Good personalities, but bad attention to detail.Customer service was polite and cheerful.However, whoever did the work on my car overfilled my oil by more than 3/4 a quart--the overfill is a waste of their money and a possible danger to customers cars.Also, the parts department picked out and sold me the wrong windshield wiper, which I didnt find out until after I got home. Shame on me for not double-checking, but its another example of poor attention to detail.Customer support took care of the issues, but Im not going there again.

Not a good time to go here for servicing your car. If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appointment for 10:40am, I was received at 11am. All the non-appointments were booked before me somehow. I figured mine was an oil change and its often been a minimal wait (usually come here and service was great before - yes, even during the pandemic). The representative asked if I would wait for it, I said yes; there was communication on this point. 2.5 hrs later I discover they didnt even started the work. They couldve said something about delays. But they didnt.

It should not take 1.25 hours to drop off a car for service and wait for the shuttle home. It was 30 mins before I was even acknowledged. Ended up having to take a Lyft home because the 2 hour turnaround for the shuttle would have made me miss too much work.

Quickly got an appointment for service, and the service on my car was right on time with a very short wait. I always wait while my car is serviced and the wait time was quite minimal. Staff were efficient and courteous.

Great service, but like most dealerships they try to charge you for every test, part and labor that could.possibly be needed. So my advice if your on a budget. Learn the basics about your car maintenance. When paying for a diagnostic, ask questions! I saved myself about $500 by turning down tests that were not necessary.

Somewhat unprofessional. Shouting match between two employees in the service waiting area! An employee wearing mask around his neck rather than his face. Had to ask him to put his mask on while talking to me. Next day same guy, still not wearing it properly. First day we were here for hours. Didnt have the right parts and had to come back today. 2 hours in today and still waiting. Bring a good book!

I had an appointment for my regular service as I went there, there was no one to take my car for service. I went in and asked the guy who was in service 5 desk he did a bad behavior that caused, that I left the service section. The service 5 is a ridiculous guy.

After shopping around in my local area, I realize I need to broaden my search regardless of the drive. So being from Yuba City area, the bay would be an extremely long drive. But I found a vehicle I would consider. So after hours of negotiating over the phone, I came to an agreeable price and financing. They assured me that the vehicle did not have any dents. Upon arrival, I was astonished to see how badly damaged the hood was (the photos on the internet were cleverly taken at an angle where you could not see them). The dent shown was only a very small fraction of the damage. The salesman had the audacity to tell me he did not notice it. But that was nothing compared to the sales manager Zach who did everything he could to weasel out of any responsibility for his employees actions. He even tried to make me feel bad because he had his wisdom teeth pulled that morning. I am truly baffled at the extent of the unprofessionalism Ive experienced at this place!

Last week I brought my Camry in for an oil change and to fix the driver side windshield washer which could not spray water.CONS1. Did not call me when done. Fortunately I called them before they closed early due to covid-19.2. Charged me $95 to examine and attempt to clean the T-piece (washer valve). It was still clogged but a little water did come out. I was told I could replace it myself which I did. I ordered a 2-pack from Amazon for $9 and fixed it myself 2-days later. I do not know why they did not replace it (or call me) when they were cleaning the small plastic valve. Appears to be a common point of failure per Amazon reviews.3. The engine cowl which sits under the hood was removed to get to the washer valve was not secured properly and was sitting loose. There are two openings in the cowl which metal hooks from the hood should have been placed after they finished their work.PROS1. Did not charge me the full $200 for the 1-hour inspection to look at the washer valve.2. Did give me the web site advertised oil change sale price.I was disappointed at their lack of detail and thoroughness. I needed their help to keep my windshield clean and they failed to fix an easy issue.

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for a Saturday morning at 10 am. Got there. Waited 10 minutes. No one came out to advise me. Finally got an advisor, she entered the VIN number. Another owner came up. My cars VIN got tied to another owner. She asked if it was used or second hand. I told her Im the original owner. Then she told me to wait an hour and a half to two hours for the oil change and tire rotation.I would stay away from this place. They are bad at record keeping. And a simple oil change and tire rotation is just not worth the wait.Update: Ive been waiting for over 2 hours now. A simple oil change and tire rotation is over 2 hours. Its not worth it. They have lost me as a customer.Final Update: After waiting 3 hours and 27 minutes I finally got my car. But I am updating my review to 3 stars because I got comped for the oil change and tire rotation service.

I would normally not rate dealerships highly. But hanlees surpassed my expectations by honoring a warranty that was muddy.I had a throw out bearing fail, its a 50 dollar part, but requires dropping the transmission. When you go that far, you might as well replace the clutch.At the end, warranty paid for the labor, I paid for the clutch. I left happy. Still expensive, but they did me right.

This is just another oil change place, no one here goes the extra mile when it becomes to customer services, is like been help by robots, ladies at the cashier they are talking about their personal life while you paying; they don’t even say thank you, or see you next time, as I repeat: they continue talking about their past thanksgiving celebrations and comparing with this new one and so on.

