ive lived at the Berkshire for almost 2 years (the big building right next to the store. Everyone that works there is very friendly and courteous. If you are nice to them they are nice to you. You have to understand that they have to deal with homeless people outside of the building constantly and that is not their fault. They have called the police on them multiple times. It hurts their business but dont let that give you a bad impression about the establishment. It comes with the location... I have never had a problem with the store or the employees. Anyone who says otherwise is prolly just stuck up and or doesnt understand how a city works... youre in Richmond. Grow up and stop complaining. You do not understand what they have to put up with... 10☆ for sure

I love this store! I live at the Berkshire and everyone who works here is so friendly and Im so excited to talk to them. The people outside the store are the main deterrent for other people. Which is unfortunate because theyve tried to fix this problem multiple times. Its not their fault that a bunch of bozos hang out outside that annoy their customers. Honestly, just ignore them. Theyre not dangerous. Support this local business!

The Davis market is legendary. The dude at the counter treats you with the disrespect of a lifelong friend. Nothing has a price tag, they just eyeball it and punch in a price. Im pretty sure the register is broken. Its the kind of place where you have to double check the milk expiration date. Theres a 60% chance of an altercation happening during your visit. its the most fun youll ever have in a convenience store

Dangerous, fun, wild, wide variety, always a group of men standing outside, and at least one homeless guy who will scream at you. Honestly a wonderful experience. Rap snacks.

Really nice people own this place. They recently renovated and has a Sprite mural painting done on the outside.

I dont know what happened to this place, everyone used to be polite. Now you have to pay close attention to keep them from ripping you off. For example I get a check cashed there every week and up until recently I was only being charged $2 now I am told that it is 3% well 3% of my $75 check is not $3 3% of 75 is 2.25. In response to the reply... I have asked to speak with the manager several times and always get a run around answer. Honestly I am tired of going in there and the price of something is marked on the cooler door and get told the price has gone up. By law you have to still honor the posted price otherwise its called false advertising! As I first mentioned about the staff used to be polite and now it seems like every time I go in there they always want to catch an attitude with you. I am tired of being ripped off!
