These guys are the best. Installers came and did carpet for me in my whole house and it is perfect.

Very professional, fast, and helpful. They came out and measured me, brought samples for me to choose from and had me installed within a week. Impressed is not the word. Couldnt be happier. They are definitely better without Lowes. Hated dealing with the stores. This is much better and efficient.

Not too long ago we had Sunrise come out and replace the flooring in the two bedrooms downstairs. They did a beautiful job. I was very pleased and will recommend them to everyone that asks.It only took them two days and they removed the debris and did not leave a mess behind like I have had in the past. 100% would recommend.

We had multiple encounters with Sunrise and they were all very positive. We purchased carpet from Lowes and Sunrise installed.The first episode ended with Sunrise installing the padding and then discovering the carpet had a severe flaw. They followed through with Lowes and explained the situation with the carpet.When the new carpet arrived the installers made sure it was the correct order and the carpet wasnt flawed before installing.The company had arranged to install the second order on a Monday but early Sunday a representative called and informed us we had to change the schedule to Wednesday because one of their team members had called out sick for Monday.Early Monday morning the company called us again and asked if they could come that day because they had arranged for another installing team to work.Of course we agreed. The team that arrive was the same group that had installed the earlier installation of our new carpeting.As before the team was very profession and through, they did an excellent job.I would recommend this company.

They have perhaps the most professional group of people I have encountered. They bend over backwards to help out the customer.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Scheduled carpet install thru Lowes. Sunrise called and setup an 8-12 time frame to come to the property to measure the areas. At almost 12, after waiting for 4 hours, they call me to reschedule. The rescheduled time was today, 1-5. I sat around and waited for the call. I received a call from the installer stating he was around the corner (the call was supposed to give me 30 minutes). I asked him to please wait for me....that I would be an additional 5 minutes (we dont live at this property). The installer told me he wouldnt wait and the appointment would need rescheduling! Lowes exclusively uses this installer. Beware!

Called for an estimate for carpet installation and wasn’t responded to until almost a week later. We set up an install time window if 1-5. By 5 I had not heard from them so I called and they said they were backed up but would still get to me that evening. I never heard from anyone. Terrible service!

I had to miss 6 days of work to get carpet and tile put in May house. After the work waa done. I had to have them come back to fix my toilet because when they rise my floor 1in 1/2. The toilet start leaking from bottom . They told me that I had a crack in my toilet and they are not responsible for the leak. I will not recommended this company to do your work.

Piss poor experience. Very unprofessional and cannot keep scheduled appointments. Waste of time. Too many excuses.
