I would give them a O if I could.I purchased a brand new f150 on may 19, 2021. I financed through Ford credit and purchased the gap coverage for around $1000.3 months later when I refinanced with my local bank I was informed I have to buy gap coverage again (FYI it was a lot cheaper then what Haley Ford sold me). My local bank said to contact the gap insurance company and chances are they’ll credit you back minus those 3 months. So I called classic products on 7-26 and they said no problem.Weeks went by and I never received anything so I emailed them.They replied that on Oct 5 they send the remaining amount to the dealer ( Haley Ford)I have been calling Haley Ford since then. Nothing.Occasionally someone takes my call and says they’ll look into it but still nothing. They literally have my money and refuse to answer where it’s at.So FYI, be aware.Haley Ford if you’re reading this. I called you folks several times and got nothing. A simple explanation would be really nice.

I also had a pleasant experience with Ben the service manager while my vehicle had a few things fixed. He made me feel like a priority and I appreciated that.

We have been loyal customers of the service department since buying our truck. My husband is meticulous about the maintenance. When we got a postcard for a recall (emissions) my husband scheduled it immediately.When he picked truck up, it had a check engine light. They told him the light had to do with emissions and was a $1,000 repair. The light wasn’t on when we dropped the truck off to them. The shop disagreed and said it WAS on prior to them touching it. Of course we couldn’t prove it — but suffice it to say they will NEVER touch this truck again. Morals and ethics and telling the TRUTH matter to me and *clearly* the people in the service department that we dealt with are lacking all three.

We purchased a 2016 used car for $18 k from this dealership. We went to rotate the tires and found that the Ford chromed lug nuts had separated and we couldn’t remove them as the upper part just spins. The car was still under the 3 month/3000 mile warranty. The dealership refused to remove and replace them under warranty. So we were sold a car that you can’t take the tires off. I will never purchase from this dealership againUpdate: The service manager called and had us bring the car back. They swapped out the lug nuts and rotated the tires for free.

THE Service center SMH!! Good luck even getting them to answer the phone for you while servicing YOUR CAR. Then they give you so many excuses you don’t even really know what’s going on until your car is done. My air in my car worked fine until my car was sent to Ford, after they “fixed” my car my air didn’t work at all which of course caused me to come out of pocket AFTER all of the trouble with my Fusion. Advise you to do your research on this dealership from the servicing to the hundreds of recalls lol

Kacey had my vehicle for 2 weeks and never once called me to say what the issue was. She claimed that she called several times but I left the correct phone number upon dropping off my keys. Everyone had the correct number except the one who was responsible for my vehicle. I had to call myself and every time I called, I had to talk to someone else. The GM eventually called and provided me with the number she was calling. Not sure how she got that number, but that surely was not me. In summary, I never received a phone call on what the issue was or a phone call when it was complete. I will never ever take my vehicle there again. It should be an option for zero stars as I was close in picking up my vehicle before they started on it, one week later.

Brought car to Haley Ford in Chester for recall an inspection. Drop the car off a day before and called them and let them know that we had done so. My wife called this morning to ensure that they knew the car was there after multiple attempts to get hold to the service department she was finally told that they were working on the car. They said they would let us know when it was done however we never got a text from them so we drove up 15 minutes before closing at 6:00 today and they said they hadnt touched the car because the mechanic thought it was for the next day will never bring a car there again.

If there was an option to leave no-star review, that would be best fit for this dealership. Made me drive almost 6 hours for a truck that wasn’t available. Told me the night before to go to the bank and get bank checks made out to the dealer, which I did to find out they had sold the truck “the night before right before they closed”. BEWARE. Don’t even waste your time going to this place. The sales Manager told me to “go back to PA” when I tried to take the issue up with him him.

I dont give up 5 stars easily. Worked with LeDonta most of a Saturday to get a truck. I was being pretty picky, and he was patient. Took me to another dealership to check out one of their vehicles. I settled on the one I looked at first. Was really impressed with the staff and lack of high pressure tactics. I expect to visit again soon for an additional vehicle.

Dropped my car off for warranty work about 4-5 days ago and I have yet to be able to talk to someone about what is going on. I have not received an update on my vehicle other than a text message stating they are waiting for diagnostic days ago and nobody will answer the phone for me to get a loaner vehicle other than someone who talked to me for a brief minute saying I will receive a phone call and never did. I have also not received my second key for my car that I was told I would get a call back for when I can pick it up and when I bought the car I did not even get a full tank of gas and was left with a quarter tank.

