They practically ruined my (3) $40 dollars stockings. That’s $120 down the drain after an inexperience cash register girl took my order. The thread wasn’t gold and silver as ordered and the A and J look more like a H and G. The gold was at least in the gold color. But I ordered metallic thread to match the stocking and was told that it would match! Please make sure an experienced salesperson takes your order before leaving and getting your irreplaceable mementos destroyed. I’m not a monogram expert and I made it very clear what I wanted. If they hire someone to work there they should train them. I was so disappointed. Now I have to throw my stockings away and find new ones. I’ve had these hanging on my mantles for years and I was told this was a good place so you can’t imagine how bad it hurt when they destroyed my beautiful stockings and my disappointed when I took it back and they told me there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even offer some sort of condolences or anything to fix the problem except for a $10 refund for each, of which I paid for the bad job. Well the stockings were worth way more than that before I entrusted them to monogram a single letter on it! Now they can’t be used bc no one in my house has names that start with H and g. I’m so so so so sad. :(

Well first I had to keep chasing for the iPhone case to be delivered even though I paid for express post mind you and then when it finally arrived today they gave me the wrong iPhone case when I clearly ordered an XR not an X! (Unsure if it was intentional and unsure if they’ll even take responsibility and give me a refund)I have never had issues with online shopping ever before, it’s just very disappointing as I would have ordered from them again prior to this experience... totally unnecessary inconvenience to be honest.I wanted to give 0 rating, just to be clear.👎🏽

Everyone that works here is very friendly. The finished product is top notch. I love their KY shirts. They also Monogram our scrubs for my office and do an awesome job. Highly recommend!!

Horrible experience! I’ve given them my business since I’ve lived in Richmond and SPECIFICALLY asked whether something would be ready for my child’s birthday and called in the morning where they informed me it would be ready before the party!! Needless to say, before I leave the house I call to make sure it was ready and they tell me they won’t be able to do it! SO disappointed! I get it’s the holidays and small businesses are busy, but told me 6 days ago they’d make an exception! So upset and pi$$ed to be frank!
