I really like my experience. Olivier, Tim & the auto tech who serviced my 528i were awesome. They were extremely courteous & very polite. They all took their time explaining what was happening in a way that my wife & I understood. The tech even went the extra mile for us. You guys have earned a loyal customer for life in my wife and I.Thank you again so much you guys. Youre awesome!!

My service advisor, Tom, is always top notch. Richmond BMW is a great place for service. They take care of their customers with coffee, snacks and a complimentary shuttle.