Had my car in for state inspection and an oil change, thier service department is one of the best i have ever been to.The reason i believe this to be true is the following. During the inspection on my car there was a problem unfortunately caused by them, i was sure there was going to be back and forth about how to resolve this situation but they resolved the issue without me having to do anything. Even went as far as offering me a ride to a doctors appointment i had scheduled for that afternoon, luckily i was able to reschedule it for the following day. In this day and age when service providers are more interested in your money than providing you with customer service i was very pleasantly suprised even shocked by the way this issue was resolved.Roger Johnson is the service manager i spoke with, he and his team are some of the best people i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at an auto repair shop. If the rest of the departments and employees at Haley Ford are as customer oriented as Roger and his team then this dealership wins top honors. Thanks to everyone at Haley Ford involved in resolution of this issue. I believe now not every repair shop is out only to take your money there are honest hard working people out there and i found a bunch of them at Haley Ford. Thanks again.

If I could give this place a lower review I absolutely would. My husband dropped his truck off for a diagnostic and inspection on December 23rd, 2020 and we didn’t hear anything from Ford for 3 weeks which was us reaching out to them. When we finally got a call back they said that they “can’t figure out what is wrong and didn’t want to give it back with no answer”. He gave them the benefit of the doubt and said that he would just like updates from now on. Fast forward another 3 weeks and we heard nothing again. He called and told them that he wanted to pick his truck up today FEBRUARY 10th! With just an inspection. Then they tell us they won’t inspect it because the airbag light is on(wasn’t the day we dropped it off). And Never once mentioned it for the 49 days they had the vehicle. Then fed him basically a “problem” that would cost $3-4000. I told him I refused to let them have the his truck sitting in Fords parking lot another day. We went and picked it up last night which he had to pay $100 for the diagnostic that they told us they didn’t have the past almost 2 months. Unbelievable. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere els. Currently trying to find a corporate number to call.

Horrible service writers - walked in and scheduled a service appointment for 5 days later. Drop off vehicle and the service writer says that I have too much listed to be serviced - he only has me scheduled for an express lube. He cant do anything but change the oil. I need to make another appointment for service. Dan made the appointment - Dan failed to listen to what I needed an appointment for - Dan has a I could care less attitude.

DO NOT, buy a car from this dealership if you want to be overcharged or charged for work done on your car that you were never called about and charged for. Also, the GM. Mr. Person has no customer service behind his book of lies. Called and left numerous messages with a Bentley and Kacee since the GM voicemail box is full, The list goes on. When questioned about service work done and why you were charged for services you never asked for or were called about, he says well my technicians this and my employees that. Oh and another thing when you ask to speak to someone above him good luck because he will say “I’m the one in charge, how can I help you”, trying to blow off your question. She was willing to take the time to help me figure out some of the technology with the truck as I had never had a vehicle newer than 1998, so it was an adjustment for me. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. We went to Haley Ford about a week ago looking for a new vehicle. Our salesman did a great job but the rest of the experience has been horrible. We signed half the paperwork for a new vehicle and could not finish as the vehicle was unable to be located. Our credit was run and we signed half of the papers for a vehicle that can’t be located. Almost a week later we have yet to speak to anyone from the dealership. We have emailed the salesman and have left a message for the manager and nobody will get back to us on a vehicle that we have signed half the papers for and have had our credit run on! I would go to crossroads or sheehy over this dealership!

No communication except for when im getting a new rental. i went through 3 rentals either breaking down or they wanted to put me in something different. Do not bother with this shame. After getting burned several times before I decided to try one more time a year and a half later. I made an appointment over a week ago for 745am. While making the appointment I asked if it would be done by noon (was just a clock repair), to which the scheduler said yes.I called at 1130am the day of service and it wasnt touched and told first thing after lunch. I called shortly before 3pm, still wasnt touched. They said they would call in 20-30 minutes with the diagnosis. They didnt call. I called 40 minutes later and told them I would be picking up the truck. Come to find out, they never touched it. Last time it was touched was when I dropped it off the night before. Do not support this business.