I had Very very bad experience with them. Trust me they didn’t do anything on my car and gave me a paper with all done. Hold my car for 3.5 hrs for just to rotate my wheels isn’t it jock? They don’t value your times and money. If possible avoid this idiotic service center.

I was cheated by this dealership one and half years ago. I was a first time buyer and was not aware of the lease and finance stuff much so I believed what ever they said. I am paying $433 a month for two years with 2000 down. But this is not what I was worried about. Its okay I got the car with low credit.The worst part I was charged $2424 extra. They made me sign optional insurance and products with bunch of paperwork. I kept signing and the finance guy did not explain me anything. He should have told me that this was optional and made me aware.I realize now that I was so screwed.

We went to buy a car and seller took me to his manager,manager look like Chinese and we start talking as we talk i ask for good deal and he was taking so rudely. As a manager he should not say that sentence that its not like your country that you trying to do here.so that kind of thing is not right for Toyota that the manger talk to customer like that.

Poor staffing!! I made an appt at 1130, waited in the bay in my car for 30min before being seen! When i called to complain to service manager, the front desk left me on hold for over 5 min. Then when i called back, the phone kept ringing. Very poor customer service!! Unacceptable. Needs new manager!!

Called 4 times to get information /appointment. Left two messages with the woman that answered the phone and the other two times she tried putting me through to service and no one ever answered. Still 2 days later no call back. Ended up going to Burroughs and sons for service. Good people and timely service. Also they had someone who answered the phone and got you someone to answer your questions.

Camry hybrid in for regular service and replace rear brake pads - after 20 minutes the car made a very loud knocking noise and took car back 5 times to fix, mechanics couldnt figure it out. Cambry has been running rough ever since tune-up and was running fine before I took it in. Mechanics and management could care less & this is where I bought the car too - very disappointing.Prior to this - took car in for regular service in April and they said they were busy and I didnt need it. After two months brought the car in for service and they said it was 20,000 overdue for service. Hey, get it together service management and mechanics, I follow what you tell me - what a joke!

Ive been to this dealership for service several times over the past year. Heres what I think of their terrible service:1. Even with an appointment for service, you need to sit in your car for at least 20 minutes until someone takes your car if you come between 7:30-8:30 in the morning. You are made to feel like a sheep. This last time (yesterday), the person checking me in didnt even have me on the appointment list, even thought I made it over a week ago.2. After having my car serviced, I received one phone call on my cell telling me that my car was ready to be picked up. Nothing to indicate anything was wrong with the car.3. When you go to pick up your car, you are directed to the cashier. The cashier found my paperwork and my car keys. She was ready to call for my car and send me on my way. I looked at the paperwork, and noticed several problems that were found on the service, including worn tires and leaking spark plugs. And, a battery that needs to be replaced even though it is only 4 years old and was purchased and replaced through another Toyota dealership. Nothing was said to me about needing to speak with the service rep about any of this, either by the cashier or the service rep.4. When I dropped off the car, I asked the service rep to have the tires checked--particularly the spare, which has a low-pressure sensor-- because the tire warning light was on even thought I had checked the tires myself. When I picked up the car and drove away, the sensor was still on. I called him immediately to see if the spare was checked (not wanting to go back), and havent received a return phone call more than 15 hours later.5. Perhaps the most disturbing thing that happened to me at this dealership involved one of the courtesy van drivers. She is white. I am white. Conversationally, she told me that she used to be a process server for a company that handled disability claims. She then told me that she asked her employer there why so many claims seemed to come from Hispanics, and then told me that Hispanics know how to play the disability game. I was stunned at her racism. We were just getting to my destination, and I still regret not calling her on her ignorance. At the end of the day, she represents Hanlee Toyota as long as she is driving their van, and working for them. Perhaps this observation doesnt belong here, but the fact is that I associate her with Hanlee Toyota for hiring someone as ignorant as she is.Hanlee has a monopoly on Toyota service in the NW East Bay, and they know it. That doesnt excuse horrific customer service and putting customer safety at risk by not pointing out problems found during the service. Ill fight traffic to another dealership if I have to until my pre-paid service warranty expires next year--this dealership has seen the last of me.

Got there at 7am to get the spot in line for service, which opens up at 7:30am. Was 3rd in line, but was approached 8th eventually. This is not the first time. Tried making appointments before, but its the same **** nobody gives a ****. Also, check your car for damage when you picking it up after service. Took my camry in for service today. Picked it up and when got home saw a big dent on passengers side front door. Have to go back there tomorrow again to show them. What a freaking unnecessary hassle :(

I bought a Toyota Prius 2014 Brad new car from this dealer and it has free servicing until 25000 miles but when I bring my car for servicing it is only 22000 but they are saying your free service closed 2 weeks before!!!
