My wife got her car inspected here after CarMax told her to bring her car and leave it for the day. It must be nice to be able to just leave your car somewhere for a day, but that’s not how our household operates. She was in and out in no time for her inspection. Everyone was friendly, polite, and in good humor.

They do excellent mechanical work. Some jobs are little high but the work is outstanding. Plus, Jimmy and Kevin stand behind their work. We have been friends for 40 plus years.

Jimmy and Kevin are always on point. Arrived with a problem and they took care of it in a timely manner. Honest. Didnt charge me for what I didnt need (could have told me I needed a new battery or alternator, but it checked out) just needed cleaning.

Ok so I have been to Varina Automotive several times. And they have provided great services. But today I was turned away because I purchased my own parts. The owner made a remark that he doesn’t make money if a person bring there own parts. And refuses to put them on. To my understanding there is always a liability when a customer bring there own parts. But the point I’m making is an owner is suppose to make money from the services provided not the parts.Too bad because the convenience of location worked for me, I took my services back to my old mechanic in Highland Springs/Sandston area who have never turn a customer or myself away, as well as provides a ride to your home.
