Im a homecare nurse and my car broke down on a Monday morning before I ever made it to my first patient. My car is my livelihood. I went to best one, and they were booked up, but said they would get my car in as soon as possible. In less than 2 hours they had my car repaired and back on the road. There are no words to express how grateful I am to these guys at best one in Richmond. They have definitely won a new customer in me, and anything that goes wrong with my car, that my husband cant fix will definitely go to best one. And I will be spreading the word about them, their professionalism, fair prices, and how truly grateful I am for them getting me back on the road quickly, so my patients didnt suffer because my car crapped our early on a Monday morning. My cheap metal valve stem caps seized onto my valve stems and I could no longer check my tire pressure in any of my tires. These guys got me in next day and cut my old ones out and installed new ones in record time at a very reasonable price. I am very grateful! 10/10

Went to get a tire patched. Took 2 hours to get it done. Normal time is usually 15-20 min every other time I had it done other places. Then there was a lady getting a simple oil change that took her 4 hours. Lastly when I was waiting they put this dudes tires on backwards, wrong tread direction. Your a tire place how the hell do you screw that up. If I ever have problems again when visiting, I sure as hell wont be going there ever again.

Took my step sons 2013 Chevrolet impala to this business today, January 5th 2021, to repair a bad blower and an oil change. This was the third time in recent weeks that Ive had vehicles serviced here. The staff has always been polite and courteous and the service has always been done right. Bought set of tires and had problems with slow leaks. Went back to get corrected and had to pay again. Dont feel like tires were mounted/sealed properly when I purchased them. I will not go back to this place ever. Also they were extremely slow, waited two hours!

I made an appointment for 11 am and was told it would take two hours, six hours later it was done. They tried to tell me I needed ball joints when they were practically new and then this moron at the counter tells me hes had to replace ball joints after 2500 miles they treat their customers like there stupid, I will never go back

Took in a chevy suburban to have winter tires balanced and bolted on. The tech lost my keys for a couple of hours and after reading about the 50 mile re tighten I took a look at my wheels the next day (19 miles) and Im missing one lug nut out of each wheel. Is it not standard practice to offer additional lugs to the customer? Id have paid for them. Its actually dangerous to be driving on any interstate missing lug nuts.

I usually like this place and they usually do an excellent job. Ill give that they were busy and if I wouldve know the possible and what ending up being my wait time, I would been understanding and went else where. For an oil change I had to wait over 3 hours. I finally asked after hearing another talk about how they almost got my car and another car mixed up. I said do you know how much longer I have to wait? The guy then said I told you we were busy and it would be some time today! That was never said to me because as Ive stated...I wouldve gone somewhere else. Usually 5 stars but not today. Also I think for over 50 dollars the least you could do is sweep the car out real quick. Hope next time is better.

Roger and his staff have excellent customer service their tires and products are the best and their work is excellent. Their prices are very fair. They take care of both my work vehicle and our personal vehicle and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a “car emergency” the day before leaving for a big trip and my alternator went out. They were able to get me in right away and do the job that day. A little pricey compared to my auto place back home ($130 more) but service was great.

Just had new tires and shocks put on our dually and this shop did a great job and charged a reasonable price. They matched us with some great tires and shocks over the phone and got us set up for an appointment for a couple days later. Loved this place. Had a huge bolt in my tire. Caused the tire to go completely flat. I put my spare on and dropped the tire off here to see if it could be patched. They had it done in 30 minutes. Put it back on. And filled all my tires up with air. For only 21$..i was very happy. Friendly people!!

Mike, Clint and all the guys there are wonderful people to do business with. I can go in there and they know who I am, and it isnt on a weekly or monthly visit, just on my regular oil change or tire visits. Mechanics do a good job of fixing the problem right the first time and dont cause me to make unnecessary repairs.

Visited for a flat tire and although my tire could not be fixed was called and explained why and what my options were. They didn’t try to sell me the most expensive tire they had but matched me up with a tire that would work best for weather conditions around here and a tire that would match with the others I still had in my vehicle. Also got an oil change and for someone walking in off street it took about 2 1/2 hours, which they called and let me know my vehicle was ready. Will do business again

I stopped in for a quote on a set of tires that I knew would be in the thousand dollar range. The clerk helping me didnt seem to care what tires I bought or IF I bought tires at all. I didnt buy any from them.

Amazing service. On a long trip deviated there with a flat tire. They took care of me immediately, but didn’t have my tire on stock so they phoned around and found a place I could have the work done the same day.They just helped out of their heart

Well, after a rocky start, things improved. I called on Thursday to set up an appointment to get new tires and have my front end checked on the following Tuesday. The person who answered the phone, had a raspy voice and penciled me in for Tuesday morning but, was very short with me and didnt ask for any information about my car. I arrived Tuesday morning and they didnt have my size tires in stock. Mike at the front desk was very accomidating and listened to my concerns about my car, he was very helpful and communicated thoroughly with me about what was going on with my car. He ordered tires to arrive Wednesday morning at 9:00am. I arrived Wednesday morning at 9:00am and Mike had me in and out with the new tires and alignment done by 10:20am. They even let me keep the 2 old tires that were in good shape, after replacing all 4 tires. I definitely recommend them and will be returning regularly for my oil changes and tire rotations. Be sure to ask for Mike, he was very helpful!

I had a tire that had sidewall blowout from a black ice incident. I was stuck one block up from them and I called and asked them for help. They sent out a guy to help me but he didn’t have the right equipment so he went back to the shop and about 45 minutes to 1 hour later the guy came back and put my spare tire on my van and had me drive over to his shop to air it up and when I asked how much I owed them it was all free!!!! I’m so thankful for their help when I needed it even my “friends” were asking for gas money or a certain amount to come help me. I highly recommend this business and their willingness to go the extra mile to help people like me down on my luck.
