Horrible customer service. My wife has been going there for years but will never go to that place again. She made a return last year for a product we bought there. While trying to buy new product with the money in their system, they claimed that they gave us a receipt for the return last year. They didn’t give us one at the time I thought it was strange, but they told us it would be in by her phone number when we made the return. Long story short, even though the lady could see it in their system that they owed us money they said there was nothing they could do without this receipt that they never gave us. So they kept the product we returned and are now keeping our money as well.

It was cool wish they had more selection of color wigs but it was cool got a cute wig😊

Good selection kind helpful staff. Lots of hair choices as well. Same prices and shopping deals as most. I feel the hair colors are definitely more varied and I love that! They carry my favorite braiding hair as well.

I love Love Love this place, I wish they had a store in my city. I was here on a wedding trip, looming for last minute items and I was pleasantly surprised.From the excellent customer service I received to the wide-variety of quality products, even down to authentic raw Shea butter with pink sugar flavor.I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommens this beauty zone without reservation!

Actually it was my first time at this beauty supplies store call Beauty spot. I came in looking for something in particular and then I have some questions about a few things that I was so many items to choose from so I went to look for a worker or the manager and the lady there she was so pleasant and immediately she walked over there to where I was at and I asked a few questions about it and she took her time and look at certain things but to actually make sure that I was getting what I wanted she wanted to ask someone else because she wasnt sure about the hair came over and help me. So when I left I was very happy when I go back again yes!

Denisha and Ryan were absolutely great! I had a hard time deciding on what kind of hair to get but Denisha was absolutely patient with me! She helped a great deal! I have been coming here since they first opened and love how friendly the owners are. They are eager to provide a variety of hard-to-find beauty products from locally made shea butter lip balm to hair extensions. In between there are also great shampoos, styling tools, gels, and healthy essential oils and hair treatments. I dont go there very often but I go when I need a specialty item and want it right away as opposed to waiting for Amazon to deliver. I have yet the be disappointed.

I’m so happy that this new beauty supply store opened up! It’s so organized and they have a wide variety to choose from. I live about 30 min away, but I don’t mind driving past other beauty supply stores to get to this one. I can find everything I need here. The owners (Ryan) are also very kind.
