Two tires and an oil change. Great job!

Walmart put the wrong battery in my car, 9 months later when it stop working They didnt want to honor their warranty with the right battery. Tried to charge me for a new battery instead of paying the difference. Frick & frack putting the battery in tried to tell me I needed a starter when that didnt work, they said an alternator. I came their straight from the dealership mechanic shop, they said the battery was no good. Nothing about my starter or alternator came up on the diagnostic. However the young lady(Sharday) working was the only one that knew what she was doing❗

Not a place Im carrying my car to have work done, only reason I was there was to have a tire plugged employee could not find leak even after showing him general area of leak . From start to finish of job was over an hour !

Very hard yo reach on the phone but when i went in person the gentlemen who answered my questions was very professional and pleasant.

Tech wrote comments but didnt talked with me about it,..so hopefully its nothing harmful to my SUV

Very bad and slow customer services, I sand there more than hour to change oil for my car but in the end I took my car and left the center, coz of weak team there, they spend 30 min for one car, if you go there to change the oil for your car you will spend time only there, I will not be there any more

Like this place for oil change and they give you a small strip you can scan in store while shopping to tell if your car is ready to go. Price on oil change and filter start at 19.95 and go up depending on your oil type. They also have batteries wipers tires antifreeze and all automotive things in store.

Customer service was very nice. There was a small issue and they called me immediately. Helped me resolve the issue without being pushy. Impressed with this tire center.

Always does great job on my car. Does take a long time though so make sure you go on a day you need to get some type of shopping done.

All things considered the tire repair went well. Although it did take about 3 hours to get to my vehicle even though I arrived 20 minutes after opening on a Saturday morning. In their defense there was only one tire guy in, so I guess it is what it is. No wheel alignment done here though. The staff was great so thank you Wal-Mart Ill be back!

Had an awesome customer experience at this Walmart Auto Center yesterday. I requested a last-minute battery diagnosis and then required a new battery to be install in my car. Customer service was great, and they did everything quick.

Under new management has made them better. Service is fast and efficient and also pleasureable. I stopped going there for a while but I would recommend going there now. Earlier you go the better if you go later in the day its going to be busy. If you go early in the morning youll be in and out within 20-25 minutes.

I love the Walmart on Sheila Drive oven Forest Hills that particular Tire and Oil Change facility is excellent the men and ladies that work in that shop are kind professional and theyre clean with your cars thats what I really love about that particular Walmart location and then I also need you to understand that there is a young gentleman by the name of Jon whos is loss prevention which is absolutely excellent individual and the young lady that works over in the area that has the knives and sells the guns or whatever shes excellent her knowledge is so impressive I havent been Wild by a customer service individual and a while but Jon Jon and the young lady that works over in the area where you buy the knives oven Sporting Goods is excellent she worked this evening all I can say is I enjoy the customer service when I go into the Walmart on Sheila Drive

This was a pleasant experience, considering that it was a routine oil change. Destiny Hill provided me with an accurate estimation of the timeframe and price, which made my busy morning that much easier to negotiate. The crew working in the bay handled my vehicle as delicately as a Rolls-Royce! Attention to detail, prompt service, and a friendly staff are all reasons why I will continue to bring my vehicles to Wal-Mart for oil changes and tire services!

Usually good service. This visit was a Long wait and the sheet stated they checked my washer fluid, but when I got home, I noticed it was empty. Makes me wonder what else they checked, but didnt.

Employees were very nice. However, I had to go to Advance Auto to buy my oil filter -spent 8 for it and they only gave me a 2.00 credit.. Also, it took them about 20 min just to open the hood. Definitely would consider another place if you are in a rush

This Wal-Mart auto center is the WORST in the Richmond area. The level of ghetto and the lack of customer service is ABSURD. It took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the auto center and that was only after I asked the cashier was he/she ready. I would recommend taking your vehicle to the hull street Wal-Mart location and give them your business. They actually look excited to have a job and are willing to help.

Long hour waiting and i see the car servicing is not organized or done in an order resulting in people who come first having to wait long and who came late going out with service done. In this digital age walmart needs to invest in a screen on servicing que once the service order is created to avoid this issue only if they want to be in auto service business. Tires are cheap but if the wait time is longer even if you come early i am no longer coming back .

Very honest workers!! I told them that I wanted a particular service, but when they examined the car, they told me that I didnt need the service and that I should save my money.

These guys do not know how to install low profile tires. And every visit that is supposed to take one our turns into two or three or more....Avoid.

They said they were not able to balance my front two tires. They are a tire center how do they mount and sell tires without balancing them? B

Wish they would recommend appointments due to this if you do not get there by the time they open you will be waiting hours

Terrible experience today! The lady who took my order was not helpful at all, when I asked for a time estimate for my oil change service, she said 30 min, I ended up waiting for 2 hours. The manager didnt seem to care about customers. They have to improve a lot their customer service skills and time management.

Had to purchase my son a new battery for his car. Found one for a reasonable price and had it installed the same day.

Ordered my tire online for same day pick up the day before. I got there and they couldnt find my order had to cancel it so now Im waiting on a refund, and had to pay for the tire twice. All in all the whole process took over 2 hours to get one tire put on my car. Very disorganized and uninformed staff had mixed up cars for other customers and didnt even know whos was whose. They also charge you more to have a tire put on that you buy from them than if you were to bring one in. Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated.

The employee cant answer many questions about vehicles. Although they try their best.

We were told the lug nuts were too tight and they couldnt put our new tires on because they couldnt be responsible for the lugs wringing off. My husband went out to the parking lot and loosened every single lug nut, by hand, with a bad arm! They ended up changing the tires after I went back in and told the manager the my disabled husband, who only has partial use of his left arm, loosened every lug nut on the car without a problem with manual wrench! All this after I ordered specialty tires online from Walmart. Wont go back there again.

Lazy lazy workers. Called ahead of time to check the wait time and asked if I could get my tires rebalanced, was told it would take about an hour-ish. Got there at 4:15 and they said they couldnt do it. ONLY 2 other cars at the shop. Pathetic excuse for a shop. Drive a little further and go to another location

The tires that I wanted that were on sale had to be ordered online and they didnt even have one in stock that I could look at. I didnt buy any tires !

Just an upstanding bunch here, did good work and fast. Now Wal-Mart just has to keep some of the strange sized Honda Fit tires in stock and I would be in the clear!

Who knows what they really did came In there for one type of oil change left with another ...Lower price but still not what I requested due to the fact they didnt have the more expensive oil ... was supposed to have the car vacuumed out and windows treated with rain x included in the price for the oil change neither was done and they tried to overcharge me for the windshield wipers I purchased and tried to charge me for installing them which was installation was was supposed to be included if I purchased the oil change and the windshield wipers as a add on..horrible experience like I said who knows what kind of oil was used and what they really did.

Went and had got an oil change and messed my whole motor up nothing wasnt wrong with my vehicle before I got there then all of a sudden went here and now my car wouldnt start and leaking so so much oil wouldnt advise anyone to go here even if it was your last option

Over filled my oil asked politely to have it drained told me in a smart tone that I was wrong walked outside showed him, they fixed the problem but scrubbed my tires on the pit side walls and slammed my door every opportunity he got will never go back
