This was the best car buying experience in my life. Bill helped secure the vehicle I was looking for and kept in touch until it was available. He connected me with Greg to complete the sale. We communicated via email constantly to finalize the additional options and costs, confirm financing, and exchange all the information he needed. Best buying experience Ive ever had. Ive been taking my pervious car to Haley for over a year now and was recently hit with a repair bill costing more than the value of the car. After researching what I wanted and looking online, Haley had the exact car I had in mind. I was able to test drive it and purchase it within three hours. No hassle, no pressure. Greg was fantastic and friendly to work with through the process and they went above and beyond to make sure to answer all my questions. I would recommend their sales department time and time again!As for service, theyre very good, but very understaffed. But theyre good at communicating when or if they could get something one in one day. My husband and I take both of our vehicles there and its been a great experience.
Unfortunately, after many years of being a customer, Haley Airport has lost my business. I made an appointment for my car for Tuesday @8am. My car wasn’t checked and pulled into service until late Wednesday afternoon. I called and was told that my car needed a battery and they put a battery in and would continue to work on the car to see what was wrong with it and would call me back with updates by the end of Wednesday. Never received a call. I had to call repeatedly to inquire about my car each time. I went to the shop on Thursday afternoon to find out what was going on with my car and was told that the battery was on order and should be there later on in the day. Once again my car was just sitting there and no one had relayed to me that the battery would need to be ordered. I left a message for the service MgR Bill to call me and he never called or followed up with me. Late Thursday, Rachel (service writer) called and said that the tech put a battery in my car, the engine started but then “locked up”.Rachel then said the car needs a new engine and said it would cost $6,000. Told Rachel that a new engine didn’t sound right as my car only has 97,000 miles on it. Frustrated with Haley, I had the car towed to another service shop. Apparently, Haley removed the battery they installed, not replacing it with several screws and bolts missing from different components under the hood. With no battery in the car, all my windows were left down in the car by Haley. Once a new battery was installed by the new service shop, it was determined that my engine was fine and just the alternator needed to be replaced and not a “new engine” as told by Haley. Not sure what has happened as I’ve never experienced this with Haley before but, I will never shop or do service with them again.
I went to Haley Buick GMC Airport to look at getting a new truck. The sales staff was very helpful, but not pressuring. I was able to find the truck that I wanted and got a very fair deal for my trade in as well. Best car buying experience Ive had.

Started on my appointment time and completed the VA Inspection in a timely manner. My vehicle was delivered back to me as clean inside and out as when given to Haley GMC.
When I first arrived the gentlemen sitting up front were not very friendly or helpful. I had to speak first and ask how the process worked. The service itself was speedy, but no one spoke to me about my car; the receipt was just on the dash. The woman at the check out desk was a pleasure, I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name.

After looking for a New GMC Yukon for several months, I was able to locate the exact model with the features and colors (interior and exterior) that I wanted. Janet Pineman was terrific to work with and even through it was an out of state purchase, she made it as easy as if I was there. Janets follow up and extra personal touch (picking me up from the airport to drive me to the dealership) is exactly why I put Haley Buick at the top of the list for car buying experience.
This was the first time I used the shuttle. I typically come in on the weekend and wait. The shuttle was very convenient and service (although they did not find anything wrong with my car) was very responsive with communicating their findings.
Service advisor was friendly and helpful. Issue was diagnosed and repair completed in a timely manner.
Service is not great. I usually have few issues but this particular time was frustrating. Had a 10am appointment for some warning lights that showed up on my car that I wanted to have inspected. Dropped it off at 9:30 hoping to at least have had the diagnostics checked in a short amount of time since there was only two other cars there and I had an appointment. Called at 1:30 to see if they had any updates and sure enough it had not been touched yet. I called back at 4:30 to ask if it would be done in the same day as my appointment and they said no because they were short staffed and other things came up. I ended up picking my vehicle up without it being looked at and wasting my whole day. I was handed the keys and then left to find my car which was “probably still in the back” if I didn’t see it in the front. Just disappointed because I couldn’t even get warning lights inspected on the day of my appointment.
Terrible customer service in the service department. I’ve had my vehicle there 3 different times to get issues resolved while doing oil changes and every time they supposedly don’t have time to fix them even when my appointments are at 7:30am. Why make a appointment if you refuse to follow them?

My friend had her car inspected there in August 2021and everything passed she returns 2 months later for an alignment and they they gave her a $2,336.20 quote and tell her she needs all new brakes and rotors when I just installed all new brakes and rotors in August the day before her inspection. The. They tell her she needs a new power steering pump they want to charge $900 just for the pump but its only $79 at autozone $59 on amazon ohh her power steering does not have play, no leaks, no squealing, then they tell her she needs a upper rear control arm which she doesnt. I had the vehicle taken to another reputable mechanic. Ohhh theres More they charged her over $130 for that inspection that she just had inspected in August.People stop going to dealers, tuffy, midas, Firestone and such for mechanical things on your car...the dealers charge 100% over cost and outrageous labor my other friend paid $706 for a $99 radiator the labor was 706 it only took 1 hour.Firestones moto is we treat you like family ...DONT FAMILY SCREW FAMILY OVER?

I had a very pleasant experience. I initially worked with Diane over emails and text messages. She wasnt too pushy and very accommodating. When I went to the dealership, she was pleasant and very helpful. I was able to relax and pick the vehicle I wanted to test drive and even took a separate test drive with her. I end up buying the 2021 Buick Encore GX. Also working with Michael in the finance office was a good experience as well. He made suggestions but wasnt pushy and they were able to get me a great rate!
The entire team at HBGA were professional throughout while having the genuine friendliness we appreciate. The process was lengthy due to Covid. We were apart of the process and informed of details regarding the build along the way. The greatest part of the experience, hands down, was Tracy along with the GM Bill. I brought my car in to replace a sensor, the very next day the sensor light was back on. I brought it in a second time, very next day the sensor light was back on. Called a third time was told to bring it in, now I’m told the other sensor is bad so I have to pay for labor again. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. If you were there to check the sensors then check and repair all of them at once instead of trying to nickel and dime me.