I can see from these posts that response is non-existent from this place. I too have requested responses from them and have gotten nothing. My issue was concerning a refund for a warranty on the car. We have called, left messages, emailed the GM and nothing. I would have to say, I will never buy a car from here again as there are plenty of other places that have customer service as a part of the deal. I didnt want to give any stars, but since you have to in order to post, I guess Ill do the one.

The service department does not seem to be able to diagnose issues in a timely fashion. After my car was in the shop for 14 days, I was told it would be ready in 6 more days. I never received a call and had extreme difficulties getting answers. On day 23, they finally looked at my car and told me it would be about 17 more days to fix. When I asked why I was told it would be ready last week, the service manager stated that the person I talked to had cars mixed up and was referring to someone elses car.

The people that work desk and sales are nice, but the service department and techs are slacking. I have taken my 2017 fusion up there twice due to a grinding noise coming from one of the wheels that is very noticeable with the windows down at about 10-15mph. The first time they said they couldn’t “replicate” the issue. I took it back a month later and told them the noise is still there and to drive it around and you will notice it. They called me back after dropping it off and told me it is most likely wheels out of balance and needs realignment. So I went with it and paid the 180 bucks for it (I have maintenance plan and this is not covered.) The noise is still there! Very fed up, I am still under bumper to bumper warranty and certified pre owned warranty. They either did not investigate the grinding noise or they did and since it is under warranty don’t want to fix it because there is no financial gain. Very frustrated.

Drove into Haley Ford, which was only 2 miles away and were on our way in 90 minutes. They really went above and beyond to help us out. Very friendly staff, excellent service. Got a car from this place a few weeks ago. Realized the Bluetooth system was not working on the second day. I have been trying to go back to get it fixed. First time I waited for 3 hrs and lady came out and said she could not get it fixed. The second time I went in they messed up my appointment. I did not like the service one bit. I dont think they care once the car is sold. If you have a choice try to avoid buying from this dealership.

My review is a reflection of the service department. I cannot speak for the other entities at this location. I took my 2016 Explorer in for a recall. I asked them to check on three other things while they had the vehicle. 1. The carpet on the driver and passenger side keeps falling off of the side and gets caught under the gas and brake peddle (huge problem). 2. The windshield wiper fluid is only spraying out of one side and the side it is spraying out of only goes an 1 onto the windshield. 3. The passenger side OEM roof rack keeps popping off and will not stay on the vehicle. Ford told me they can fix the carpet for around $1500. Ford told me that the windshield washer fluid pressure is normal. Ford told me that they couldnt do anything to fix my roof rack and they recommended taking it to Truckin Thunder. Seriously?! I contacted corporate who referred me to the service manager. I spoke with the service manager and he assured me that he would look into things. A week went by and I didnt hear anything so I called. He said they were still investigating. It has been over two months people and the service manager hasnt followed up with me. I finally took my vehicle to a mechanic shop and they quickly addressed and fixed the problems with my Explorer.I would not recommend this Ford dealership to anyone. The service department and their crew are anything but professional. Additionally, it bothers me that Ford does not stand behind their product. I will not be purchasing a Ford again. I also warn my friends and family about my negative experiences with Ford and advise them to consider other brands. If you do chose Ford, go to another location.

And went above and beyond to help me get a great car (2015 Ford Fusion!). Even better than the car i originally was going for (03 Ford Mustang). Dont buy from this dealer. Paid almost $65k for a car. Drove it home and on the way the front splitter falls off. They wouldnt repair it ($800). Said I bumped a parking curb and that made the splitter fall off. Huh? Watched the Ford technician video on how to install the splitter and it was obviously not installed correctly. Buyer beware!Update one month later; after presenting photographic evidence that the splitter was installed incorrectly, the dealership decided to reimburse me for the replacement parts that I installed. Then had to get my own license plates and fight for the balance that they charged. In the end, I got the money I asked for, but it wasnt easy. Would have been a bit more satisfied with a more timely response. And, I would never advise taking any car in for service at this location after seeing how they installed the air splitter.

