I purchased a 2011 gmc Acadia 3/15/2021, dealer held my title for 30 days to the day stating he wasnt sure if I was going to tag it there (thru their business). knowing that after 30 days you get a penalty. regardless of whether or not he had questions regarding my decision to tag it there why would he hold the title 30 days? I paid cash. out the door the vehicle was mine! upon further investigation the vehicle that I bought that said AWD, even with a AWD EMBLEM ON THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE.....IS 2WD!! you can call the number listed under Google and never get an answer. but you can message them on FB and get a reply. not professional by my standards. but ultimately my fault for trusting in strangers. but so very disappointing. if you go here do your homework, check the vehicle thoroughly. and good luck hope your experience is better than mine was.... will not be back or recommending to anyone! They do not deserve even 1 star for my experience
