I had many experiences in the past with Southern Autotronics. I must say everyone went above and beyond with their work ethics.
I must say I am absolutely amazed by the customer service and diligence of this place, especially Ron. I purchased a used 2008 Mazda CX-9 and everything worked perfectly fine except the clock. I couldn’t for the sake of anything change the time on my clock. Now as minor as this sound, it’s annoying and unsafe to keep checking my phone or looking at my watch to see what time it is. I went to a few car entertainment shops and no one could figure it out and wanted to replace the entire system for a large amount of money I did not have. In addition, I would lose some features like navigation and etc. I went to Mazda and they wanted $130 just to diagnose it. I was referred to Southern Autotronics from a fella at Mazda and that was a true God sent as I found Ron. Ron helped me over the phone trouble shoot and he did his due diligence to research the problem (I did the same). We both on our own time, came to the same conclusion, however Ron articulated the issue in a way that made me feel confident we discovered the correct issue with the radio. I could only imagine the money I would have wasted on something so silly as a clock reset. Ron, I know this sounds silly, but I am soooooo grateful you figured out what was wrong with my clock. No one has money to waste. Due to your due diligence and superb customer service you saved this single momma a heck of a lot of money and gained a new customer for life.