A 17 year VET and still was having issues trying to obtain the Military Discount offered by Ford.I felt disrespected and profiled due to ethnicity.Stephen Andrews has to be the worst sales person I have encountered. Slamming his forehead on the cubicle because we didnt quite understand the pricing.Very unprofessional people. Please avoid this Dealer at all cost. GM Levar and Service Mgr John OToole tried in the end to make this right but overall the entire experience cannot be salvaged. What was a simple two rims, two tires, tire change kit and tire pressure sensor with a four wheel alignment turned into a two week long service ticket. My car was towed in after hours on Wed Oct 23 after striking concrete debris on the highway. Thursday morning, I arrived to hand over the keys and open the repair order. It would have only taken 15-20 min for them to put the car on a lift and evaluate it for repair but they did not do this until the following Monday. My Nationwide agent tried to give them a check for the repair order but they did not have there paperwork straight and did not have part numbers. My agent returned later to give them a check. By the following Wed, I arrived a week later to get a copy of the estimate. It was incomplete and only had one rim on the estimate. I asked Mr. O’Toole if the second rim was included and he stated it was. I was assured that the repair would be done by Friday. On Thursday I had a feeling the repair would not be complete by Friday and went to see the GM...Levar discovered the second rim was not ordered and Haley then had to go back to Nationwide for additional funds. My agent then arrived to attempt to give Haley more money for the second rim but they could not find the right paperwork. After waiting an unacceptable time, the agent left and told them to call her with the final amount once they got it straight. On Friday the car was ready as they used a rim from another customers order. I arrived to pick up the car on Friday and they did not calibrate the tire pressure sensors. I did see the alignment report. The final kicker was that they never ordered the tire change kit and had to deliver it to my work on Monday the 4 of Nov. Overall, even though GM and Service Mgr tried to rectify, it appears that the way they service dept handles repair orders from start to finish is not in compliance with recommended Ford procedures.

Buying a car could not have gone any better at this dealership. Everything was on point from the moment we arrived to driving out of the lot in our new Mustang. Mike Smith was awesome and clearly had deep knowledge of the systems on the vehicle. Everyone else that helped us were courteous and professional. Service department is the worst. They will lie to you about repairs needed. They will lie to you about how long and when they get your vehicle to get worked on. They will have you sit in the cold for over 30 minutes while they promise up and down the shuttle is on the way, even when your only a mile from the facility. Try to avoid at all costs.

Shopping for a new addition to our HD truck fleet. Visited this dealership after finding a vehicle that matched what we were looking for (features, price, etc). As an avid vehicle purchaser (8 in the last 5 years) I entertained the salespersons routine (out of respect) until it came time to talk numbers, and this is when the wheels fell off. The manager comes over, introduces himself, and then proceeds to insult my intelligence by lying about what our trade in was worth by a margin of almost 10% (crazy)! After calling him out on it (previous dealer offers, KBB) he tells me his truck is priced the lowest in the area and therefore can’t give me more for my trade. LETS SUM THIS UP: Haley Ford has the lowest price in the area so they don’t have to give you a fair trade in value because of it. LOGIC?? If your looking for transparency in your vehicle buying experience your time is best spent somewhere else.

The quick lane is anything but quick. Have waited 2 hours for oil change more than once and then get my car back to discover oil life monitor not reset and wrong mileage on window sticker. Doesnt exactly inspire confidence in the work done. The manager did send a tech out to my work to reset the oil life monitor which was nice but the tech who came complained about why the manager picked him to come when hes so busy in the shop. I travel further now to use Sheehy, worth the extra drive time from my experience.

I had a bad experience with this dealerships service department. I took my car in on Wednesday to have the wheel bearing replaced. Im told I need both sides replaced. The next day they said they had to use a torch to get the bearing out but ran out of oxygen for the torch. Friday they said they still hadnt gotten the oxygen for the torch. Saturday I got a text stating my car was done and ready for pickup. 20 minutes later I get a call stating it was not ready as they had only completed one side and still needed to do the other side... so, it was not ready. Monday Im told its ready now. So I go there and they tell me they only had to replace one side. I spoke to their service manager to let him know my displeasure about the rediculous amount of time this took and the fact that it cost my company another $455 dollars in a rental while this fiasco went on. He was all apologies but did not offer anything more. Sorry does not pay the bills! I figured they would have offered something more than sorry to compensate me for the extended amount of time this job took. I will not be using Haley Ford in the future.

