After a car accident that ruptured my brake line, I went to this auto repair shop.Lanny did an amazing job at fixing my brakes quickly! I needed it done fast, too!I called ahead one day and heard that they open at 5:30am. They advised me to get there early because it was first-come-first-serve.I got there around 6am and people were already waiting ahead of me. I told Lanny what happened, and he advised me I can drop it off and come back later.I had nothing to do so I hung out, got coffee at the deli, and waited in the office. Lanny explained to me that the accident ruptured my brake line and told me how he would fix it.Thankfully, 4 hours later, my car was all fixed! Lanny is amazing! Highly recommend this place!

I have recently used jank road Auto Care center and they are professional fast and efficient Sunny is a very reasonable guy and the only mechanic I have dealt with personally is Jacob and I would recommend anyone to use their services he is an excellent mechanic

I went to Jahnke Rd Auto this morning for the first time. They came to me very highly recommended and let me tell you they did not disappoint and everyone there was amazing. They were very nice and professional. John is the man. He got me in and out in no time. I have been looking for a mechanic for years and I finally found one. I will be having more work done to my car as well as my sons car. The prices are very reasonable and they are quick and the hours are very convenient.

DO NOT!!! I repeat! DO NOT!!!!! Bring your car here! Esp if youre YOUNG & BLACK!!! 600$ for brakes? Really? They couldnt even explain why it was 600$ for brakes ONLY! Full of B.S!!! then when i paid i heard a weird knocking noise that wasnt there at first. A complete diaster!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I STAND TO BE CORRECTED and made it a point to apologize to John the tech who previously worked on my vehicle! Long story short; I took my car to Jhanke Road Auto due to vibration issues and supplied them with the parts for repair! After John completed all work there was still that vibration. I assumed that it was because of faulty work and rated it then bad. After carrying my car to the dealership to get an oil changed it was pointed out to me that there was a part that had gone bad that I had not considered or even knew about. After this minor repair was made there was no more vibration and the car runs flawlessly. It also confirmed that the work that Jhanke Road Auto completed it was done perfectly. Prior to this I had dealt with Jhanke Road Auto for years. I would definitely say these guys our patient and we’ll do exactly what you ask them to do. I would definitely recommend the shop to any other consumers.

Went to get my car inspected and I had to wait because 19 cars were ahead of me and I couldnt drop it off. The mechanic considered the fact that I had to wait unlike the other vehicle owners and so he had me in and out in about half an hour. I am so grateful.

Got my car inspected here this morning, very nice & polite staff. There were 3 people in line in front of me & they said it would be 45 minutes for the inspection. 25 minutes later I was on my way home. Will definitely come back again!

This is one of THE BEST experiences Ive ever had with an auto repair shop. They took me in even though they were closed because I had a tire that was about to pop. They put on two new tires at a very reasonable price and did so efficiently and with a very helpful and friendly attitude. Not recommended, they do not know what they r doing,i had to bring my car 3 times and they never fix the prob.everytime they come with sth different...so i took it to another mechanic and he fixed it.

After paying $450+ for repairs, my husbands’ tire came off in traffic on his way to work after picking it up from this place. Refund for the work was requested and denied. Shoddy work and bad service. And, the issue that was allegedly repaired has resurfaced two months later.

These people are some of the most trustworthy, dependable in the area.
