I always leave here happy. Ive purchased computers, gaming systems and have had help from their awesome staff multiple times over the years. Zach goes above and beyond anytime I have questions. Thanks Ram Family!
FixIT Service team is awesome. Quick turn around time during a busy week of the semester -- they were also extremely transparent with me about what was wrong with my machine/how the parts work together, which was helpful! I will return to them for any of my device service needs.
Fast and friendly service. They have the lowest labor rates in the city and repaired my computer quickly and efficiently. The technician worked directly for Apple and has been repairing their computers for over seven years now. I highly recommend this shop.
Ordered a MacBook bundle, it’s been over a week still isn’t here, called them they were really unhelpful told me to call back in a couple days so I did and once again told me to call back tomorrow and that it would probably get here in the next few weeks. Literally so many students are having this issue and no one can get what they need done, because a student service that we rely isn’t doing anything. Just go to bestbuy or apple.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Decent prices. Really good inventory. If youre a VCU employee you can use convenient payroll deduction to pay for tech gear.
I had a MacBook pro with screen damage that I brought in for a repair. I needed the repair to be done within a timely manner since it was work critical. They accepted it, stating that it will take 1 week to repair. 2 weeks later, I got my laptop back without any fix with the screen still damaged. The worker acted surprised as if it just broke in front of him. They took it in again for a repair on the spot but it has been far over a week and I have no hope for a timely fix. Nothing good to say about this place. Over priced, under qualified. Buy anything they sell on Amazon and you will almost certainly save few bucks. Never trust their insurance since they arent equipped to repair the computers anyways.
Ive purchased multiple computers and a tablet from RamTech and have always been happy with the products and my service there. I have also had a computer looked at by their fixIT staff and was very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend.
Bought my computer here in a bundle a few years ago. They have a 4 years warranty available, which is nice.
Fast turn around fixed my computer up good as new. Employees were very nice and actually knew what they were talking about.
A nice place to use and experience laptops before buying. Well informed staff and friendly service. A VCU students safe haven if you have a Dell or an Apple product.
People are very helpful. Repair service saved me. Great job. Thanks
The people who work here are usually really helpful. They dont take cash though, just credit or ram bucks, which makes it harder for me to get what I need.
I went there to get my display for my Macbook Pro checked out because it wasnt showing even though the computer was noticeably on -- the display would only show up on another screen when plugged into an HDMI. It cost $50 for a diagnostic and a day later they told me it seems like I had to get a new display which was about $500. I was skeptical so I brought it to the Apple store instead. The Apple store simply opened it up and reconnected/cleaned the display port (or something). And that fixed it. And they did it for free. Didnt cost me $500. Moral of the story: if you have Apple problems then make an appointment and take it to the Apple store, they are licensed and trained to do so much more. In the end, Im glad my Mac works again, but Im not happy that I lost $50. But I am happy that I didnt spend $500 like they suggested.
Always friendly folks selling quality equipment.
Dont get your computers fixed here. They dont do repairs in house and it took a week for them to charge me 600 dollars for a new battery. Luckily they let me cancel the repair invoice but i still had to pay them 60 bucks to hold my computer hostage
They are very helpful and it is a very well kept store
Supreme customer service provided to me by Alaster (no doubt spelled incorrectly) who helped sort out my cable issues. Clean store with good music
Very helpful staff. I would highly recommend RamTech.
Convenient, good product variety, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Great customer support and can have decent deals, be sure to check on Amazon first for most accessories though.
Great place for all your computing needs.
Helpful staff
Everyone that works here has such good vibes and always accomplish to make me laugh.
Worst return policy and they don’t accept cash which might be the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard.
They charge $25 for an $8 SD Card that meets bare minimum tech requirements and refused to price match. Everything is insanely over priced because they know parents and students are lazy about price checking. Never buy tech from here.
Collin is amazing!
Convenient!
Cool
