I love this shop. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and has a great selection of bikes for the public to buy. They have been extremely helpful in my mission of getting parts to the people.

Great experience. In for a de-railer adjustment. Nice shop and close to Cardinal Greenway.

On the phone was told that they had something I needed in stock, only to drive half an hour to find out it was not in stock. The guy was apologetic, but that didn’t help much. Now I have two tires that I didn’t really want, but needed, and got a flat after less than 30 miles. And they are next to impossible to remove from the rim. He also charged me $8 for a wheel true that went out of true on my very next ride. Not impressed and won’t be back. This is why mail order companies are killing the LBS. I wanted so badly to have a positive experience, but it was anything but.

Great stop at the tail head of the Indiana Cardinal Greenway. Bikes, clothing, supplies, and some nutritional supplements. Also, the staff is always very friendly and eager to answer questions. If youre into adventure and fitness, this is a definite stop in Richmond!

I come from out of town to bring my bicycles to be fixed here. Danny is very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend you make a visit to the Cycling and Fitness Warehouse!

Right by the Cardinal Bikeway, you can pick up a free bike for a day or find everything else for the avid cyclist. Talk with Danny the shop manager. He’s a nice guy!

Names Tater, smashin a 2013 GT Sanction 2.0. After a horrible experience with the other place where they kept my bike for 3 weeks promising itll be done soon and THEY NEVER EVEN TOUCHED IT!!!! 3 WEEKS! NEVER MOVED! I came here, and had my bike back and shredding sidewalk in 4 days. 4 DAYS BABY!! And trust me, my axe needed ALOT. These guys ride themselves so they know bikes, and how much yours means to you. Want it done right, bring it here!!!!!

My bike got fixed up great here I go nowhere else to get my bike fixed this is a must know place if you like riding bikes for when your bike is in need of repair.
