I dread coming into this store. But it is the closest until the one in Aliana is built. The harassment from the store employees start as soon as you put your foot in the door. If you say no I don’t need a bag, it’s like they’re whole world is flipped upside down. Then you get bombarded by 3 other employees asking can they help you with anything. I would like to walk into a retail store and be free to browse without interruption. They swarm me like gnats. Although I experience this it will not stop me from getting what I need to get. I just ignore them and say no thank you to every question they ask me. When the new store opens I won’t be over here anymore.

Some of the friendliest sales staff Ive ever encountered. Although they retire fragrances or rename the packaging too soon for some of my favorite body & hair wash like Noir and Mahogany, the new lines like Atlantic and Bourbon are awesome replacements. Im really happy with their products.

Wonderful staff and lots of items in stock for a smaller store. I was very happy to see how the staff wiped down each checkout area after every customer was done. This is the only store I have seen do this.

Dont remember her name, but Cashier 3602864 went out of her way to make sure I found everything alright. Even found out that one of my soaps was a sample and switched it. She made my day.

I love this store. They made everyone sanitize before entering and made sure everyone has on face coverings which I appreciated. Definitely will return.

Not sure how they have this rating that they do, maybe it was an off day for them because I did not have a pleasant experience at all! Employees didn’t help at all, the cashier they a nasty attitude for no reason at all! Would never return. Brought it to the manager’s attention and she seemed really sincere about my bad experience. Nevertheless I would never visit this location again. I would visit other locations because I know that’s not the B&BW standard of customer service from first hand experience seeing as I used to work there.

The staff are at times rude and give a sense that they dont want to be there. I have been on multiple occasions and had this experience, they just arent friendly and seem disconnected. I will only go to this location as a last resort. I gave this 3 stars bc at least they keep the sales current.🤷🏾‍♀️

I go into this store at least once a week. Ive had pleasant experiences with most of the associates. Toby is the sweetest!However, I have not had pleasant experiences with the manager. I will have to get her name next time. One day, an associate said I can use an expired coupon (with in the 3 day grace period) on items. That associate was not present the next day when I went to purchase my items. When the coupon would not scan, the manager was called to the front. She abruptly said, that associate is not here today, this does not work and nothing I can do about it. With a straight face- rude and abrupt. What happened to customer service? Mind you, I had $275 worth of products. I chalked it up to a bad day and continued to shop there.The second encounter was today. I had a free item coupon for items up to $16.50. Tried to buy 3 candles at $15.50 each, and use 3 coupons to get a free wooden crate which was $12.50 each. 3 separate transactions. The manager rudely said, it wont work because it is an accessory. She walked away after that. Just plain rude. Calling customer relations and will frequent the Katy Mills store like I used to. At least the manager has respect and appreciation for customers (especially loyal ones).I was so happy to see a store open up so close to my home but this one has been hit or miss experience wise.Product wise, always stocked!Updated 01/20/2019:Adjusted rating from 2 to 4 stars due to the positive encounter I had today with this same manager (Mariella). She apologized for the 2nd encounter above and offered 2 free items (up to 16.40 each) because it was a mistake. I just grab 2 inexpensive hand soaps, because I genuinely appreciated the gesture. I respect her desire to reconcile the situation even weeks later. Positive service goes a long way seems I will give my neighborhood store an honest try again.

Horrible Experience tonight. My husband and I approached the counter to purchase our items. It appeared to be two lines with one person in each. Each line had arrows on the floor pointing towards the counter. We picked one, and then the lady in front of us decided to go back to look some more. This meant we would be next. Wrong, the cashier told us it was only one line, and of course several people had come up after us and were in the other line. And yes we had to go all the way to the end, and of course we were in a hurry.We asked the cashier AJ about this and how we had to get behind several people that came up after us. AJ was very uncaring and saidOh those arrows were from Black Friday. Very Rude and unprofessional like.We restated that we had to get at the end of the line because of that and she just saidWell there is only one line and thats how it normally is here Horrible Customer service. The ladies in the store were very nice and helpful. I would suggest one of the ladies in the store take AJs spot.I shop at various Bath and Body Works, usually 3 to 4 times a month, and this is the first time I have encountered such unprofessional and rude behavior from one of your employees .
