So unfortunately I went through this same process over 12 years ago. At that time there was only one option for interlock and the guy who ran it was a complete a$$hat and a jerk. What a difference going with Smart Star made. They are professional, polite, and treat you like a person. The tech who did my install and has done my reads is an awesome guy! I’m happy that I went with Smart Start.

This isn’t usually a time to enjoy but our Tech made it as smooth and painless as possible. I felt good about the experience. Thanks!

Easy installation process and the employee was very friendly and courteous. Location was extremely inconvenient but they accommodated me with discount. I would recommend this provider over the others because of customer service alone plus they have rates equal to or better than the competitors.

The associate Chris has been awesome to work with. David also he did my install quickly with no issues 😁 and Chris removed my device also quickly and with no issues. I would recommend this shop if you have to have a breathalyzer in your vehicle because you just pull up and let them plug in to calibrate, pay and get next appointment date. That easy! Easy thing in this process to deal with. I thought both associates were knowledgeable and friendly.

Worst place ever! these people are so rude, they treat you like they are better than.The gentleman that does my service is the worst, i have no idea how he still has a job. He ignores my questions about pricing, they have a fee for everything under the sun, my system constantly malfunctions and i have to pay to have it fixed. They should be shut down. i would never recommend this place to anyone!

Would have given negative 5 stars!!This place is so unprofessional, the employees are incredibly rude, beyond disrespectful. They charge more than what they tell you over the phone, they have cancelled so many appts, which cause me to be locked out of my car and I had to pay them extra just to override the code so that I’m able to drive it up there for service.Their attitude is so unnecessary, Like they’re being forced to work for free. Do yourself a favor and go with another interlock service.

Stay far, far away. I wish I would’ve gone to any other interlock company. They will charge you fees for everything, even when it’s not your fault. Horrible company!!!

Everytime my car has been serviced, I have had a great experience. The service technician David Vancourt. Worked on my car past office hours and has always beencordiabe and professional. He explained the procedure thoroughly and made things easily to understand. I really appreciated him doing the great work he has been doing!!!!

Staff here is over worked and scattered at times. Friendly and accomidating. Rescheduling is difficult. I advise to get the direct line number because you will be annoyed with calling the provided number on google. Hefty fees for missed appointments and make sure to stay in touch with ASAP so you know when and how to end your service when the time comes.

Horrible customer service. Machines break down frequently and they will nickel and dime you for everything. Go anywhere else but here!!!!

Staff is always super friendly. Phone system makes it hard to reach them directly
