Blamed everything she didn’t have on covid, when asked about military discount she acted annoyed and stated “I only have one store!” Then proceeded to state all the woes of covid (again). covid is bad but it’s not war and EVERYBODY is affected by covid not just her. If not for the military she wouldn’t have even one store, she will get zero business from this military family!

Great place to shop

Store owner is always rude and on the phone. Store policy states on receipt sales final but if within 30 days can be exchanged or receive a store credit in the form of a gift card. Made a purchase on 12/24 and she would not issue store credit on 1/24. The only response she had for me was why didnt you come in sooner, to which I responded because I had a 2 month old, which she could see me holding my month old baby AND 16 month old daughter, not that any of that should have been her business anyways. She proceeded to get unprofessional speaking about issues going on in her life and wouldnt talk to me further. Her husband who was standing there profusely apologized for her and said hes sorry he couldnt make the final decision. If you cant keep your personal life from interfering with your job, you shouldnt own a shop when you cant actually help your customers.

Owner isn’t polite at all. Every time I’ve visited and tried to be nice I don’t get much back. I asked what her hours were on Christmas Eve and she rudely said every mall closes at 6. Before I could even say “okay thank you” she hung up. Don’t support them.

I was about to purchase something from this store until the lady was totally rude to my husband and daughter. And I’m pretty sure she was racially profiling the couple behind us, watching them like a hawk. What an awful experience.

I bought a NFL Jersey yesterday and wanted to return and theres no return policy. Yall shouldve told me no returns before I dropped almost 200 dollars. Dont get anything from this place they were rude and didnt care about the face I have a newborn whos sick and needed that money for medicine.

I have to catch the shirts on sell to afford them. Otherwise everything is retail price. Nice lady at counter even though shes a Cowboys fan. Haha

Good variety of all teams. But they are pricey. Staff is friendly and willing to offer discounts.

This lady, the Owner, put me in a serious WWJD moment! She doesn’t understand that the Customer is her Employer! If you want good inventory, know exactly what you what, have no questions, this is the place to shop - this is how the owner runs her business.2nd star because of the good location and inventory for a quick pickup!

How is this place even open anymore? Everything is overpriced. You can buy everything in this store for a whole lot cheaper on amazon. The lady is rude. She’s always been rude. Never seen a smile on her face. I wouldn’t smile either if I made only $20 in sales a day.

The owner is the rudest, nastiest and most impatient person I have ever met. You couldn’t pay me enough to step foot inside this “business”. I seriously feel bad for her customers, employees and really anyone who has to interact with her. And from what I’m seeing from other reviews, I’m not the only one who notices her horrible personality and awful business running skills. Then again I can’t really blame her for being so miserable..I’d probabaly hate my life and be miserable too if I was working seven days a week as the owner of a failing football store in a mall at that age.

Owner/Manager is the worst person Ive ever met. She verbally and personally abused and attacked me, when I explained that I needed to return an item. No customer service, business understanding, and not sure how she remains in business. Dont give your money in support! Treats her teenaged personnel like garbage, as well. I wanted to tell them all to quite, as she is ruining their first job experience.

The manager there has lost her mind. I called because they over charge me for an item. She come off yelling at me; asking what I want her to do. After I stated I want an adjustment, she hang up. Poor customer service. Ill never recommend anyone to support this store.

Not very good customer service at this store. Bad experience I would not recommend. Prices are almost double what Amazon sells for and the staff is not very friendly. I will not be going back.

Had a bad experience at Xmas couple years back, bought a shirt and wanted to xchange for a hat, within hours walking at mall, She was full of attitude and rude as hell. Spent money over the years and my money will go somewhere else and will recommend you do the same

Tried to exchange a Dallas cap that cost $30 bucks got for Christmas at the one At Chesterfield town Center with tags and reciept and the lady working g there was the rudest b___h I ever saw. She said we do not have that and it has been to long as mean as she could say it and I looking at the hats on the shelf I just wanted a small. Afraid they never get our business again seeing we buy all our 7 kids and 9 grandkids stuff there every years for Christmas and birthdays! Will buy online from anywhere but there.

Tried to contact store to get information, all I got was voicemail, and I never received a return phone call or email.

Based on the reviews and experience I want be spending my money here #terriblecustonerservice
