Working with Parks Chevrolet was a great experience. They didnt pressure us into anything we didnt want or need and were very fair working with our budget and goals. They were organized and fast when it came to the paperwork. The car was in-transit, so we had to wait a few days to finish the transaction. During this time their communication was excellent. The car is beautiful and exactly as expected. We love our new 2021 Chevy Traverse!

Until this last visit my experience had been great but I brought my truck with 14900 miles in for a oil change & inspection. My tires didnt get rotated as they have in the past so I will be checking my agreement in depth, they charged me 113.00 for two wiper blades (thats 20.00 for inspection & about 45.00 per blade??wth) which were fine so I asked they leave them in the truck they did and I inspection the blade where they decided to tear a small end of one to make the rubber seem inferior it was fine prior to & there was not deterioration of the rubber so they werent torn or my windshields would of shown the streaking in the rain or cleaning so they decided to cover up their tactics.So know your dealership will loss thousands because I was going to trade my wifes 2019 Subaru Crosstrak in for a Equinox but now my business will go elsewhere- was it worth it? Besides I received no invoice to even know what they charged me for but I do know the inspection is 20.00 minus that from 113.00 & I paid 93.00 for two windshield wiper blades WOW now thats robbery especially when they werent needed but I wasnt going to sit there and argue with Travis. IM NO FOOL TELL YOUR BOYS IN SERVICE, Ive been a service manager for over 20 years, in the Service industry for 35 & currently a chief engineer I know how things work. Not to mention I helped sell a guy the same 6.2 Trail Boss on your car lot that day too but hey never seen a salesman come out to help the guy until he went inside. Hell I had him sold myself by then, where my commission? J/K Yeah I sold cars in 1989 for Universal Ford too....Yall want to make this right call me but Im not one for games!!Thanks

I was looking for a new 3.0 Duramax 1500 Silverado (Stock # 415220). Parks had one in stock with most of the options that I wanted. When arriving on site I noticed they had attached a sticker, to the MSRP sticker marking the truck up with items about 3 thousand dollars over the MSRP sticker. One of the items listed in the markup sticker was actually already included in one of the packages that the truck came with from the factory. After discussing this with the salesperson he stated the people making the sticker must have made a mistake and that he would have it corrected to make a sale. I sit down with the salesperson and I go over the sale of the truck what Im putting down and what the out the door price would be. We come to a verbal agreement on the out-the-door price and start talking about interest rates. they started wanting me to agree to 5%. I stated Ive been shopping for this truck for two months and know I already qualify for 3.4% through the same financial institutions they are using. After checking with a couple of other dealerships I found that I could actually get 2.49%. Mike the finance manager calls me several times over 3 days and with every call his interest rate came down but only to 3.5. After this experience of dishonesty and a total lack of a moral compass on the part of this dealer, I decided to go with a more honest and open dealership.

Driving through Richmond back to Southern Maryland I hit a giant pothole and punctured the tire of the truck I was driving. Was able to get over to the dealership, and was immediately greeted by the Service Advisor Jeff Turner. He was able to get the truck looked at and fixed extremely quickly, especially for not having an appointment on a Friday.During my wait, the Sales staff (especially Bryce Griffin), was able to answer a ton of questions concerning vehicles on the showroom floor. I will 100% be sending whatever business I can to these guys, and if youre in the market for a new or used vehicle you should check it out!

Worst customer service and communication that I’ve ever experienced. They are not forthright with any charges and are nearly impossible to get in touch with regarding your car and when it might be done. My car spent a week there with no explanation and no phone calls. I had to call them everyday. Then a week after I got the car back and spent $1500, I had another major issue. Stay away from this place

Sales Person was great HOWEVER a month and a half later I am having a NIGHTMARE getting my car registered and securing a title (paid cash).PAID $800 DOC FEE and they are sending ME to the DMV where I live. Have gone twice and STILL cant register due to missing documents from the dealer.

They show me a app where I can schedule to get my car serviced ( this was like a good point in sales pitch) make appts, gives you a percent off your car having service the first time. I call because my engine light comes on and x mode- I want to make an appointment, i was just told i need to take my car to Subaru. Just disappointed in service.

I went in for an oil change after I spoke with someone from the call center (not knowing she was in the call center) who told me to come on in and they would be able to do it the same day. When I got there, they said they were slammed (it was a holiday weekend) and that they wouldnt be able to do it. Meanwhile, I was irritated because I had my 3 year old with me and my husband who went out of his way so that we could drop my Tahoe off. Luckily for me, Jeffrey helped me and said if they said that we could do it, we can make it happen for you. I felt guilty, but he explained that the people who make the appointments dont physically work at the locations and so she should not have told me they could get it done (FYI I would make an appointment next time!). Not only did they change my oil but ALSO did my inspection!! (it expired this month). Jeffrey went above and beyond for me. I was so thankful. He was really great. I would give him 5 stars for his excellent customer service!!!

