These ladies are absolutely AMAZING!!! I had an appt with BEST BUY on Brook Rd this morning and instantly the guy from Geek Squad there said he couldnt fix it. He really didnt even look at and kept making faces. The screen was severely damaged on my sons iPhone 11 because a school bus had run over it but these ladies were very professional and confident that they could fix it.. The repair price was very reasonable and it only took 30 minutes. The phone looks brand spanking new. We are very happy customers!!!

So I don’t kno who need to hear this but Reese at Geeks is the best she fixed my daughter phone in 10 mins flat an it works perfectly.

They held my laptop for a MONTH waiting for the screen from yaiwan, then when we FINALLY got it back, the frame broke. Would not recommend!. 😡

They fix my crack screen but he had put the water proof thing on the outside and forgot to remove the tag and broke my screen protector but my screen works it’s all fixed so and iPhone 11 broke screen $135 dollars

The first time I tried Geeks was months ago. The lady there was very nice and helpful. I needed a battery replacement for my iPhone 7plus. She fixed it right there within an hour. Brand new battery reading at 100%. Then, today I tried them and there was this guy who seemed really nice and helpful. I needed a battery replacement for a iPhone 6s plus and it was done. However the battery health percentage read 82% instead of 100%. So I contacted him and issue was resolved. 👍🏾👍🏾

Thank you reyse for showing me how to use my cellphone to take pictures and send them to multiple people. Thanks for also showing me how to use the what’s app to communicate with multiple people. Overall she was very helpful in showing me the in outs of how a cellphone could be used for good and encouraged me to not use it for negative reasons.They may come off as geeks but there is so much more to them(like you wouldn’t believe,lol.) Shoutout to Richmond geeks for being so knowledgeable about technology in general.

They took my phone at 2:15 and told me it would be ready in an hour. I told them that’s great because I had to be at work at 4. I went by at 3:45 and they hadn’t begun to fix it yet, stating that it would take another half hour. Very disappointed with the woman’s manerisms and lack of reliability. I’d go elsewhere

They do a great job at phone repair and I highly recommend them. They also have the best prices that I have found in Richmond, which is always a plus.They managed to get my screen replaced rather quickly so I was only without my phone for a few hours.The only downside is that their location is hard to get into and they have a very cramped parking lot. Its also in a part of town that doesnt feel the safest, so I recommend going in day light.

I dropped my I phone x in water, it stopped working. I took it to geeks and the gentleman opened it and found fluid in the phone. He advised me to leave the phone there two days to dry.Today I picked up the phone, it works fine, I cannot believe hedidn’t even charge me.He is too nice and did a great job. Richmond Geeks I got my screen fixed on my iphone on october 5th 2018. At first it looked good and I thought the phone was okay. By the 8th I noticed that certain parts of the screen didnt respond when touched. I let it be because it was the corner of the screen and only affected me using certain apps. On the 10th I was going about my day and I had my phone in my pocket and when I went to use it I noticed a crack spreading from the same corner that was unresponsive. I called this morning on the 11th and was told it was nothing they can do. I would have to buy a whole new screen even though I just paid them 79.99 for a new screen the on the 5th a week before. Never use them they use cheap quality materials and screens and charge you outrageously for them. The website and building both says superior warranty when I called trying to get my phone re-looked at they wanted to charge me all over again a week later.
