Baggio is one of the best designer consignment shops around! The owner and her staff are some of the kindest and most helpful people Ive ever met! Im very pleased with the service, merchandise and prices!

Baggio is the best consignment shop in Richmond for high-end exclusive products and clothing. The customer service is phenomenal, trusting, and caring as well. There prices are extremely fair, and held in impeccable condition. I encourage anyone who likes consignment/luxury clothing to consistently shop here.

I have consigned here and been scammed. I will not do it again. I saw several items that I own and someone else consigned. They were marked MORE that what I originally paid for my brand new item at Saks. One in particular was a Les Copaines summer weight black jacket with white polka dots and some decorative piping. I purchased mine from saks brand new more than 4-5 years ago and the one in her shop was marked $800. That was outrageous! I didnt pay that much for mine brand new. I am not so sure how ethical the pricing or consigning is but the clothes are definitely well maintained and the shop is very pretty. I will not be returning. Better luck to those of you who give it a try.

I wish there was a way to give this establishment zero/0 stars! This business is awful. Theyre shadier than the shadiest. Their ethics are beyond being in question. They dont pay their clients their full share of their items purchase price, most items are overpriced, sometimes the owner will wear a brand new pair of shoes that come in for a while then take them off her feet place a price tag on them and sell them to the next unsuspecting customer. So the customer gets pre-worn shoes that came in brand new and the consignor gets less money because now their item was new to used! They dont pay all their taxes. They violate their lease (i.e. inventory not being accurate). The list goes on and on. Go somewhere else and/or buy it brand new; youll be better off! Thanks for reading and have a great day.
