Do not go to JD byrider!!! I went in there today to get my car fixed because Im paying over $400 a month for a car with a BAD TRANSMISSION. I asked how long it would take for them to fix it because I have to work and Im a delivery driver. So THEY TOOK MY CAR. They said they must have over looked that Im a delivery driver and they dont work with customers who are delivery drivers. Like Im so shocked and so confused. I have never even so much as been late on a payment. I went in there to get the car fixed and now I cant have it back because Im a delivery driver? Lol what? It was on all my paperwork, how did you over look it? Feel free to share this. Had I known, they dont accept delivery drivers, I would have gotten a car from somewhere else instead of wasting a bunch of money with them.

Great place to get a decent vehicle when you have bad credit. With in house (CNAC) financing about anyone (with an income) can get a vehicle! Ladd Gorby helped me and my family get a great SUV, in 2015, (2005 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS) we could afford. At the time I didnt even have the $1000 down payment BUT they saw I was a disabled war veteran, knew I would get paid in a week, and let me take the vehicle home with me! They even broke the 1000$ down into 2 installments! Awesome people! They would even call me and check up with me to see how everything was going with the vehicle. Both JD Byrider and CNAC would. Well now after 4 years I just paid my last payment. I now have my title in hand and my vehicle is still running strong! Ive always heard horror stories about Byrider, but I have to say in my case those stories are wrong. I recommend this Byrider if you want good, honest people and good running vehicles. Bought a van from them over a year ago, and it has been a nightmare of repairs, accidental double payments, and run around. If you need a vehicle try someplace much more reputable like an actual dealership instead of this credit rebuilding scheme where you overpay by more than 3 times the actual worth of the vehicle.

From the sales process, to billing, to Tony in the service center these guys really care about helping and will work with you if needed. I needed my engine replaced and it was the best auto experience Ive ever had!

My only problem was how long it all took, i did my application online and on the phone and i was still there for three hours. Otherwise everyone was helpful and friendly. Ok had the car for a while now, they rarely fix the thngs that are wrong and i feel like they just fix it enough to keep it going so you have a more expensive issue later Not to mention that the intrest is insane, i pay $400 a month and only $100 of tgat acyually goes toward the car i would not recommend them to anyone
