Thank you so much for your help yesterday. We were trying to find ice cleats so that we could walk our dog with confidence. We called the store in the morning and a wonderful young man found what we needed and put them on hold. We will always come from southern indiana and visit your store in the future. A good place for just about all work wear. But every pricey or over priced on products. But at times there is some good sales on things. Understand its for work and brand names sale here so, make sure you have a least $150.00 to more before going there. Good service with the right people there.

I come here to buy the same pair of boots every 1-2 years. Just my second time, but theyre always very helpful and get you what you need. 10/10 customer service. They seem to have better deals as well.

The staff was very quick to help us. They knew facts about each individual work boot and was able to offer tips for them to last longer. Always very good deals at this shop.

Today I experienced a first in the two years Ive been getting my work shoes/boots from National. The sales person whose name I didnt get, tried to sell me a pair of boots that had been worn and returned. I was not happy about, especially when I asked for a different pair that was unworn and new.

I’ve been to several places in the past month looking for the right fitting boots. Sometimes receiving decent assistance or none at all. John at national workwear exceeded any expectations I would ever have for someone in customer service. He literally ran back and forth grabbing me options before I even asked, he probably got me out at least 15-20 pairs of boots to try on. Answered any questions I had. I ended up walking out with the perfect boot that I would of never found if it wasn’t for John and his impeccable customer service! Thank you John I will definitely be coming back for any workwear needs!

UPSers are extremely busy during peak season in the month of the December but helpful workers stayed open 30 minutes late to allow me to purchase a much needed new pair of boots. Excellent customer service!!!

I wish I knew of this place when I was driving for one of the top delivery companies but oh well, that was then, this is now. National Workwear is AWESOME!!! For those of us who arent afraid of hard work and like to show up for work to get the job done, NOT just for participation, you know you have to have the proper gear to do so. The team here is AMAZING and will gladly help you meet your needs. If youre a chef, ranch hand, construction worker, or a delivery driver, THEY GOT WHAT YOU NEED!!! From boots, steel toe to Mets, overalls, coats, belts, and my favorite, the clear hard hats, you gotta see it for yourself, so stop by and say, HI! I had gotten a pair of Dickies brand waterproof steel toe work boots there for a super great price. They lasted perfectly for an entire year for riding my motorbike, and I ride like 300+ days per year. Really great boots. So the next year I went back seeking the exact same boots or something similar in the same brand. The gal who worked there told me first that We dont carry that brand. and when I explained I got them there, she said We have never carried that brand here. Normally I wouldnt say she was calling me a liar, but just mistaken about it, but she was so rude and snotty that I really felt offended (which doesnt happen often). When I looked over their clearance rack and found THE EXACT SAME SHOES in a smaller size, I asked her So if you have never carried this brand and style, then what are these? She made up some excuse that was bogus like they were from another store and somebody traded them in or something! I said since she had been mistaken, if she could please check and see if they have any in my size. She again was very rude and actually raised her voice and argued with us. This was two years ago and I have never been back to purchase anything since.

This store does not sell ANY womens work pants. Not even one pair! I was told they do sell womans pants online however not in this particular location. Evidently in this area we still live in the 50s! This is outrageous. Why not call is Mens National Work wear instead?? To exclude an entire gender?? Im very disappointed and can honestly say I will not be going back! How could I ? THEY DONT SELL WOMENS WORK PANTS.

Staff could be friendlier and more attentive. Ended up with a pair of work shoes I cant wear. Asked for advice and the lady said she didnt know. I said I heard they have a thirty day return policy on certain shoes, she said not if you wear them. Waste of a hundred dollar voucher! I dont even know if they sell composite toe shoes which is what I needed. 😞
