Ordered parts told him exactly what I needed and when the parts came out luckily I checked them because one card I didnt receive the other two parts were wrong then he had to call someone else from another branch to help get the parts I needed very unorganized. Head start the transaction all over again what the correct parts but wont be able to pick him up till tomorrow never had this problem before so it was very inconvenient.

This parts ordering store is reasonably priced but not always the best price. We have purchased several parts from them. The gentlemen who comes to the front is always kind and does not treat me any different with or without my husband. I do not like that you cant call them directly, you have to call an 800 number and then ask to be transferred to a store #. Then ask your questions.

Worse customer service ever manager is so rude and disrespectful will not buy parts from here
