Ive been too all most all automotive dealerships in Richmond and usually require about a VEHICLE to get a feel of who I will be trusting for a major purchase that will impact a persons or families life and I was impressed by them because how easy they are to talk to and answer questions. They will give you a good Neighborly experience. We bought a truck from them late in 2020. The truck ran for about 3 weeks and then we started having problems. There has been numerous issues and it feels like this truck will just end up being a money pit.

Wow!!!! Buying a handful of cars over the years I’ve personally been turned off from several dealerships, but Grimm Automotive was absolutely incredible with my purchase!! I’ve never dealt with a more pleasant group of people that went out of their way to be accommodating for ME. It wasn’t about them one bit, just about me and making me a happy customer. I was so confident with everything from the price to every detail on the camaro that I drove 8 hours from NY to pick it up, that’s how great they were! They even helped me with paying plate fees to get the car home. The one thing I liked the most about them is there weren’t any hidden fees that a lot of other dealers try to throw in such as a $695 dealer fee. Just cut and dry and straight forward with Grimm Automotive the way I like it! If there’s anything you take from this review, take the fact they are honest and trust worthy, and have some of the lowest prices around. I personally worked with Jason for most of my transaction and he was great! Just an honest stand up guy and I wouldn’t hesitate about buying another car from them! Thank you again guys for all your hard work it was greatly appreciated, I love the new car!!
