The professional service and customer care we received from Jason, our salesman, Tom the finance manager, and everyone we interacted with here made us feel like we were home. Went in for recall work on our car. They didnt test drive it before handing us the keys, saying its all good. Not even a minute out on the road we knew something was wrong. They tried saying it was potentially something with oil (no it isnt oil isnt a reason why 5th and 6th gear would just pretend to not exist). Also told us that they were going to check and make sure it was something they did wrong when they put in recall parts and that if it was something they deemed not their fault they would charge a diagnosis fee. Our car literally had no problems when we came in with it. Really? It ended up being a software issue that they messed up (that they didnt test prior to pick up either) but it was honestly nervewracking and unprofessional behavior. Not going back there for work ever again. A minute test drive would have told them it wasnt right🙄.

Tom Kiser made the buying experience easy, friendly, smooth, and my wife and I, and our family are very happy. For several reasons, I could not come to see this vehicle. Further, speaking with Tom over the course of a couple of days was not possible by phone, so I was either emailing or texting with him back and forth, which I very much appreciate! My approach to this purchase was unorthodox, I realize that, but Tom never seemed to give it a second thought. Even though he was busy with other customers throughout it all, he answered my question quickly and thoroughly. He and his Sales Manager both worked hard to accommodate me on a variety of issues that came up throughout the working of the deal. I have been in sales for over 30 years, and his manner and demeanor were so easy going and flexible that I feel the need to list that here as a huge part of the reason we chose Wetzel, and of course the vehicle we purchased. We relied solely on photos, Toms examination of the vehicle, more photos from Tom, text and email to make sure this van had the features we wanted, and was in the condition that we were expecting. Long story short, GREAT experience on all notes. Happy with the van, and my kids and wife love the heated seats, the multi-zone heating and air conditioning, and on and on. I brought my vehicle in a Sunday without them even knowing I was bringing it. Dropped off the keys and a note of what the problem was. They called me the next morning and told me the issue. Fixed it the same day! Can’t beat that!!
Zander was great new but great keep doing what your doing and you will be a great salesman and for the dealership could not complain great place but a piece of advice to the person who orders the vehicles from the factory order all new vehicles with remote start when we pay 68k for a truck it had better come with something as simple as remote start
They couldnt even program my key fob but charged me basically the same amount as it would have been if they had done it

I went here 9 days ago bought a 2017 gmc terrain about 17k. I love the car and had great service. Shortly after getting car home there was an oil leak. This was a factory recall for chevy and gmc. They got it in fixed and gave me a loaner car untill mine is done. Great service.

Made an appointment to have my oil changed. got right in and they found that my Gladiator needed an update they ask me I h a d time to stay and had that done and I did. The only thing that would have been better is if they washed my jeep for me lol

The service was good after Zach Bogal took over... I had been in contact with a Brennan and he had taken a long time to get back with me... He was supposed to be looking for a truck that met what I was looking for...When I did talk to him Brennans excuse was he was having his best month ever in sales... Brennan held me up for 3 or 4 days... When Zach took over I made an appointment for a Friday and he had a truck waiting on me and it was what I wanted... The deal was great got a good price for my trade in... Got a good price on the truck I bought... Zach was very professional and took care of me... Yes I will be back... Good service...
I had a very specific (and hard to find) car that I wanted. They worked hard and were able to get one for me from almost 500 miles away! They offered me a very fair price for my trade in and the deal was made easily.
In the last couple of weeks, Wetzel Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership has serviced my 2010 Town and Country van and my 2017 Ram truck. I have been thoroughly pleased with the service I have gotten from their staff. Friendly, communicated their intentions and delivered.
Had a very painless and great experience at Wetzel. I feel like I stole the truck for the price they gave me on. Well worth the hour drive considering how much cheaper the truck was. Tom Kiser did a great job of talking me through everything and the finance department was superb. Will definitely come back to do business here in the future.
Had my truck taken in for recalls, I had no clue that my truck would be coming out in worse shape then it did going in. Now going to cost me, $700 to get it right. Service department was no help and just said “nothing we can do”.
My sister rented a car from them they were very good to her so I recommend renting a car from them if you need 1

Bryce Cowan was very patient and made sure I was 100% happy with what I was getting. He even stayed over after hours to make sure all the paper work was done and we were perfectly happy.

