Sales team was great, helped me choose my bed, sofa, adjustable bed frame, and headboard. I originally scheduled my delivery for 10-13-21 and asked my boss for the day off (over 3 weeks in advance). I got a call from their delivery team telling me they were closed Wednesdays and Sundays, so no deliveries. I made a last minute decision to have them deliver the furniture 10-11-21 which was my move-in date. They arrived within the time frame they gave me which was good, but their delivery guys could not deliver my couch into my apartment because it was “too big”. Then they told me it would cost extra to get it to my apartment (delivery was supposed to be included with my purchase) when I agreed to give them $200 cash they changed their mind and told me to reject the couch and get a new one or they would leave it in the parking garage outside. I offered to help them along with a friend (it would be 4 of us) and I also offered to pay their $200 price. They said no and eventually I had them leave it outside (why would I return it? I picked it for a reason) I had to pay a stranger money to help me get the couch into my apartment. We did it with no issues. Why would Exclusive sell me furniture without telling me about an extra charge? Why would they not let me know their delivery dates did not include Wednesdays and Sundays? I expected a lot from this company since they advertise themselves very highly. I am disappointed with my purchase and would not wish it upon my worst enemy to shop here. Disgusted with my experience.

If we are honest, we were planning on visiting Gallery Furniture and at the last minute made a pit stop at Exclusive Furniture. Best decision ever!!! Maximo was great, and his personality sold us even more than the already great prices! 10/10 recommend. In addition, they have items in stock and can arrive within a few days (we are are getting ours within 5 days)!

My wife and I recently purchased a dining table with chairs and a few barstools from this location. We had an amazing experience overall and we found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. We just brought a house and with a new house we were in store for all new furniture of course. We went to Exclusive furniture looking for more of a modern style bar stool. In within seconds we found the bar stool we were looking for with the amazing help of Sebastian J. He openly would tell us if they had exactly what we were looking for or not. He did not try to sale us on any other style or products. He showed us exactly what we were looking for. He got us a great deal for 4 bar stools and another great thing was they had them in stock so we were able to schedule delivery within the same week! Highly highly recommend them!

Originally gave 3 stars, but the customer service made this review one star. Ordered a full set; bed with frame, dinning room table with chairs, night stands, and an end table.We thought we were getting new furniture but they gave us the display models. Then they tried to give us damaged furniture. We sent the damaged furniture back, and they tried to re-deliver the same damaged furniture twice on different days. So it took about 4 months for us to get brand new furniture. If we didn’t make a big deal, they would have gotten away with giving us less that what we paid for.

They sell you products telling you they have good quality and then suddenly when something happen they just tell the customer that is not a manufacturer warranty. I bought a “marble dining table” that got stains everywhere just for even a drop of water. Is just bad quality products with a “Exclusive” name.

Ended up finding a great dining set for our large family of 8. I happened to see it out of the corner of my eye, while looking at other dining sets. Lots of furniture to look at here. Would definitely return if I need other furniture for my house.

I had the most amazing shopping experience with Noman Rashid and Marcus the mattress guy today. Not only were they well versed in the furniture in the store, but they were extremely patient with helping me with my selection. Noman was very attentive and stayed with me during my 3 hours at the store. Attitude was superb the entire time. And then Marcus was outstanding as well. Ive never been fitted fit a mattress before. As a matter of fact, I didnt know there was such a thing. I have been struggling with finding the perfect mattress for years and thanks to Marcus I finally found the perfect one. Purchased a sofa sectional a few years ago. You can clearly tell the sales personnel are on commission as they await the incoming traffic by the front doors as the predator gets ready for their next prey. Overall, the purchasing experience was pleasant - salesperson wasn’t overly pushy, knowledgeable about the product and got the sale at the end. He insisted on the extended warranty which we planned on anyways with little kids around. Both the manager and the sales person explained that the 5 yr of warranty will cover everything and anything including cuts, scrapes, stains, etc. Well unfortunately we recently saw a rip at the seams of one of the cushions. Filed a claim and began to wait. Three weeks in with no answer I called to inquire. Turns out they weren’t going to cover this as it’s a manufacturers defect. Turns out the warranty doesn’t cover it as explained by the fine print of a document we received AFTER the purchase has already been made. Apparently we needed to lie and simply say the rip was caused by a knife or scissors. Never seen anything so backwards. Called the store, still waiting for hear backMy recommendation, if you want something quick and not planning on it to last more than a year or so, good place to come in. Otherwise don’t bother. Clearly they’ll tell you anything you want to hear to make the sale.

Justin Lucas was helpful when we went to purchase a new dining room table. He was patient as we looked at a few before making a decision. One huge plus point was the availability of the furniture and it was delivered within a week - it was even easy to push delivery back a day from the one originally scheduled. They only lose a star because it came across as needy when they pushed for an extended warranty, with even the store manager coming over to take a turn.

This review is mainly about the salesman that assisted my wife and I on a recent purchase. *** Take Notice Exclusive Furniture leadership - word of mouth is the most powerful form of marketing *** Long story short our salesman made a mistake on our invoice - incorrect codes for the item we purchased on the invoice. I get to the warehouse for pickup and after waiting roughly 45 minutes, the guy shows up with my items and I notice right away it was the wrong stuff. I call my salesman to let him know. He finds my wife’s number and begins communicating with her, so I take a pic of what they’re trying to give at the warehouse so she can show him. My wife calls him and asks him “can we get free delivery for the inconvenience” Does not address the question he says I’m getting this fix and by the way this was ready to get picked up since Monday. Again she asks can we have it delivered free. With rude tone - we are getting this fixed. My wife had to escalate this to his manager. Not only it is not relevant when this was available for pick up - the order was wrong anyway, he ignored the questions and still had a rude unprofessional tone of voice not recognizing that it was his mistake the entire time. There’s a big chance we will not be coming back for additional furniture we had mentioned to the salesman we were in need for.

We had him walking back and forth, changing our minds on every detail and Pat was amazing. If he did t have it in store for us to look at he helps pull up something online he thought we might like. It was great. Then to top it off exclusive had great deals, and even better financing options which pat helped us through, giving us the best options for my family.
