I have been taking my family’s and my vehicles to Simply Auto for years. Specifically for inspections and small repairs. I recently took my Dodge Charger here to fix a misfire on cylinder 6. They recommended that I do a full tuneup to resolve the misfire which costed me about $700. The next day my check engine light came back up for the same issue. I took my car back and they had it for a whole day just to tell me that they don’t know what is causing the misfire and that they need to do “research” to figure it out. I was then told that they would contact me back once they found a fix. Needless to say I never heard back from them and I never got any sort of refund for paying for a service that did not fix my vehicle. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I received. I told my family about this and they agree that we all need to find a new shop for our vehicles. This place has gone downhill since Steve left.

These guys are always straight with you, never trying to sell you more cabin air filters or tell you repairs are needed when they arent. Have found this business to be an excellent auto repair business. Even though the shop has Import in their title, they provide excellent service for both foreign and domestic made vehicles. I have one of each and over the last 4 years have found them to be efficient, reliable and able to repair my vehicles in a very satisfactory manner at a reasonable price.

We have a 03 Honda Element and an 05 Scion XB .....the Scion hasnt had any work done on it the entire time weve owned it (bought it new) except at Simply Import. When we bought the Element new in 03, we were taking it to another local garage, and they couldnt change the oil w/o oil dripping out of it causing us to have to take it back to them each time. We discovered Simply Import in 04 or 05 and have been loyal customers ever since. The service is super and the mechanics are awesome. You couldnt find a better and more honest place to take your vehicles.

Ive been coming to Jay Perdue and Steve Wilkerson, since 2002 when they used to worked in Ashland before they moved to the Richmond area. My parents bought my first car from them when I was in high school (2002).Yes, I still have my first car, a 1994 Honda Accord EX coupe!! All I can say is that their work, knowledge, and turn around time on completion of work is outstanding!! Theyre friendly and honest. Theyre not the type to beat a hole in your pockets. Their prices are very reasonable!! I have saved so much money over the years, with 4 cars, by coming to them instead of the choosing to go to the dealership. If you feel like something is wrong with your vehicle, I personally recommend dropping your vehicle off overnight, fill out the overnight ticket and explain what you think is wrong with your vehicle, and then the next following day (usually by 11am/noon) you will definitely always hear a response back with the diagnosis of your car. In 14 years of coming to them faithfully, they have not failed me yet!! I have recommended Simply Import Auto to all my friends and yes the majority of them do receive services from them. What more could you ask for and want in an automotive repair shop especially when theyre on your side and save you tons of money!! Trust and believe youll thank me later!! 😀👍👌

The people at Simply Import Auto Services always go above and beyond for us. We take my 2007 Rav4 and my husbands 2010 FJ Cruiser to these fine folks. Most recently, we took my car in for an auto change (Ill never go anywhere else!) and they noticed my inspection expires this month. Wed made the last appointment of the day and asked if they had time, to which they said well try, instead of the usual no most places (when you dont plan well - my bad). Anyway, they did it and at an exceedingly fair price. Ive had Toyota dealerships tell me that things were in need of repair and taken it to Simply Import who provided me with an honest assessment of the situation - saving me money by either doing the repairs for less or stating that the repairs are not needed in their opinion. Id been told by a Toyota dealership that whoever worked on my tires last had damaged all of the tire sensors (which all basically wore out at the same time). They had noticed I was going elsewhere for services, but when we traced back those last working on my tires, it was not Simply Import - it was another Toyota dealership! Simply Import always tries very hard to find the problem and to fix it, and without taking part of our scalps with it. I refer anyone who will listen to Simply Import, especially if you have a Toyota or other import. They do them all - not just expensive cars. Love them. Thank you, Simply Import!

Simply auto has been fair and professional . I was refered to them by a good friend . They get it done and have been honest about needed work versus add ons that you usually face when you go to the OIL CHANGE stores...
