Recently leased a 2013 Dodge Dart the millage was low car was cleaned thought I lucked up on something nice, well looks can be very deceiving . Test drove the car an everything seemed ok I only had two concerns why when I accelerate the car makes a whining noise an loses power an why my tire lights keep coming on . Well I was told the noise was from the turbo on the engine and my tires need air this is the same day I purchased my vehicle so days go on an the problem still bothers me so I keep calling but get the run around . So finally I’m able to talk to the owner I assume an he says the mechanic caught covid so he won’t be back until after he quarantine . So it hasn’t been a month an I have a emergency an need to get on the rode an guess what ? My tire barons go! Not to mention I’m 3 hours into my drive an it’s 2am in the morning Talk about livid, the reason for purchasing this car was to have a back up car I feel they should have known if something is going, I blame there mechanic clearly they know nothing about cars . Not to mention as I drive there’s a burning smell that comes from the vents but they say there isn’t a oil leak 🤔😒 . So now my 3 kids an I are inhaling toxic fumes & they can’t tell me anything an at this point they say they can’t give my money back an won’t give me another vehicle seems they just purchase cars an resell them ! It’s always something wrong with my car an it wasn’t even 30 days an at this point I don’t even bother to say anything else just will never go back to them or recommend there services . The car didn’t last 30 days smh

Chris was so awesome!! I purchased a 2008 Acura MDX n let me tell you I love this car!! I had an 04 Acura MDX that I loved to death until it was crashed. This of course is newer n so much fancier! I definitely recommend CARRVA! Chris n his staff are really welcoming n just seem to genuinely care. I am leasing the car but when I dropped the down payment everything remained the same meaning there were no hidden/surprise fees like so many others. Not only are the vehicles affordable but the monthly payments are as well! Thank you Chris!!

Came to purchase a car at 430 on a Wednesday. No one came out to greet us. Knocked on the door. No answer. Had to call to get ahold of anyone. There’s no salesman’s here. She said we had to call him and make an appointment. Which is comical since their red blinking open sign is seen from the road. Went to look in the window of a car and the alarm went off and blared for several minutes before someone came to turn it off. We have our own financing. We considered buying not one but two vehicles. We will not be back.****Since I’m unable to respond to your comment, there may have been a sign up on your door but it was covered by another sign saying “out to lunch until 4:00” which it was well after by then. I now see the last sentence of 3 paragraphs saying appt only on your website. Had to go hunting for it. Neither here nor there for the potential customer off the street. But what would have been really nice would have been the girl inside the office explaining to us that everyone else had covid and you were short staffed. (Which is what you told my husband today) Instead of letting us walk around waiting for someone, knock on the door to be ignored, then have to call while standing in the lot just so we could find out why we weren’t being helped.And there is no order with the CDC or the Va dept of health requiring appointments to look at cars. Have a plan in place for your business for situations like a covid outbreak, share the plan with your staff, and then execute the plan. Most people are understanding. As we would have been if we were told. Trying to make customers and potential customers seem like they are unreasonable or unable to read is not the way to attract business.

I purchased a car here about a year ago - Chris was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He has even been in touch since to see how things were going, and when I had a minor problem with the vehicle, he resolved it for pennies on the dollar of what I would have paid at a mechanic. Really well-run operation - I highly recommend!

I had a great used car buying experience at Carrva. I made two trips there and bought on the second one. I received a car that was in great shape for its age and I received a fair price. I had never bought a used car that was not at a large dealer and did not know what to expect. Chris and his staff were great, honest, and upfront. I came here a few weeks ago I speak wit a a man about a truck I had $1500 in cash to put down he said we only do in house finance bring back 5 more thousand u can ran off today An your payments would be $300 a month I have great credit & a great paying job I own a 2014 Nissan Maxima I guess they don’t want to work wit the banks which is odd

Customer service is horrible and my vehicle clunked out the following week and the owner said I would be responsible for repairs I would not recommend getting a car here they only want the money

The cars dont get inspected so they sell them as is knowing that they have no idea if anything is wrong with the car but will lie of course and say the car is good. 4 people I know personally had this problem after being assured they were leaving with a properly working vehicle. They wont fix the car, give you a rental, or do anything. His so called mechanic lied about what was wrong with one of my friends car just to make her think she caused the issue, luckily her husband got off work before she spent over $500 in parts she never needed!

