I am not the kind of person that rushes into big decision and I typically find car buying process extremely stressful. Mr. Mikel was very patient and kind. I inquired about getting a mini-van in Dec 2020 and finally purchased the vehicle April 2021. He provided me a fair appraisal and I was able to negotiate everything over the phone/text. He was very considerate and not pushy. I had a very good car buying experience that we purchased another vehicle Oct 2021. He was able to find the car that I wanted and matched the appraisal from another car dealership. I sent all info online, test drove the car, went over paperwork and all that had to be done was for us to sign it. It even had the temp plates before we got there. I was looking for that one truck that would do everything asked of it from now on out. I find myself increasingly frustrated with the service at our Richmond Honda. The biggest frustration is that the appointment schedulers (who have a fair track record for being rude) for the service department make appointments for issues they dont even fix. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing in this dealership.I waited a week for an appointment after I thoroughly explained what the issue was. When I arrived for the appointment, the service writers told me Oh we dont do that. They sent me to Kentucky Collision who also wouldnt help me. There has been so much wasted time trying to deal with the dealership when all I needed was a good mechanic elsewhere.I also had a service writer tell me last year that the engine stall my Accord had while on vacation was because the humidity is too high in Florida. The air probably caused it.Its pretty frustrating dealing with this service department for anything beyond a normal tire rotation or oil change.

Everything went very smooth in the buying process! I worked with Joey Banbel to buy a new CR-V. I messaged the dealership about a vehicle on their website on a Sunday. I received a text to let me know they were closed but that they would message me Monday morning about the vehicle. Monday, Joey said it was available and we FaceTimed while he showed me the vehicle and answered any questions I had. I filled out a credit application and we talked numbers over FaceTime.
