I purchased a boat from them. The purchase was extremely smooth and went well. We handled everything over the phone and messages. A part was missing from the boat and I was told they would get it that night and have it shipped out. A few weeks later I received a call that they bank they did the loan through didn’t write boat loans. I handled the financing and mailed a check the next day. It has now been over a month and I still haven’t received the missing part. I keep getting told they will check on it and then I never receive a follow up. If the missing part would have been shipped out in a timely manner this would have been a much better experience. The title work was also filled out incorrectly because of the bank change. I have still not received a letter correcting this. It took them almost a month to mail the title work and I will have to pay late fees to my state dmv because of delays on their end. Very poor relationship after the sale.

I cannot express how exceptionally positive my experience was working with Studebaker Dealership. The finance manager, Chad, was so pleasant and efficient. He worked out the numbers on my financing to put me into an even better interest rate than I had initially anticipated. I felt zero pressure or stress with him. Additionally, they provide so many services for upgrading/customizing my new Wrangler down the road. I am so happy with this transaction that I have no doubt I will come back when Im ready for an upgrade! Trustworthy and honest folks here.

Had my car for two weeks for interior repair. The only feedback I received during this time was when I called to check status. Finally picked up vehicle and had to return it because they did not put all the interior parts back together. Additionally, navigation screen was cracked (was not prior). The radio station was on a station that I have never listened to, driver floor mat was upside down and gas was lower then normally kept at... When asked about it they stated it couldn’t have been them that did it? I could not pursue because it was our word versus their word. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AS A REPAIR

Wanted to put a healthy down payment on a used truck so I could improve my credit but they wanted all the money up front. Even offered a healthy sum but they still got greedy and wanted every cent I had on me.

I bought the biggest pile of junk diesel pickup from here, he lied and said it had new rocker panels installed but were only filled with body filler and painted over. 2500 miles after purchase had to have two new injectors Installed ($1600), 1500 miles later had to have new head gaskets installed ($7000). Ran great for a couple months then the transmission went out ($4500), all miles were highway because I traveled for work, maintained religiously while I owned it. This Dealership is a joke, that’s only half the issues I’ve had and I can’t afford to get out from under it now.
Was going just fine until the head boss came out. I tried to explain that I would not go above my limit without checking on other places that might have cars that last longer. He did not care. I should not have to feel verbally attacked just because I want to make sure of where I spend my hard earned money for a car. I will NOT be going back.

We were looking for a specific vehicle for our daughters, and Studebaker had it. I called and spoke with Chris on a Tuesday. We live in West Virginia, so a lot of the transaction was completed over the phone. We picked the car up on Saturday. The folks at this dealership were amazing. I couldnt ask for a better car buying experience. While we were there, the owner, Scott, introduced himself to us. He was genuinely nice as well. Even though we are about 4 hours away, we will definitely look at Studebaker when we buy our vehicles in the future.
I bought a 2016 Buick from them. I was recommended by my family who had purchased a vehicle beforehand. They were extremely patient as I test drove several cars since I wasnt too sure what I was looking for. They were conscious of my budget and strived to keep me near my price point. I do recommend looking into financing with a bank that you have a long standing relationship with as you will most likely get a better rate (mine was cut it half through my credit union). The people are friendly, the process was fairly quick. They inspected and detailed my car same day because I was out of town. Scott Studebaker spoke with me and checked in with me several times during my visits to ensure I was happy, comfortable, and to reassure me that this is only the beginning of a people oriented relationship.
Had a recall on a part for the ignition on a Pontiac Grand Am SE. I bought it used from an owner so it only came w/ what it did keys wise. Took my key & recall notice to this dealership like they told me to from my 1st visit to see if they would be able to help me w/ this problem & recall part. Then when I came back w/ these items, I was told I didnt have the right original key w/ the computer chip in it for the car from the dealership & then they said they couldnt help do anything for me???? Couldnt have told me that during 1st inquiry, b4 making a return trip just to be turned away?!? Grrrrr!Update... Anyone interested in buying a used 02 Grand Am for spare parts?😄
Receptionist woman was very rude and refused to answer any questions. We got a new battery installed and asked her about recycling discount and she responded with How do you expect me to know? I just deal with the bill and money! Other than her, our experiences have always been good and mechanics are very knowledgeable and do an amazing job.
Trustworthy staff. I have been other places in town that try to get you to do $200-$300 in repairs that arent needed. I got a second opinion here, and everything was and continues to be fine. Reasonable prices, and trusrworthy.

Purchased a used Cadillac and less than a month later I’m broke down in Oklahoma. Started losing power, had battery and alternator checked and battery came back bad. Replaced battery and hit the road. 200 miles later I’m broke down again. Same issue. Replaced alternator and hit the road. Now I’m broke down again and they are chasing an electrical problem.Update: 11/23 Had to replace front struts and springs11/26 In shop for Transmission rebuildI’ve now had to put approximately $4500 into the car
I was leaking oil on my Buick Lesabre so I took it to Studebaker Buick for repairs. They had the vehicle for 4 days and I paid over $1000.00 for repairs. The man told me at pick up that I may smell some fluid burning off for a bit due to the work they had did. Well a little over 2 weeks later, I noticed my low oil light comes on and my husband noticed a puddle of oil where i park, so I called them and they picked my car back up took it in and I receive a call later that day and they told me it would be over $600.00 to fix this leak. Really? I just paid over $1000.00 a couple weeks earlier for them to fix an oil leak and now they want $600 more to fix what they neglected to fix the first time. I am extremely nice and respectful to whomever I meet and most people tell me that Im too nice. I feel very strongly that I am being taken advantage of in this case and wonder how many more people they have gotten over on or plan to. After this experience, I will let all my friends and family know to please look elsewhere for any of their automobile needs. I am extremely disappointed with Studebaker but most of all saddened at the thought of taking advantage of so many very sweet people.
Had to have a new key made for my wifes car. They told me how to program the key and after a few problems on my part worked great.

I am a Parts Manager for a Chevrolet Dealership in Indiana.I called the Parts Dept at Studebaker to inquire about a part that was on our locator for sale.I was prepared to purchase the part.When the Parts person answered my call it was the most unprofessional short conversation I have ever heard.He yelled PARTS in my ear, then before I could say 2 words This person yells I CANNOT HEAR YOU BUDDY YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO SPEAK UP OR CALL BACK LATER.I simply hung up and purchased the part from another dealer.That Guy is a disgrace to GM Parts Professionals
Bought a car a few years ago from this place and 3 days later the transmission went out. Had to have it towed back to the dealership which was 3 hours away! Long story short i had to pay for EVERYTHING even after i was told i wouldnt. The business owner (daddys boy) is a KING D BAG!!! AVOID THIS PLACE

I have always been treated with courtesy in the past but due to this incident I will not be back and recommend to others the same.