Just bought a beautiful Ford f-150 from CARRVA! Easy and haggle free financing, vehicle in great shape. Test drove and bought same day. Time will tell how the longevity is with their vehicles, but my husband is a mechanic and didnt see any issues with it or any needs that would require immediate attention. My wife and I have called since Saturday July 30 to ask and see a vehicle. They never answered the phone. I drove out there from an hour and a half away in hopes the were busy when we called. Monday August 1 2016 I arrived at 940, they dont open until 10am. So we waited. We sat at the Animal Hospitals parking lot across the street waiting. We called after 10 with no answer we sat there until 1025am and called again. The gate was still closed and no one was walking around or pulled in to open the business. We were very upset, one because of the long drive, two the fact we had cash in hand to pay for a truck we wanted in full and this business obviously doesnt have the mindset of running a business or making customers if they cant answer phones or have anyone show up to their place of employment on time. We left at 1037am as no one showed up. We will happy take our business and CASH elsewhere to a business that is willing to run a business.

Initially impressed with this dealership. the owner chris is helpful and friendly. when test driving we heard an odd noise and he had it taken care of before closing the deal. however in the month and a half since purchasing ive encountered problems with my brakes, alignment, and aux port. be careful when purchasing a vehicle here.

Being in the military its very hard trying to find a good car dealership thats not trying to scam you or give you over the top prices but CARRVA has decent prices and decent cars . Excellent and fast service. Salesman had the two cars that we were interested in, ready and warmed up for our review. He answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with our choice. He was curtious and pleasant to talk to and did not rush us to make decision. The paperwork took less than an hour. Total time for whole process was about an hour and a half. Very pleased with whole processed and happy woth our new pre-owned vehicle.

Take any car you consider buying here to get a pre purchase inspection at a local mechanic or dealer. I recently looked at one of their BMWs which they claimed was good on maintenance and needed little to no work done which was proven false after having the dealer check it out. This place didnt even know the rear passenger window didnt work. This business is either incredibly incompetent with knowledge of their own vehicles or incredibly dishonest. I would not recommend buying any cars from here.

Ugh, I know a used car dealership is never to be trusted but the sails person at this one was super nice and accommodating. I thought this experience would be different. When I test drove the car, the AC wasnt working. I told the sales person, I would not under any circumstances buy the car if the AC was not fixed. I should have run when he told me that test drives could only be 10 minutes or less. I was desperate and sick of car shopping. I knew the car was over priced for the make/model and mileage, not to mention it had a few digs in the exterior, but I liked it overall so I bought it. 6 weeks in the, AC stopped worked and I went and had the car checked out due to still being under warranty. They found a few minor things wrong, but the warranty was garbage and would not cover the repairs. Also, Im not sure how i missed it in my test drive, but they also sold me this car with 3 bad tires that would not pass inspection. Im pretty certain they changed them out before i came to pick up the car. All in all, They should have priced this car at least $1000 less than they sound it to me for if not more. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Try Va cars on Midlothian instead....seriously.

DO NOT PURCHASE here until you get a pre-purchase inspection performed by a professional mechanic of YOUR choosing. It makes more sense to pay the $90 ppi fee at a mechanic shop to avoid the issues you are going to have in the first month WHEN the car breaks down. When your mechanic gives you the list of issues on the car, negotiate on the asking price or have them fix it. We looked at 2 Infiniti M35 and when we asked questions all we got were excuses instead of resolutions. 3 Stars because the staff has a nice form of professionalism.

Im a retired disabled vet went to this guy with a blank check for 8,000 we agreed on a price i drove 4 hour drive wasted tons of my time the first day we agreed on a price and penfed screwed up and wrote the dealerships name on the check since it was late the bank was willing to wire the money to him instead he made me drive up here and waste 225$ a trip in a uber because i have no car what he did was sell the car for more money he thought wasting my time over 300 i will blow up every website and make sure penfed drops them from there website this is only chance i will give the owner knows my number until he calls me or i find another car i will keep posting on all his sites what scum bags they are i have 20 email addresses amd i will destroy all of his online sales i feel bad for the guy working there the owner left him clueless to what was going on well off to surch again i will post like this till your feed back is at 0% i have 2 BAs 2AAs and im retired amd 100% disabled i have lots of free time trust me amd if he wants me to stop im willing to take the car for 5000$ and he can pay tax title and tags sorry and still hand me a 500$ check for wasting my time i have nothing to do with my spare time but ruin what he has astablished in 12 years by the time im done he will be begging me to tale the car for free