The overall experience was very disappointing. We worked with our salesperson and management and were told we qualified for 0% financing. After waiting for over an hour the finance manager came and said the best you could do was 1.9% After it was all said and done, we were given an interest rate of 2.05% and a payment at the top end of our budget and $15 more than we were originally quoted by sales and management. We werent able to take the car home that day because the battery had died and no one could charge it. I made it clear I would be arriving after work between 3 & 3:30pm. I received a text a 2pm asking to confirm when I would be in to pick up the car. I confirmed again and arrive just before 3:30pm. My salesperson wasnt there when I arrived. I was told it was his day off. No one told me that would be the case. I turned my car on and I had less than 30 miles left on the charge. When I said something the fill-in salesperson assumed I was local and could get home. Rather than making things right, I had to hunt down a Level 3 charger for the vehicle, pay money to charge and wait over an hour to go home. I was forced to cancel plans that evening as a result. I will never purchase a car from Parks again and will never recommend your shady business to others.

Set an appointment to look at a specific used car. Arrived and met with the salesperson. She took my ID and said my car would have to be appraised prior to even letting me see the car I made the appointment to see. The salesperson kept trying to talk to me about other cars. My sister met me at the dealership and asked the salesperson to let me see the car without letting them appraise my car. The salesperson refused multiple times despite us requesting to simply see the car without having my car appraised. When we told her the process didn’t make sense she said we are the #1 dealership in VA. Needless to say we turned around and left. I have never had a car salesperson refuse to even show me the car I was there to see before making me go through an appraisal in my current vehicle. We left and went to the Ford dealership up the street and had no issues seeing a car without having mine appraised. Seemed very shady to me. Beware!

My son purchased a 2016 used Honda Civic (As Is) on 7/20/21. Within 2 weeks of having the car the Electronic Breaking System light and Check tire pressure light came on and would not go off. I called the dealership to inquire about a recal and assistance. I was told by the that no recal was noted and no other option was offered. I took the vehicle to Pearson Honda dealership. The mechanic ran a diagnostic and told me that New brakes was recently installed and area was damaged during the installation. The mechanic reported that he did not understand why it was not repair when the brakes was replaced. I am telling you this because when you make purchases on used vehicles go to the dealership in which the make of the car. This is me and my son first experience dealing with this company.. I cannot say that I am pleased. Because my son has tried to reach out to the dealership to cancel the roadside assistance program services in which is a joke and he has not yet received a response. Another service that was added to the cost of the used vehicle that we did not need is insurance for theft and diagnostic. This is not needed because we have full coverage insurance. The insurance company did not honor this extra expense. So I am still not understanding why was it added? This is our personal experience.

After I paid for my car it took 5 days before I got it. It wasnt detail nor fill with gas. Then after having my car for only 16 days my a/c broke and the service department tried the best not to honor the warranty that I paid for. An still at this moment the a/c works, but it still clicks loudly at times. Not very pleased with the service that I have recieved this far.

For an oil change ???!!!Then my window on the passenger side acted up I called in for an hour kept getting hung on finally I got Harold on the phone he would not walk to the service area to see what tha eta was on my truck that they said would be ready in 1.5 hours. the next day !!!!!!!!I got my truck I guess I’m gonna have to go to Hendricks for next purchases looking for for multiple trucks. Very good service. Only recommendation I would make is to put back in place, the ability to view the status of service to the vehicle via the monitor in the waiting room. I recall this was active at some point but last couple of visits it wasnt any longer. This would be very nice addition to notifying those waiting for their repair/vehicle maintenance. It would also be less work for the service writers.

She has lot of patience and wanted the best for me. Her Manager met with me multiple times while we are going with buy vs lease option. My third call when through, I was told to hold just a moment, and they forwarded me to voice-mail.As someone who is prepared to purchase a new Silverado, and spend $2500 on servicing each work van in my fleet... this location is laughable at best.My first impressions a few weeks ago getting a key made took over 45 minutes... no customers were waiting, but the employee decided to take a lunch break and disappear instead of making my key which takes less than 5 minutes.Taking my business elsewhere... cant believe they get away with treating people like this.I will be sure not to recommend parks to anyone that I care about, I will be doing the complete opposite.

BUYER BEWARE! I live out of state but located a used vehicle that I was interested in at Parks. I spoke to an internet sales manager who was helpful at first. But then my calls went unanswered and received no response via e-mail. I was simply wanting to know if someone had seen the vehicle and could confirm the condition. Days went by. I then received a text message from another salesman and then when I called, I was referred to another sales woman. I was told the vehicle was off-site for inspection. So I made an offer with the condition that I speak to someone who had actually seen the vehicle. The offer was accepted. Yet hours later, I received a contract for $2,500 more than my offer. So I call (again), and was told it must have been a miscommunication. Within hours, the price of the vehicle on-line jumped over $3,000. Horrible way to do business and horrible customer service. You better have lots of patience and be prepared for price changes if you buy from them.NOTE - This is not about meeting my price but the horrible customer service. From a lack of communication to the audio recording of our offer that disappeared. Not to mention the price increases. Again BUYER BEWARE!

I had been shopping for a truck for months. Doing all of my diligent research on the different makes and models. I was on my way to the back to apply for my auto loan to buy a truck from Carmax. I came across a new arrival at parks. From the initial phone call to them to the drive off the lot the purchase process was amazing. It was good until Ron did not do all he was supposed to with giving me all information that i should’ve been given and the face dmv contacted me saying i had no auto insurance because he did not submit those to dmv. So if anyone goes to Ron make sure he doesn’t get over and tells you all information. But he did do a good job with helping me get my car but definitely had aftermath issues also i was tagged into a email stating that dealers were not selling a good amount of cars which is very unprofessional! I even brought my cousin to the dealership since she found a car and the lady showed her unclean messed up cars