Was stranded on the way from PA to NC in 2017, AAA towed my car to this dealership where they said it needed a new catalytic converter. They charged $1210.00 and sent me on my way. This job was to be warrantied. Recently, same thing happened so we took it to our local garage where they said it needs a catalytic converter and they showed evidence of Haley Ford not doing the job correctly leading to this issue. I phoned Haley Ford this morning and spoke with someone who said the manager will return our call when he gets out of the meeting he was in. Never received a call back. My husband called twice more and they will not take our phone calls. Asked for the owner and they said he was busy and again, took our number. They never returned the call. Will next contact our credit card company we paid them with and the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!! I would not have given them any stars but wouldnt let me post until I did at least one.

I have bought 4 vehicles from Haley Ford over the last 6-7 years. I would NEVER recommend that anyone go to this place, or buy any Ford vehicles at all. We purchased a new 2014 Ford Fiesta for our daughter and have had nothing but trouble with this vehicle. There is a class action law suit against Ford for this vehicle dealing with the transmission problems. I went into the store after 4 1/2 years of constant problems, and quick fixes by the service department to see if we could come to some sort of resolution. I spoke with Jermaine Dunn at first with no eval. He basically listened to me and then dumped me off on the service manager. John OToole the service manager basically told me that he could not do anything for me, and I would have to contact Ford customer service. They are very helpful when they want that sell, but are absent when you need help with a lemon of a car. They know all of the problems with the Fiesta but still didnt offer any help; except to trade it in on a new car with another loan lol. My daughter and grand children use this car as their primary vehicle, and I am extremely disappointed that after all of the money they have made off of me there was no help. DONT BUY FORD.

I just bought the third of four cars my husband and I have purchased from Haley Ford (Jefferson Davis Highway). Sales staff (Robert Stein, in particular) is so friendly and absolutely no pressure. Finance manager, Greg, couldnt be nicer or kinder. Service center staff (Judith, in particular) will continue to work until any issue is resolved to the customers expectations. They all treat all customers the same, regardless of the customers credit score and they bend over backwards to find you a car and a great deal. I wouldnt shop anywhere else and I always recommend them to everyone I know who is shopping for a car.

We were looking for a new sedan and the, 13 fusion caught our eye. when we stopped into Haley we were greeted by a very friendly salesperson eager to answer any question we had. There was no pressure to buy and they were upfront with pricing information and dealer costs. The overall experience was warm and i would definetly go back and purchase from that dealership again.

Poor customer service. I had my vehicle towed in last Wednesday for a power steering issue. She told they wouldn’t be able to start working on it until Friday, Friday I get a call saying it won’t get started until Tuesday. Tuesday I get a call saying my part needed is not in the catalog. Today is Thursday and I have left more then one voicemail and called several times since Wednesday. No call back. Anybody who answers the phone will just send your call to voicemail

I have to get involved an remind him of their own quick lane policy, the whole point it not to make an appt. Most quicklanes will not accept a appt. I should not have to take my time to go to your dealership and read aloud your policies to your employees. Please, figure out your bussiness model and mabey, share it with your employees...

Sold my fiance a flood car. They told us it was an employee vehicle they were trying to sell quick. Promised a spare key that we never got. Sent the title at the 11th hour after several days of calling and getting full voicemails and wrong numbers. Our temp tags were literally on the last day. The service at this dealership is very good. everyone is very helpful and they are extremely friendly. Billy Stone is the man! I talked to him on the phone about a change of price that probably occurred on one the vehicles that was posted online. he offered to sell me the car at the price it was originally posted at and he keeps his word. I was very close to lose the car because someone else was test driving it and was about to make a deal. But as I work to the door billy took care of everything for me because we already had a deal and i was ready to buy. furthermore, Billy took the time to teach me some about the car operations and little tricks.

I purchased a 2018 F150 from Haley and it had a recall. Took it in at 8:30am and they kept it for 2 day. The second day I had to keep calling to see when it was going to be ready. No one called me back so I couldnt get it until the 3rd day and again I had to call. I left other Ford dealers because of poor customer service and this was even worse than the others. What happened to customer service. Not even a phone call back. If it wasnt for the service work that has to be completed by them, I would never go back but they didnt have any problems when I was paying for the new truck!

The worst dealership in the area. Once they find out your credit isnt perfect they kick you out the door. I quote what was said today we cant help you, no one will ever finance you. Complete jerks to say the least. Colonial Honda is much better, they financed me without question and were very nice.