Called on December 22 for info to order a dodge challenger. No call back from sales mgs. Driving 26 miles to Centerville to order. BAD business practice. Not recommended place to do business.
The last two times I have had service there I have been been disappointed. The first time I had an oil change and some recalls done. When I got my car back, it did not sound right on acceleration. The technician said everything checked out. The service manager said he didnt hear anything and I rode in the car with him and pointed it out even. He still claimed everything was okay. I took it home and had my husband check it. He could clearly hear the noise. The air filter box was not closed correctly. Once fixed, it was back to normal. Today I went back for another oil change and to have a tire checked for a slow leak. They could not find where the tire was leaking, claimed it was fine and to bring it back if it continued, although I have had to fill the tire up weekly with air for over a month. Again, asked my husband to look at it. He found the leak and it was producing bubbles when tested. I have no faith in the service department at Wetzel Chrysler anymore.

I got a 2019 ram back on 11/2018 and it dose good other than the fact that it has a leak that they cant be found. Its been back to the 5 times already. The sales people are nice and so is the people that get you vehicle in.

I purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram in November and love my truck, fast forward 7 months and its had to be taken to the dealership for repairs. First one was a factory recall which they handled very fast and were very professional and courteous, the second time I had a flat tire and couldnt change the tire because my truck did not have the lug nut key, again they were very professional and courteous, they had my truck brought in and fixed the problem in no time. If you want a dealership that is professional from top to bottom and be worry free you will get your vehicle here. I will never buy from another dealership again, they have gain my trust.

It has less miles and was cheaper than the original 2. He also got me set up on their new smart payment plan.

Wetzel is honestly the best place to buy a vehicle in town but its still your average dealer that makes money off its service center. I am all about a business making profit but when profit comes from deception thats when an issue arises. Went in for a free oil change and tire rotation(because of my vehicle purchase) the clerk comes out and asks if I want a specific brand of oil (synthetic) well yeah I have a 2017 vehicle and only need an oil change every 6 months its common knowledge. Car was finished was told my purchase would be 63 and some change, informed them I had 2 free oil changes and a tire rotation when I purchased the vehicle. Well come to find out what the clerk asked me in the waiting room was extra without giving me the details or telling me it was extra. The only reason I am here is because I had a free change, I can do it cheaper myself, straight deception. I would have obviously said no to this, again a good dealership with great cars but this is not called for

Service managers are polite, caring and helpful. They stick to their appointment times and have you in and out timely. The waiting area is nice and clean, and they offer coffee or water to customers, and have a vending machine available.

I did not purchase my car there however the Service is superb Andrew the service manager is always pleasant and happy to help. My appointments are always on time and there’s always a very minimal wait to complete any services that I might have on my hellcat
I called for a service appointment due to my check engine light on. Had it diagnosed somewhere else, which showed a faulty thermostat. I was originally told they could get me in the following week, so i said Id call back. In the meantime my battery light came on and again had it diagnosed elsewhere, which showed my alternator. Which was replaced in 2016, and since recalled. So I called service and they got me in the next day. Before going to my service appointment, i called the Dodge recall center and asked about the alternator. The parts have been unavailable, but will be available the day after my service appointment. I told the service department this. The guy called to verify this. He then came to talk to me and said he wasnt comfortable sending me off in my car as the battery voltage was so low, they were surprised it was even running. He is trying to call those who have lended vehicles while theirs was getting worked on and are ready for pick up so I can have a car to drive and leave mine here for the alternator replacement. I say this is above and beyond service!!! Even if I dont get a car to drive and have to come back, the effort was made and thats all i can ask. I have always had great service from Wetzel.
Very good, very kind, very profesional
We purchased a van there. Later we decided to trade the van for something with a lower monthly payment. We found a nice crossover vehicle and we were allowed to drive it home. The dealership proceeded to not file any of the paperwork in a timely manner causing our van loan provider to send us two more monthly bills with late fees...missing those payments caused our credit to drop, which caused us to be denied the new loan for the crossover vehicle. On top of that, Wetzel had been prepping the van and put it back on the lot while we still technically owned it. In turn, when we got the van back finally (after everything else fell through) we had to pay some $500 for all the repairs and things the dealer did to get it lot ready (even though we still had a loan for the vehicle and never asked them to do any repairs). 3 months and alot of stress later we are making higher monthly payments on the van, we are screwed out of $500 and we still have the vehicle we started with. They had the balls to say they want to stay out friend. This place is a joke and we wont be back.