I purchased a 2019 Chrysler 300 touring the first of January. Dealt with the sales manager mo because I wanted a quick no hassle sale from a sales guy. I bought the car that night and it took Haley until Tuesday of the next week to deliver my vehicle. Three of four rims had curb rash that o did not see and the air dam under the car was damaged which you could not see unless you layed on the ground to see. When you made a turn the air dam scraped the ground and made a distressful scrape. I was also lied to that the car was a non smoker, turned out I had to have the ionized to neutralize the smell. Over all, from my complaints to the sales manager and the general manager I could not get any cooperation to correct my issues! I was basically told once I bought the vehicle they would not fix anything! I give them a big negative negative5 for customer satisfaction. I will never do business with them nor refer any friends or family to deal with them. I also inquired at other competitors and they also reiterated my feelings. Just let me conclude with buyer beware!!

Whenever I visit this place for service on my Cadillac Escalade I have the worse service ever. I had a 9:00 a.m appointment for the 23rd that I made on the 17th. I drop off my car at 6:30 a.m. before I went to work. I called at 1:30 p.m. and ask for the status and the guy said that it wasn’t finished yet but would be soon. I got drop off at 3:30 p.m after work and my truck is sitting behind the building never even look at. I told the service desk that why did know one tell me when I called and when were you going to communicate to me that it wasn’t going to be ready before you closed. I just told him to give me my keys and I left. I try to support them because I live 10 minutes away but I’ll start taking that 30 minute drive to Moore’s Cadillac on Broad St.
This is the second vehicle I’ve bought from this dealership in the last six years. I came back because I was treated so well by Janet Pineman the first time, and my buying experience the second time was as wonderful as the first. Janet is not only knowledgeable and professional, she cares about whether her clients are matched with the perfect vehicle for their needs. She wants her clients to leave happy. Arrived at appointment time of 9:00 am solely for state inspection. Job not finished until 11:30. The service manager discarded my ticket by mistake, for which he apologized and comped the $20 fee. The service advisor, however, didnt track my job and didnt investigate why a simple inspection was taking so long. If I hadnt asked about the status of my car I might still be there.
Haley sales and service are consistently great. I purchased my truck one year ago, and Janet, my sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable about GMC trucks (especially the all the new feel improvements and features. Now having service has continued my positive experience. Every encounter with each service department team member as been great. Personal, polite and efficient. Very fast but detailed service. They always make sure that our vehicle is in great shape. They also saved me thousands by calling my extended warranty and filing a claim for the services provided, I had forgotten about that warranty but they didnt!

Had an appointment on June 30th at 9am to get an oil change and brakes. They didnt get to my car until late that evening and was told they wouldnt be able to do my brakes until the next day. That was an inconvenience. So I had to spend more money to Uber to work another day. I was told it was because of staff shortage. This isnt the first time.
From start to finish was approximately 2 hours, thats including the test drive. My Sales Consultant Janet Pineman made the entire process enjoyable and very easy. Average service! I pulled into the shop and WAS NOT greeted. Walked into the office and wasn’t greeted. Stood around for about 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me and offered assistance. (Yes, I had an appointment) However the prices were reasonable I guess? And the cashier was friendly.

I recently had a nail/screw in a rear tire that needed to be checked and repaired. Learned that a tire replacement was in order so I had to return another day for the swap. Time in and out was short for both visits. Appreciate the timely service handled by experienced mechanics.

They took me right on in at my scheduled appointment time. It was completed very quickly. I have been to other shops in the past for routine maintenance and it took well over an hour (oil change, tire rotations) but this wasnt like that at all! This is the 2nd time Ive been here. Just needed a state inspection. I scheduled online via the website. My wife and I dropped off her 2018 Buick Regal Tourx and Rob checked us in and told me it would take roughly an hour, so my wife and I decided to go have lunch nearby. We were gone almost exactly 1 hour. When we returned, her Buick Regal Tourx was finished and ready to go! This was our first time at this dealership and i must say, we were very pleased. We will bring her car back again for future state inspections/service from now on! Great first impression!
I had an 8:30AM appointment for a simple oil change, a job which normally would take an experienced mechanic 30 minutes at most an hour. Instead I sat in the waiting room for more than 4 hours, I was able to see customers come in after my scheduled appointment an leave before me (and most of these persons seemed to have or have had some sort of relationship or bond with the receptionist. When I inquired as to why it was taking so long, I was told that the mechanic working my vehicle (an oil change) had to stop working on my vehicle to assist a co-worker with another vehicle. It appears to me that customer satisfaction is not your goal, but rather pleasing the customer who spends the most money on a particular service.I always attempt to take my vehicles back to the dealer I purchased them from for service, but for the type of service I received I could have gone anywhere, which is what I will be doing in the future as there are plenty of Buick/GMC mechanics in this area.
I scheduled an appointment for a state inspection and a 4 wheel alignment.i work out of town and had someone take it for me. When I got home and saw the truck, the front tires were still out of alignment. I will be there Saturday to try to resolve this issue.

Great customer experience! From My sales rep and the other staff members..Interestingly,several weeks after my purchase i received a check for $1.99! I assume that, after all the paperwork was completed for the sale, there was a $1.99 discrepancy in my favor? Anyway,that small check was an indication of the honesty and integrity shown by this dealership,! Although the dollar amount was tiny, the fact that i was sent a check is indicative of the integrity of this dealership.
