ZERO STARS IS MORE APPROPRIATE! If you’re considering Paradise Grills I implore you to reconsider. I have now adopted the moniker Hells Grills. In short, the customer service ends when you sign the “All Sales Are Final” sales agreement. At that point, you are left to their third party delivery and install team to take you to paradise, and they clearly have lost the directions. I have owned my $30k Tahini Tiki cabana for three months, and although payments and interest is accruing, I haven’t seen or been able to use the finished product. All I have seen is a partial delivery and five missed completion dates. I have in fact, had several components of the project laying and rusting in my yard for several weeks after their failed install attempts. When I informed customer service that I wouldn’t accept rusting parts for the final install, four weeks after the first attempt, they proceeded to tell me that they have Rustoleum spray to treat that. Need I say more! Run, don’t walk, away from this vendor! All my salesperson can tell me is they have no control over delivery and install, and their actions have made that abundantly clear! Again for me, it’s ZERO STARS! I can only hope for my wife it’s like child birth, and she can forget the pain and enjoy the results at some point. If we had only had that crystal ball!!

I just happened to check this place out while getting ice cream. I’m in love. I can make my backyard awesome and do it for like $60 a month on a payment plan. Amazing set ups of grills, tv, and fire boxes. Definitely coming back by when the new line up arrives in a few weeks. Justin was great and informative. Not pushy at all. Stopped by Paradise Grills on a whim as I’d already scheduled a couple contractors to give me a quote for an outdoor grill. My whim ended up with us buying a Paradise grill and bar set an hour later. Justin is the kind of salesman that all businesses should have. Knowledgeable, cordial, funny, articulate, and patient. I asked him about so many different configurations and he worked to create the combination I wanted. After our purchase, he even stopped by our house and measured our porch to ensure the set would fit perfectly - all in the 95 degree Houston heat, with a smile on his face! The value offered by the grill sets are a no-brainer compared to having a contractor build one. Shipping will take about 5 weeks, can’t wait for the delivery truck!!

My uncle’s daughter left a review and it was removed.He has been given the run around and had to call the BBB to get an issue resolved.Also, there is a review here from someone who works there. Who does that?!The outdoor kitchen is great and the fireplace (once finally set up correctly) will be nice, but once they take your money, they won’t fix anything if you have issues with missing parts from the original delivery.Bad business practices.Oh and I will screen capture this review once posted and continue to post until its left up. You don’t take down reviews to maintain a perfect 5 because you’re upset that someone called you out.

My dad purchased a full outdoor kitchen (grill, mini fridge, fireplace) and the work has not been completed.When the items arrived parts were missing, the mini fridge had small dents, and the items arrived a month late with no scheduling for installation. We just had to make time when they arrived and move our own schedule around to wait for it to be done (with visitors in town).As of right now, we still cannot use the outdoor fireplace as parts are still missing, we do not have the correct connectors for the propane, and the parts that were delivered after the original installation were not put together by someone from the company after being told that it would be and no one has responded to this issue.The items are beautiful but it’s pretty sad when more than $6k was spent and we are currently getting the run around and was told by someone in customer service that we would need to pay for additional installation services for items we just bought and just had installed. My dad was working with Justin Farmer, salesperson, and he has been wonderful (and I understand that this isn’t his fault) but the after sales service of this has been horrible.With the service that we have received outside of the salesroom, I would NOT recommend them for outdoor kitchen needs.

We visited the location in Richmond, TX on Grand Parkway and met Justin. He showed us all the island models and answered all our questions. We ended up buying the showroom CX10 model.I cant recommend them to any other buyers. The customer service is sub-par with installers not bothering to level my outdoor kitchen island, and they delivered the product several weeks late. Ive been told to level an item that weighs up to 500 or 600 lbs on my own.

I bought an awesome grill from Justin at the Katy store, and he explained how everything worked so well. I had it installed in my current outdoor kitchen and the 3rd party installer had problems with gas supply, and told me the grill was broken. I called Justin, and he had a repair person out 24 hrs later. Tech saw the gas line was too long, changed it in 5 minutes, and grill was up and running in minutes.