My experience here was great, I took our jeep in for a routine oil change, the staff was great and got right to work on my vehicle, everything was just as I had left it. The price was a bit high but well worth it to not have to do it my self and actullay was just a few dollars cheaper than some of the competitors. I will be taking my vehicle back here for routine maintenance.

The Chrysler Jeep store has a lot of service issues. You can never take your vehicle in get a complete service and come out without the air pressure like still being on on all change light not being reset. They take things apart like your home device in order to do a calibration. And they leave it laying in the floor and dont Even install it back. I am about done with The Chrysler store. The Chevrolet store has awesome service highly recommended.

They did work on my car that I didnt bring it in for, and without asking first. Then they tried to charge me for that extra work.They told me one price before working on it then it was more when I went to pick it up. The manager had to dismiss the extra charges because I did not authorize the work prior to it being done. Terrible experience!!!

After being taken advantage of by wetzel sales department years ago I decided never to go back but I had to take my Ram in for specialized service and they were great. My parents and I stop in. I was looking for a SUV. The salesman talking to my parents ignore me completely. Im like Im the one that is buying a vehicle not them. Salesman got one of the keys to one of them. Got in the driver seat and didnt even move for like 5 or 10 minutes! Really come on get out of the vehicle so I can see it. Thats one of the deal breakers. And wanted to come with us to test drive. We wanted to test drive how we wanted to and not your way.I didnt get the vehicle there because of the salesman and I didnt like the vehicle either.The prices are way to high.

Lost the keys for my brothers car after his death and had to have it towed into the shop. Explained in detail of what paperwork will be needed to get new keys made and staff was very concerned about me and was greeted by name when I arrived at the service department and was taken care of right away so I could get back to the house to collect the needed paperwork to have the new keys made21 September 2018. Finally got the paperwork I needed from the State of Ohio and went in to have the keys done and got there and waited for the car to have the new keys made. They cleared out the old keys out of the system, did an oil change, did a once over to make sure that it was road worthy for a 1500 mile trip back to West Texas and did a recall all in two hours. Chris was outstand and treated me with upload respect and informed about every 45 minutes and Jessica helped me find find a bowl to use for water. Prince Buddha Bear ( my service dog) he made a lot of friends there today and begged me to buy a new truck while we waited because he wanted to ride in style and make his brothers and sister jealous that he had gotten a new truck. The folks in the service department went above and beyond any service department that I have ever been to. They are true professional and a credit to the owners of the Wetzel company. Again thank you all from Buddha and I for the outstanding service and making us feel like an important part of the Wetzel family. When I do get in the market for a new truck will be driving back from West Texas to get it

I got my Chrysler 200 I had to take it back first week. They let me take it off the lot with one headlight out and the driver side airbag had a defect as to where it warned me it would not deploy. I had got my car back and I took it through a car wash where at the end was a puddle of water on the passenger side floor they took it for 3 weeks to fix the problem but when we got the paper work it was only telling me it was detailed 2 days later floor wet again. Took it back RYAN KING told me well make sure and fix it so they would not have to deal with us anymore so I advise to go to our of town dealer for a good vehicle and better service

We just went to look & they all bent over backwards to help us! And they werent the annoying sales men type at all. We never once felt pressure.
