The customer service at this location was great, the car buying process was simplified, but the car was not worth it. I purchased a car here and less than two years the transmission went. I had it replaced and it has gone again. I thought we were purchasing a reliable car from here but it has caused more problems than any car I have purchased. I am disappointed with my purchase and disappointed that Enterprise sold me a car that has given me many issues both electrical as well as mechanical.

Everyone knows that after you purchase a vehicle the sales representative has nothing to do with you. Thats not true at Enterprise car sales on Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, VA. After purchasing my car I had it washed numerous times at the car wash, but my car was still dirty. It looked to be sap buried deep into the paint that apparently was hidden from the snow. I called my rep T.J. and my car was repainted. I didnt think Enterprise sales would cover it, because it wasnt like an engine had failed. They repainted my car, therefore when purchasing my second car, I went back to Enterprise. I continue to be satisfied. They are more like family and you can see them work as a team.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I told them what I wanted and they told me to take look on the lot to see what I might want. There was no one hassling me to choose a car. I test drove the car and the process was easy to purchase.

I was impressed with the sales process but I felt that the salesperson and manger were pushing me out the door. I was told I could come at by 8pm but when there was an extended time contacting bank to make down payment they started shutting lights off and telling me I had to come back. Finally the bank was able to remove block and I paid and had to go directly to the gas station, the car was on empty. I called the sales person Delonte and he said I could bring it back to get it filled, I had a trip that weekend so when I reached out to him upon my return, he would not respond.

Eric was able to help me find the perfect van to travel in and transport my dogs. He never failed to follow-up with a phone call, and when he caught me at a bad time hed always remember to call me back. He knew exactly what I was looking for, had the van transferred to Richmond, and 3 hours later I drove off in the perfect van for my dogs and I. Id recommend anyone to Eric that is looking to buy a new set of wheels, and if its not on the lot he will find it! Thanks, Eric!!!

We bought from here. Beware that even though they insoect the cars....still have them checked out while you ha e 7 days to return it. We almost returned the Pathfinder we purchased when we found out that the brakes were shot. We were told that it passed inspection, and they wouldnt fix the brakes that were at State minimum. So they almost got the Oathfinder back. Stay your ground, and dont be taken advantage of by any car dealer. Do your research, check with mechanics, and Carfax those vehicles....they want your miney....so do your homework!

Wow, wow, wow! where do I begin. I was blessed to with Mr Rasheed Clark and he was absolutely amazing. his customer service skills were amazing, i felt as if i had known him forever. I also wanted to handle as much as possible via internet and phone so that i could spend as little time in the actual dealership; as i have a 5 year old that gets very impatient. I told him what i was looking for; and he hopped right on it. He was patient, very informative on the different vehicles that matched my needs and wants; AND still offered me a better price then carmax, carvana, and drivetime. When i arrived to the location; it was a very easy and stress free process. All the employees were very friendly. I am so grateful to have had such a great team that not only helped me get EXACTLY what i was looking for at a great price; but worked so swiftly to make it all happen. Ow did i mention, i didnt have a way to them and they came and got me; which removed a lot of stress from me.

We rented the car well ahead of time to pick up at noon. The car was not the one we reserved. It was absolutely filthy. Covered in dead bugs, and had obviously not been washed. The employee gave some ridiculous story about their car cleaner not working well, which was obviously not true because I knocked a bug off by blowing on it. The girl did not care one wit about the condition of the car, but continued trying to upsell their products. It only had about a half tank of gas in it and smelled strongly of cigarettes and weed. This car was being rented for my son and his fiance to drive to their wedding in another state. Neither smoke. They said they were fine with the car, but I was completely embarrassed because it was part of their wedding gift. I will probably never use Enterprise again. Ive rented from much cheaper places and recieved much, much better product and service.

I looked at him and asked him to acknowledge it. And that was his line. Really! Then the manager told us how he drove it a couple hours to get it to his store and he didnt smell smoke either- while looking me in the eyes. So my wife drove to the Woodbridge Enterprise location and had the best experience and bought a beautiful car.

Requested a car transfer on 8/26, it took three weeks to come from Philadelphia to Richmond, a six hour drive. Got the truck on 9/14 and noticed no floor mats. Requested replacement 9/16, then made several calls to follow up, getting the same response not in today or not available today is 10/2 and still no mats. Fast to take money slow on customer service. Changing my review wish I could lower to zero or less, enterprise still playing dumb only at a higher level. Doing it on purpose.
