Went in there today to buy my grandson a pair of high-top sneakers and everyone working there greeted us with a smile, two of them went out of their way to help my grandson and we found a great purchase. Unlike Footlocker and Jimmy Jazz and the dwlt or whatever that store is called downstairs who gave us such rude, absolutely horrible service, I just couldnt believe it, maybe all three of those stores have the same moronic management. Anyway, I appreciate Journeys very much and will be back to make more purchases. Too many other stores to go to than to have to put up with that attitude they had down there in those 3 stores. Thank you Journeys for making my day after part of it was so rudely interrupted.

Their selection of shoes may not be super huge but the shoes they have there are very good. They have adidas, converse brands and more. Plus the upkeep of the store is nice. I got a pair of Vans for my baby boy and im happy to say I wont be returning them LOL. Ill be going back again for some more shoes.

Great service but watch when you buy something with a sale tag, it might not ring up on sale.

Horrible experience at this Journeys. One of the employees switched my shoes out after i purchased them and the store is refusing my refund! Do not shop here, store has history of swapping shoes. Ive appealed to the district manager and nothing. I will never shop at another Journeys again.
