My family has purchased 3 cars from Car N Go. We have had a great experience every time. Whenever we had a question or concern, they always answered us honestly. Thats why we always come here to buy.

I am shopping for cars and arrived at Car N Go as they had a car I was interested in. My young son and I arrived, saw the car on the lot, and asked for a test drive. The salesmen was very polite and asked a lot of questions about my finances. I arrived in a 3 year old car that was worth twice what their car on the lot was priced at. Obviously, I can afford to purchase their car.After being questioned they asked to run a hard check on my credit. No. We all know that hard checks on credit adversely affect your score. I told the salesman as such and asked for the third time to test drive the car.Let me go ask my manager. (Really?! Were at that point already?)Sorry, I cant let you test drive the car. You can come back on Monday or Tuesday if youd like and test drive it then.No. I wont be back. Im shopping for a car and test drives are integral to that process. If I cant test drive the car how can I know if I want to buy it?Go to Carmax or Hyman Brothers. Go to any other dealership even the worst will let you test drive the car before asking to run your credit report. Avoid Car N Go.Corrections added as the response from Car N Go is misleading.1. Dodge Charger 392, not a V6 - You dont judge? Seems judgey.2. Intended to buy once the suitable car is found and test driven. - You still dont judge? Seems to me you judged me as a joy rider.3. Told the salesman I was shopping and ready to buy, just not ready to have a hard inquiry on my credit report for a test drive. Im now very glad I didnt give you my personal data.Keep talking. Youre making the case for me here. I wont respond further as my point is made. Avoid Car N Go.

My husband and I stopped by the Hull Street location just to window shop and ended up buying a car because Parker was so wonderful! He doesnt even sell cars but helped us through the whole process!!! Once we went to the Midlothian Tnpk location to finish up, the staff there was just as amazing! If you are looking for a new to you, used car, please check these guys out! They really take care of you and make the car buying experience painless and fun!

Just recently bought a 2012 Honda Pilot from Car N Go. I typically dread dealing with car salesmen...so I was mentally preparing myself.But then I met Mike. Super knowledgeable and quick to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He was also very casual (no pressure) about the actual sales process. He was very personable and it was very nice that he was very familiar with my favorite local car repair shop. It didn’t hurt that the car was clean, loaded with “nice to have” features and priced reasonably for comparable quality.The entire process was quick and fun. Mike even went so far as to get the car re-inspected the morning I picked it up. There was no need; it wasn’t expired. He just didn’t want me to have to be concerned over anything.I can’t say enough what a great experience this was. I highly recommend them. I’m looking forward to my next car purchase.....as long as I can work with Mike.

The purchase of the vehicle wasnt bad. After you drive the vehicle off the lot Car NGo doesn’t stand behind their vehicles. To quote the owner”its a used car, what do you expect “. I had several issues they told me they would take care of. I had a over heating issue that they couldn’t fix. I had a water leak that they never fixed. I am now getting ready to buy a new transmission. I have only own the vehicle 4 months. Please do your homework before your purchase and dont trust what they tell you. Trusting them has cost me $5000.00 in repairs in top. Of the purchase of the vehicle

Worst place to buy a car. Had problems with the car 2 days after bought. Heat not working, roof top leaking, Coolant leaking, tail pipe fell off in road. They tried to fix some things several times, but I kept taking it back and now he will not fix like he promised. Do not trust them!!! I bought AS IS but he promised to fix it!

My sister brought a bmw fromThis place not even 2 months ago her check engine light came on she took it to bmw original shop they told her whoever changed the oil which was car n go they didn’t use the correct tool do such now they don’t want to fix her vehicle no one will return her calls or anything stay away from car n go

To be able to actually say this team cared, is something that I have never been able to say about any other dealership. Mike listened to what I needed and gave me the pros and cons between the trucks I liked. This allowed me to make the best choice. Monroe is hands down the best finance manager that I have ever dealt with. This experience has been the easiest and most comfortable ever. This was by far THE best vehicle purchasing experience. The task is daunting and more so on a budget but it was quickly a pleasant encounter from first walking into the showroom to sealing the deal. Used vehicles surely come with reservations and hesitations however, Mo and his team were Professional, Patient, Considerate, and Honest. Five Stars for overall experience as well as the purchased vehicle.

This place doesnt feel like a used car lot. Its clean, well taken care of, and a pretty welcoming environment. The employees I dealt with would put most new car dealerships to shame as far as customer service goes. Overall I was able to get a quality used car that should last me years, when it comes time to replace it I will be returning to Car-n-go for the next one.

With all the car lots on Midlothian it makes choosing one hard but I promise you can forget all the others and go here each staff member greets you with a smiling face and actually listens to your needs and wants to find a car that suits you and if they don’t have it they will find it!!! I have no idea where to begin with these great men! I went from selling them their promotional products to purchasing both my vehicles from them. After going to several dealerships and all of them telling my husband no, I went there on a whim and my husband drove away in a car. A couple of months later after being told by every dealership I didn’t have car credit and would never be able to get in a vehicle I called Mike and he called next business day to tell me I got approved for the Lexus my husband had been eyeing for awhile! I will NOT go to another place!

Honestly, Ive never patronized the dealership, but Ive been using the DIY carwash here for as long as I can remember. There arent too many of those around Midlo that I can find, and its the perfect spot to drop a few quarters and get your car nice and clean.
